We love the atmosphere.so bright and sunny it makes you happy inside. The staff was so friendly and the cheesecake and coffee was delicious. We will be back.
Probably the best breakfast place in Jasper town. Seems female led and operated which is even more awesome! Super friendly and the food was just amazing
Probably my favorite place in Jasper for coffee and/or breakfast. The flat whites have a wonderful velvety creamy sweetness. The menu is refreshingly limited and you can’t go wrong with any items. The service is friendly and attentive. Sometimes hard to get a seat however definitely worth the wait.
What a lovely establishment! Located upstairs in a small mall, the café is the perfect spot for brunch. The menu and seating is limited but food and coffee was delicious. While service was friendly enough, it was very slow. We had to wave down our server twice before she had time to place our order. It took another 40 minutes to be served but presentation was on point and food was very fresh. Definitely worth a try.
Really love this cafe, especially the environment! Enjoying the sunshine through the glass roof in a cold winter day. Ordered their day special - Sando! Really impressive. Forgot the ingredients, seems to be some vegetarian choice, super yummy and served hot. The only downside might be the relatively few seats in the cafe
Brilliant little venue. Cakes were awesome - particularly the Basque cheesecake. Coffee was also delicious. Great staff welcome especially as we arrived as they were closing the kitchen for the day!
One of the best meal we had in Jasper We came from Singapore & love cafe hopping, Sambo combo was awesome! French toast and maple syrup was wow! We want to come back again
Super happy to have gone here. Great service, awesome food and really good coffee. Absolutely loves it and can’t wait to go back! It’s on the second floor so just keep that in mind when you’re looking for it!
The service is quick, the workers are SO warm and friendly, and the food was absolutely delicious. We would’ve come here everyday if we’d discovered it earlier in the trip!
We had a deliciouse breakfast / brunch there. The staff was also very nice. Sitting outside is nice, especially when sunny. But also inside is very pretty, with the see-through glass ceiling.
Amazing place! Incredible food, service and vibe. We had the mascarpone French toast and the bfast sandwich with Avocado. Soooo yummy. Same with the cheesecake.
This cafe is truly a delight! Very reasonable pricing for the experience you get. Sweet staff, lovely view, and delicious sips! I would 100% recommend and be back again!
A lovely feel good cafe. It's quite busy so visit early. We had the roast mushroom potato hash and lentil bowl here. I must say the menu consists of well curated options of good balanced meals. 10/10 for presentation. They also have vegan options and offer to make some dishes vegan too. Surely recommend having a bite here.
The new breakfast menu at sunhouse is delicious! Also love how friendly the staff were during my most recent visit, always a big difference when you see smiling people!
Fantastic experience all around. Came here with a family of 12 and they accommodated us right away. It’s tiny but a beautiful bright spot. Coffee is delicious rogue wave coffee. This is one of the best, freshest, and most unique breakfasts I have had in alberta recently. I had the mezzo breakfast plate with smoked salmon. Highly recommended it. Fresh, tasty, and service was quick and friendly. Can’t wait to come back!
Stumbled across this hidden gem. The menu options are creative and just delicious. Tight quarters but if you can get a table it’s well worth it. We were on an UBER tight time crunch and when we told the server she was so kind and accommodating making our short time there stress free. Wish I grabbed her name, she was a sweetheart. Service has always been wonderful to be honest. You have a repeat customer, see you when we’re in town again….
Look at that food. Its high quality. Its small but they try their best to accomodate when there's a lot of people. I brought myself and 12 friends and everyone including other guests fit.
I'm torn with Sunhouse. On one hand, the food is very good and provides a unique, organic taste. On the other hand, it's quite expensive to go to.
I'm all for good quality, so you need to be prepared to spend $15 for just a sandwich. It was very tasty though, so I'll give them that. I would easily go back for an experience like that. Maybe not every time, but I could be convinced. ;)
The Sunhouse is super cozy, modern, gets the best light, and the food was delicious. House made sourdough, perfectly cooked eggs for the breakfast sandwich accompanied by the most delicious and perfectly crisped bacon. YES PLEASE. Still dreaming about the food. We also tried out the banana bread with berry compote, ricotta, and pistachios - which we devoured. Love it here. Staff is super friendly. Small space, so you may need to wait or get it to go but either way it's worth it!
We arrived upon opening so there were not any pastries/treats available, but the breakfast that we had was amazing. The service was also wonderful. We had perfectly poached eggs on sourdough with avocado and a breakfast sandwich with the most delicious thinly sliced crispy ham. The coffee was also lovely. Beautiful space as well. I will say that it is quite expensive, so we only went once as a treat. That is just something to be aware of if you plan on going.
It’s nice place to enjoy a cuppa coffee. My cortado was good. You don’t have to order from the front like other cafe. If you wanna enjoy sun and outside while you are eating or drinking coffee, this is the place to visit in jasper. I liked their green smoothie as well:)
I had breakfast sandwiches and it was great. I wanted to have a sausage roll but it was sold out. It must be popular!
Great accidental find - tucked away on the second floor up a bit of a dodgy staircase, but once you open the door it is bright and clean and has an amazing home made breakfast menu with unique healthy options, table service, friendly staff. The coconut banana bread and breakfast sandwich were amazing.
Great breakfast place, complete with a pyramid style glass Ceiling on the 2nd floor, a view of the mountains (the gondola lift) to the south and funky relaxed music playing In the background.
Excellent flat white.
I had the Breakfast sandwich with real ham, Fried Egg, a sweet tomato and hummus on fresh toasted sour dough bread.
My wife had poached egg, avocado, Arugula, on sour dough toast.
I kept hesitating drinking my water having flashbacks from science lab. For fun they serve water in the big brown glass bottles they used to store chemistry lab chemicals in.
Will I go again definitely!
EOL Sorry no photos so inserting the campground just outside of town
