This was the fastest and easiest car purchase I have ever experienced. Raj was very knowledgeable about the CX-5 I was buying. I already came in with my "car salesman" filter, but I didn't feel like Raj was trying to "sell" me on anything making me very comfortable. He was upfront and honest, which I knew because I had already done my own research on the car and price. Thanks Raj and the Sunridge Mazda team.

I purchased a preowned vehicle at the end of 2023. I test drove many different makes and especially the one I finally decided to buy. The sales person was extremely patient and friendly. Most importantly, they made sure that the vehicle was mechanically healthy. They replaced the brakes and rotor for me along with the oil change. They also took charge of the issue that popped up after I picked up my vehicle - the vehicle had a TPMS failure. They sent it to the BMW dealership and covered the cost. I will definitely buy from them again!

We received excellent customer service from Jay. He was professional, knowledgeable and patient with all our questions. Also gave us some great advice according to our requirements. There was no pressure while we took our time to make a decision.

Terrible experience and a waste of time. We booked a test drive for a specific vehicle we were inquiring about for 7pm. When we got to the dealership at 6: 50PM the sales individual, Zeeshan, was with another client and told us we had to wait just a couple of extra minutes. He even asked what car we came into see even though we had been communicating about a specific vehicle. By 7: 10 he came out and said he would get another person to come and help us to just look at the car while he “wrapped up the sale and got cash in hand”. After 10 minutes of looking at the vehicle and waiting to test drive we decided to leave. If the customer service we received for a test drive was any indication of the experience we would receive buying a vehicle we were not going to move forward with a company who had so little care.

For a test drive they ask for soft credit check. They mentioned without soft credit check we cannot let you test drive. It is ridiculous and rude.

Absolute disgusting business practice. I went in looking for information on new vehicles in stock and their prices, the sales person shoved a form in front of my face and said i had to fill out this form or he wouldn't give me any information about the vehicle. He wouldn't even let me see the vehicle that was apparently just outside until I had signed this form.complete garbage of a store. I have never had any salesperson shove a form in front of my face and told me to sign it or else he wouldn't show me the car or give me the price.

This place is awful. Went into to look into buying a vehicle. The sales person 'Jay' could have cared less. Did not smile once, was not friendly and said there was no one working who could appraise my vehicle. Clearly no one wants to sell a vehicle here. Will not be returning.

Came by looking for a new car, although I didn’t select one I was immediately offered exceptional service from Marwa! She was very knowledgeable about the vehicles and presented me with many options! This was my first time buying a car in my life, and Jerry gave me a fantastic experience I will remember my whole life. He made the process very easy and seamless he got me into the car I absolutely love and gave me many options to compare to and after a long day we found a CX-5 that I fell in love with. Fantastic experience at this dealership, everyone was super professional and polite. We came in to compare a few different vehicles and had the opportunity to drive 3 different vehicles without feeling rushed or pressured. I called ahead to let them know I was coming to town to purchase a 30k vehicle. This is after leaving a wake of sales guys behind me. I figured I finally got the help I need. Told I was getting a call back from another sales guy because he wouldn't be there today. Never got a call back. Even confirmed my number. Terrible start so I'll be buying elsewhere. Pretty bad when I didn't even set foot inside the dealership. I can just imagine what else is or isn't working there either. Guess I've gotta buy local. Not something I wanted to do.

I have been driving Mazda for the last 11 years. Had been dealing with Sunrige Mazda especialy dealing with Daniel Bhatti and Humayun Ljaz (Jaz). They make us feel like family and customer service so good make so comterble for us.

