I had to give 1 star because 0 wasn’t an option. Absolutely the worst and most unprofessional management company in Red Deer. If you want nothing but issues and disrespect then choose Sunreal Property Managment!

I like my building and the people here. Things get taken care of fast and if there is a question I appreciate that Jenness asks about it.

My wife and I recently moved into Alexander Place in Red Deer and honestly this is one of the finest buildings anyone could ask for. Jenness Hanrahan, Associate Manager with Sunreal Property was a delight to work with and she came through as promised. Central air conditioning, underground parking and centrally located with miles of walking paths and an outdoor pool and rec facility just a 5 minute walk away. I highly recommend this team of professionals if you are searching for a place to call home.

I love my place. Good neighbors, quiet building, clean building & grounds, common sense rules, reasonable rent & insurance. The manager, Jenness, is great! Fixes problems and contacts me back quickly. The company has been great to deal with as well.

I have only been an owner at Sun Village for a short time so far, but have lots of experience dealing with comparable property management companies as both an owner and a renter in Halifax, Nova Scotia. From my point of view, the experience has been night and day, particularly considering how low the fees are.

I may change my answer as my time within Alberta increases; maybe the situation in Alberta is so much better than Nova Scotia that my scale is out of whack! But so far:

- Responses to questions have all been prompt, courteous and detailed.

- Setting up payment for condo fees both as a one-off first payment (as we took possession at the end of the month) and to set up the PAD was straightforward and clear.

- Rules and responsibilities to follow are not onerous, fit on one page and are mostly common-sense.

- The public grounds and outside of the buildings are really well cared for; lawns are green and inviting, for example.

- Who to contact for emergencies, general queries and everything in between is also clear and concise.

Fees seem to be at the market rate for me to try to do the same services on my own, and that's the only standard I'd be looking to try and hit. Sunreal Property Management is doing that and then some.

Have l been with the property managenment. For many years. That our trailor park changed.

Lived in my unit for 20+ years. The care of the condos in Hilltop Estates has fallen off a cliff to put it simply. Wouldn't trust these guys to operate a 7/11 correctly.

She's very rude with and racist with newcomer.

Rented a 2 bedroom suite at the Brenda Gai building. Was a great stay with very little issues but when they did arise they were handled promptly and efficently.

Communication with Jenness was fantastic. As long as you are a respectful and proper tenant you will have a fantastic stay. Apartments are nicely upgraded.

The only downside to Brenda Gai was the oddly shaped parking lot but its really only an issue when you have a larger 1 ton long box truck as i do. Otherwise for smaller vehicles its great!

Hi everyone, I have the worst experience with Sunreal property in Red Der, especially with JENESS she is raises and she doesn't treat in a good way, she is moody, rude to immigrants and new clients I request handling immigrants, (CSS) to do not rent or send any new Comer to sunreal, please

I have rented in my building for a very long time; and I must say that from the previous management, not very much was taken care of. I had asked for some things like my flooring and rugs to be taken care of, but were never done; not to mention that I was taken month to month on my rent. When Sunreal took over, they found the mistake in all of the money that I had been charged, but shouldn't have been; and it took a lot of worry off of my shoulders. Since then, I have a much better apartment, with better flooring and rugs. I had a problem with noise, but when I reported it, it was quickly taken care of. I have found Jeness to be quite easy to deal with, and when I need something, I don't have a problem with having it taken care of. If they can't get to me right away, then I receive an email from Jeness as to why. I appreciate her acknowleging me that way. I am very happy living here.

I have been renting from sunreal, and dealing with Jenness, for now going on 3 years. As busy as Jenness is, she always takes the time to get back to any concerns I have, or questions. She is professional, kind and very friendly. Since sunreal has taken over the renovations to our building have been beautifully done. I'm now proud to say where I live. Jenness has cleaned up the tenants, so we can live in a safe, peaceful environment.again. Great job Jenness! Keep up the great work!

Very unfriendly! I talked with three people about two buildings respectively. One was really unfriendly. The next one had me in tears! I don’t recommend this place to anyone! Someone I know was called a jerk to his face for no reason! He was a very good tenant and One of the people tried to evict him three times all of which were false evictions according to the landlord tenant board. Hi overturn other managers. Two managers at one place were exceptionally rude and confrontational when the tenant mentioned mice in the building. I will never for any reason to deal with this company! People were breaking into all of the mailboxes at one building; when everyone complained, the company did nothing to fix the problem for more than three months. Everyone I have talked with at the management company has been cold, disrespectful, I’m not interested in renting to good tenants.

One of the best managed apartment rental companies I've dealt with.all the staff are kind courteous efficient always take the the time to deal with tenants inquiries.

DON'T ever sign a lease here or you will be regret. When I move out, I try to my best to clean everything. When they check, they said everything need to be cleaned or repaired. Such a rip off. They want to steal your damage deposit.
Don't talk to Jennesse, the building manager. She so rude

Loved my place when I moved in. Over months I found it was poorly managed with tenant issues. Even having upstairs neighbors toilet overflow into my suite below. Response emergency person was completely out of his depth. Cleaners did a poor job and I never felt comfortable again. So I gave notice, cleaned everything, moved out a week before the end of the month to give them time to fix the bathroom and other things for next person. I was unable to attend the final walk thru due to COVID text and the company proceeded to be shady with my damage deposit. If you choose to move here you can kiss your damage deposit goodbye no matter how well you clean. As they don't maintain the units and charge tenants for old and worn out fixtures. Too bad.
