Avoid at all cost. Went to return an unused pair of Pradas only to be told that the pair isnt in original condition and that it can’t be returned.

Really disappointed with the experience and will not but ever again.

Azo is the man, very personable, world class customer service skills and most of all very caring.
Definitely will be back to pick up some Cartier White Buffs.

Hands down my favourite sunglass store! The staff are unbelievably welcoming and always go above and beyond!

Bought a pair of glasses worth $450 in Calgary and since they didn’t have a new pair in store they shipped to my home in peace river. However when they are they didn’t fit well and I went to return them in west Edmonton mall. The bald guy was kept on asking if I was putting on head and damaged. I told them I tried them once and since they were not fitting we’ll, left in the original box and tried to return them. However this guy said they are damaged and cannot return them as he cannot resell them and gave wrong information that I can only return them at the outlet mall also they were purchased in the outlet mall. He suggested I adjust and use them and can go to LensCrafters and get them fixed. I told him why I would fix and use $450 worth of glasses and he send me 40 mins away to return them. He is an absolutely disgusting and as a business owner myself I would never hire or retain this guy and sun glasses hut should seriously look into this

This store is an absolute disgrace & the bald 'manager' is a complete fraud. I purchased sun glasses that did not work for me & was told I could return them, when I tried to do this, the manager changed his tune & said it was in-store credit only. Upon telling me this, he conveniently went on 'lunch' and refused to come address the situation, leaving his associates to be the middle men. He offered to call me when he was off lunch, even though I could see him sitting 15 feet inside the door of their back room. This clown is a complete disgrace, I will never purchase another product from this location.

PSA - I drove straight to the Southgate locate location & returned them without issue, if you must shop within this franchise, shop at this location.

Wanted to give zero, i have the same story as other customers. I bought glasses worth cad 350 and for whatever reason i wanted to replace them but when i went to shop first he took the glasses from me checked and put them aside after 10 minutes he came to me and said there is scratches on the glasses and cant be replaced. I was already sure that i didnt put any scratches on the glasses but now after reading other reviews i am convinced that the sales person only put the scratches on the glass.worst service. Moreover, i submit an online complaint regarding the issue with sunglass hut customer service its been 10 days and no response from them either.

I visited the main level sunglass hut, and had a delightful experience. Corrigan is fantastic, warm and not at all pushy! Thanks again!:)