We had an appointment for a test drive of Cx30 2021 on 17th July. After the test drive, the salesperson asked me what is our offer for that, As a rule of negotiating, i started from 140 bi-weekly for the lease of the Cx30 GX model. The sales guy said, no issues, I will get you at this price and even took my credit card.after that, the manager came out furiously and aggressively said we are joking and insulting Mazda. We were shocked at his attitude. Still we again asked for his best price, and he arrogantly said, there is no point in giving us any price.we felt utterly insulted and said then there is no point in waiting. Then that manager guy tore down the financial breakdown page in front of us and threw it down towards us. We immediately got out, so shocked that I even left my credit card in Mazda. If this is the standard of their client handling by a manager, I am afraid no one will ever think about being at Sunridge Mazda.

10/10 Service, everyone there was extremely friendly and knowledgeable about their products. I especially appreciated Jerry Brar, as he went above and beyond to accommodate to my and my families needs.

I had a great experience at Sunridge Mazda, Jaz showed me all the cars I was interested and really got to know my needs as a buyer. I felt heard and valued as a client. Jamal in finance really took his time to explain everything to me. Cole in management finalized the deal and I've never been happier with a purchase. I can't wait too upgrade in the coming years.

I brought my car in for an oil change and they completed it properly. The issue is in the fine details, they had the car all day and didn't wash it or clean under the hood. Any other Mazda dealership I have been to in and out of Calgary takes pride in their work by providing small things for customer satisfaction.

Worst customer handling ever.
After quoting my price the manager came to me, tore down my offer infront of me and gave us the worst talk and behaviour as possible.

Marwa is such a doll! She helped me pick out my dream car & was so so convincing I thought of getting two cars! Haha! She is truly the nicest yet straight to the point. I couldn’t ask for better in customer service.

Long way to improve in customer service, no satisfaction at all. I bought a used car in the place, i brought it for oil changes and they made the same mistake twice, its not acceptable. If They don't know how to do it they shouldn't Accept the car.

Bought a vehicle from Sunridge Mazda and gave my deposit. I needed to have a vehicle within a 2 week timeline which they said was a guarantee. Turns out after a week they couldn't produce the vehicle I bought so I said I would buy a different vehicle if they would sell me winter tires at cost. They wouldn't even after they said they could originally get the colour vehicle I bought so they now wasted a week of my 2 week timeline for needing a vehicle! If I would have backed out of the deal I would have lost my deposit, yet they wasted a week of my time and they wouldn't sell me tires at cost to make up for having to buy a different vehicle! I requested from the Sales Manager to privide me with the General Mangers contact information he said "you can come pickup your deposit. Sorry I can't help you further. Thanks. " I ended up getting my deposit back but now I need to find a new vehicle in 1 week. I also had to find the general managers contact info myself! I left a message to express my concerns and he did not return my call!

Do not buy from Sunridge Mazda! Horrible service!

If you want them to guarantee service and warranty work. Safe yourself the headache and go elsewhere. They tell you to go elsewhere if you have an issue with a staff or are not happy with their work.
They do not provide an inspection report nor do they fully check everything. Their service reps have their mechanics fill out false/fake inspection reports when the car is not even in the shop. (Service rep Tara)
Like Tara, the service manager treated me poorly and made me feel belittled.
Took my car in for a front end inspection and tires swapped over. I had been hearing metal clunking/banging. They summed it up to my end links and changed those out. A month later I am hearing the same noises and having the same problems. I took my car back into Mazda and they told me it was my PLASTIC bumper making the METAL clanging noises when I drove over bumps. Did my end links even need changing if that exact same noise was from my PLASTIC bumper?
When my car was originally in, I had a concern about my breaks. They quoted me $$$ to change my breaks. I couldn’t afford the $ so I took my car to another shop to have my breaks inspected (and fixed for a fraction of what Mazda quoted) as I did not feel safe driving my car (the main reason it went into the shop) The new shop showed me that my driver break pad was STUCK IN PLACE. They didn’t need replacing, they were fine just STUCK in place. So MAZDA they let me drive off with breaks that weren’t working, with my young child in the car! They balanced and did a hole repair on tires they deemed unsafe, refused to put them on my car and made me pay still.

I will add the second time I took my car in, was free of charge because it was technically classified as warranty work, your tech told me that when I booked my appointment! Don’t act like you did me a favour. I just don’t understand how you guys said it was my plastic bumper making METAL banging noises.
Not to mention when I was in the back with the 4 people, two of the people are who made me uncomfortable because they treated me so poorly. Of course I’m going to say okay and walk away. Your manager Maurice is aggressive and rude. He treated me poorly and belittled me. You don’t say “no no no you listen to me little girl”.

I can't say enough good about this dealership. I purchased a 2015 Mazda 3 in 2016 and it's been one of the best investments I've made in a vehicle.

For me, trust in the brand is built with the service team long after the sales deal is finished. And while the sales team was fantastic, I can't get over the way the service team has continued to treat me like family. They genuinely put honesty above all else.

The car is the best I've ever had. I love it as much as the day I brought it home. And, the service team remains to this day, as stellar as ever.

And while I don't plan on trading my 3 in anytime soon, when the time comes, I won't buy a car anywhere else. I can't recommend them highly enough.

Very happy with the service. The service was finished a bit faster than I expected. They helped select the tires that i needed for the conditions that I would be driving in as well as checked my vehicle then called me to suggest a few ideas to help fuel consumption. I understand that Craig was in charge of the service of my vehicle.

I always go to Mazda for my car service needs, they get me in super quick and the service is fast.

I have had the pleasure of having Craig be my point of contact the last couple times. He is very nice and great at his job, he calls as soon as your car is done and answers all the questions you have. After missing an appt due to work he was very understanding and got me in right away.

This has been one of the best all around experiences I have had buying a vehicle (car or motorcycle). Thus time round, I went to a few different dealers, including another Mazda dealer, but at the end of the day, Sunridge Mazda won my business. I bought a used 2017 Mazda 3 GS.

The sales rep. (Tony) let me test drive a few cars around the same year make and model just to find one I liked. He went through various add ons without being overly pushy and at the end of the day, I felt like I got to make my own decisions.

Then onto financing. Tanner and Taylor both were incredibly helpful. You could tell they work well together as information passed between them easily. Gave me a few options to find a payment I liked and at the end of a very quick and efficient chat. Got me into my car! I didn't need to come in several times or send several different scanned documents. Short, sweet, to the point.

The only hiccup was a miscommunication between service and sales. They didn't have my car ready when I came to pick it up. Normally I would be upset, but they were quick to admit it was a miscommunication on their end. They apologized, compensated me with all weather mats and the strip I needed for my roof rack. I appreciate them taking accountability, apologizing, and making it up to me. It was less than 24 hours to fix the mistake and I was in my new car driving away.

The whole experience was professional, friendly, and at a pace I wanted. I will be recommending this dealer specifically to anyone looking for a new or used car.

Not often do I rate someone 5 stars when I have never met them or stepped inside the business! I live in Ontario. I contacted Craig in the service department to do a pre-purchase inspection of a car I was considering buying from an individual and having it shipped to Ontario. These guys were awesome. Craig went out of his way to video and photograph the car and called me several times to review the inspection. In the end they gave the car a green light (needs some tires and brakes) and I bought it.
Rena called for my contact information and was very pleasant and engaging. She looked after all of the paperwork in a prompt and efficient manner.
In the end it was a very positive experience with these very professional staff members. If I lived in Alberta I would certainly be taking my business to them.

If you are in the market for a new vehicle, I highly recommend Sunridge Mazda. The whole team is great but Raj really made our experience exceptional and helped me get an amazing price!

Haven't had the best experience with the dealership. Was sold a vehicle with a defective windshield and wasn't fully notified about the service and history of the vehicle. The staff didn't properly communicate with each other and forgot to update the owner information even though we requested it multiple times. Once we came in for the defect to be repaired the staff acted in a way that they just wanted to finish the job and not care about service quality.

I bought my beautiful car at Sunridge Mazda. I must say that I was leery about going to a car lot and buying a used car, I have had some bad experiences in the past. But I must say I was pleasantly surprised by how helpful everyone was, and I mean everybody. My salesman, Raj was patient, kind and understanding with me and explained everything very clearly. He showed me many options and kept to my price range, I am still grateful. He followed up to make sure I was happy weeks later. Thank you Raj! I would highly recommend him.
Then there was Val the receptionist, Mark in financing and Greg who showed me how to manage all the new gizmos in the car, all were #1!

I finally purchased the car I have been looking for for so long from Sunridge Mazda and it was a great experience. Robbie, Jazz and Mike helped me find the best deal possible for a brand new 2019 CX-5 GT with the Turbo engine that couldn't be beaten by any other dealership in town. My wife and I purchased a used Mazda CX-5 from Julian at Sunridge Mazda almost 3 weeks ago. And I must say the professionalism from Julian was well beyond his years. He listened to what we wanted in an SUV and searched their inventory for a match. We test drove a least 6 vehicles that Saturday and consumed pretty much all of Julian’s day. We did not buy on that day, but Julian thanks us anyway and apologized for not being able to find us a vehicle. I received a call on Monday morning from Julian saying he had found what we were looking for and we went back on Wednesday and bought it.

Earlier this week I needed to get a new fob for my vehicle, and the Service Department went above and beyond by even filling up my washer fluid. Mazda Sunridge was awesome! I purchased my first vehicle last week with the assistance of Jazz & Robbie, they really did made the process painless for me. The service that they provided for me was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we got to the store to the moment the store closed they took great care of us with the best customer service I've experienced. They made the process of buying a vehicle more personal and made sure that i know the ins and out of my 2018 CX-5. Will for sure be recommending Jazz & Robbie to my friends and family in the future. Today, I serviced my car at Sunridge Mazda. My service advisor, Craig Edwards, was very welcoming and explained what was done to my car in an accessible way. My shuttle driver, Debbie, was very polite and friendly. The girl at the reception desk was nice and respectful. I enjoyed my experience.

The only thing that I would like to improve was as follows: when I started my car, I saw the brake warning light on, so I wanted to ask what that meant and had to go back to the reception desk. The receptionist was not there, but one man in a red t-shirt approached me. While he was talking to me, he kept chewing his gum with his mouth open. It was reallly disgusting to see it and hear unpleasant sounds. I think he shouldn't behave like that in a professional environment. Honestly, I regretted that I returned because he almost ruined my impression of the dealership.

Overall, if not to consider that man I was very satisfied with my service. Thank you!

We bought our new car (Mazda 3) working with Jamaal. He helped us with getting the the parking angle just right with the back up camera (very helpful) He was very friendly, not pushy, did not pressure me to get features I didn't need and helped me to get a deal that worked within my budget, When we came to pick up our new car there was a kind employee named Jonathan who played with my son while we finalized all the paperwork. My son was so excited that he got to play the whole time he was waiting he was actually disappointed to leave. Such a positive experience.

Went to them to trade- in my car for a 2018 Mazda Cx-5 GT! To be honest, I really hate going in a car dealership as I know how typical car sales people are who are very pushy and will put pressure on you to make a decision right in there- right away.lol! I have to say I'll put an exception with Sunridge Mazda and with Adrian Lim. Adrian made me comfortable from the very start and had no signs of any pressure at all. He took the time to listen and make sure we were satisfied as customers from the deal we had. He was very transparent with everything and even went an extra mile to make sure we are one happy customer with the car we purchased!

He gave me suggestions and his advice, but was in no way pushy what-so-ever. After I decided on a Car the process was absolutely painless. So quick and professional. I felt like family by the end of the whole process! I would recommend (Ravi in particular) to anyone who is looking for a new vehicle.

I clearly told them twice i just want to come for enquire but they made me sign in many papers and they checked my score before i finalize on which i am going to buy. My credit score is more than 700 and the sales man told me it is just fine (not good and not bad). They can play with people who are clueless about situations like this.
