Just purchased a beautiful 2023 Nissan Rogue midnight edition. As I live about 90 minutes away from the dealership, Mo (Mohamad Chamma) put together a video for me of the exact vehicle I was wanting and David the sales manager worked with me on the pricing to come to a win-win situation for the both of us. Due to the strike at the Vancouver Harbour, there were delays in delivery, but David was very kind in offering a Murano as a loaner vehicle as I had sold my car. Mo was very thorough in going through the vehicle with me, explaining all the amazing features and Rebecca did a wonderful job with the financial end of things, advising / educating me on the warranties and other options, and getting me organized with new snow tires. Both Mo and Rebecca added some extra effort in ensuring the vehicle was pristine and ready for me to drive away. Overall an excellent experience - everyone I encountered was extremely friendly and knowledgeable - you really felt that they wanted your experience to be an excellent one - they take good care of you at this dealership and even though it is a bit of a drive to get to Calgary, I will be doing most of my servicing at this site going forward. First week of November 2021, I went to Sunridge Nissan to ask some specific questions about my car engine. The "Service Advisor" Pryce Gulka really went outside the box and provided what you call: "Above and Beyond Service". He took the time to grab a Battery Tester and an OBD Diagnostic Computer to go outside and made some tests on my car. He listens to the customer without interruption "Great Listener! ". I really felt served and helped as a human being not only as a customer. So I decided from now to switch all my business with Sunridge Nissan.
I do recommend Pryce Gulka as a "Service Advisor"!

Really frustrated experience.

I had to drop my vehicle to this place as other shops were busy. It turn out be the most horrible experience.they suggest me 1)repace ECM, quote for 3 hours, other dealership charge me 2 hours. Got done anyway, as I need the vehicle 2) fuel system cleaning, quote me 3 hours, Canadian Tire used to quote me 1.5 hours 3) replace catalytic converter, quote 9,000 for that. Besides that, I had been told the truck was ready to go 3 times.every time, I had issues within 2 hours driving back. The tech Ghalib Ahmad tried to get rid of the liability by saying " not sure, I do not know", which makes no sense. Whenever you asked to speak to his manager, he told tell you his boss would be in meeting for the whole day. LOL. For my 4 times visiting, no shuttle bus, not car wash. All is all, this is the most terrible service you can get in Canada.

I came in to drop my Murano for servicing but was met by Andrei Montandon. He was very pleasant. While waiting for service to service my car, I went to sit with him where he took his time to explain why I needed to get the new 2021 Rogue.

The most important points for me was savings on gas because of my long drive to work, savings on insurance, new technology/improved safety and reduced payments.

I was able to have all my important points except lower payments. My payment stays relatively the same while I achieved all other important items.
I want to commend Andrei on his service to me as well as other people like Frank M and Jake.

I just called to book a service appointment and the girl I spoke with asked me what the mileage was on my car, I told her I was not able to give her that info as I was not where my car was. She said she needed it to update the mileage information in an unpleasant tone and made it seem like she did not want to book the appointment without that info. She came across like she was not happy at her job! So unpleasant!

Im changing my 4 Star rating down to 1.we have been having many issues with the Qashqai 2018, taking it in to get it looked at to only be told that its perfectly fine.then getting charged 190$ just for someone to tell us its Working and nothing is wrong with it.to it to fail a day later.and on top of this cant get a rental car and when they have given us one its not even clean. Managers dont call you back when asked to speak to someone higher.

For those of you who are reading this review! Sunridge Nissan has some amazing professionals. My salesperson (Andrie) was very kind and dealt patiently throughout the process. Since I did not have a car to reach the dealership, he picked up multiple times and dropped back. Apart from this, he explained thoroughly the mechanical and other features of the cars we were looking for. He has robust knowledge about cars. Also, the finance manager and the sales department manager were helpful and honest. Overall, fantastic experience and a BIG THANK YOU to the entire team.

The dial to change where the air flows in my vehicle i.e.: defrost, feet, etc was not working properly. Nissan refused to even touch the dial without me paying a $200 diagnostic fee. They did say that some repairs could potentially be included in that $200, but if it was something that I could not afford to repair I would be down $200. A&J Auto Repair fixed it in 40 min and didn't even want to charge me.

I had a really bad experience with this business the Pre-owned Sunridge Nissan because when I am asking just after a day for a refund of my $500.00 deposit because I got a better car their Sales Manager told me it is not refundable. But I told them when I am talking to their salesman assisting me he told me before I made the deposit that I can get my deposit of $500.00 if I am not satisfied with the car. To make things worse they are selling the car without being inspected totally and blaming me that they spend money for fixing the car which in the first place it is their responsibility to fix the car before selling or offering it to their customers.

Please take the time to read this review - spare yourself a waste of a trip and being in a horrendous environment. 5 minute read - hours saved.

TLDR; Jay/Jason Merhi was unprofessional, angry, rude, pushy, and disrespectful. Do not purchase and waste your time at Sunridge Nissan - it is an extremely predatory environment. Read other reviews - they claim the same as I.

Update #1: Christian Nechi called for the 2nd time today (Monday, June 21st) and again it was unsolicited and unwanted. He called again, a 3rd time tonight (Monday, June 28). Get the hint Sunridge Nissan.

I went to Sunridge Nissan on Saturday, June 19th to test drive a 2020 Nissan Kicks SV (SN391604A) listed for $20,953.

Right out the gate, poor customer service skills. Christian Nechi didn't even ask for our names (I went with my sister). Chris proceeds to show us the car, which to my surprise already had a "Sold" sign on it (but the listing still available online). Despite this, he let me test drive it - he also came with us on the test drive while limiting our drive to, and I quote, "5 minutes". When my fiance and I test drove his car, the salesman at the dealership said that because of COVID, he could not come along during the ride. Chris came with us.

After, we dealt with Jay/Jason Merhi which is an experience I would not wish on anyone. Charming at first, but turned on a dime when my sister and I did not give into his demands. (To make this crystal clear - Jason Merhi at Sunridge Nissan was writing up a deal for a car that was already sold). To incentivize the offer, Jason listed a "$250 Best Buy gift card". I asked why a gift card to Best Buy instead of taking it off the price - to which he said, "It doesn't have to be Best Buy - it can be Sephora or Mac. " The condescension and assumption that because we are women we want a gift card to a makeup store was unprofessional, and this prejudice is unacceptable.

To make matters worse, when I told Jason I needed 24 hours to review and think about the offer as I had another car to see, he got angry. Make no mistake - not upset, but angry. He demanded why I had to see other cars (being in the car business Jason should know that many people shop around for cars, instead of purchasing the first one they see), and then accused us of wasting his time, and his coworkers time. Waste of time? I was only allowed a 5 minute test drive.

You want to talk about a waste of time? Going to Sunridge Nissan only to be degraded, talked down to, and disrespected is a colossal waste of time, especially when I was a motivated buyer looking to spend almost $21,000 on a vehicle.

Next, (this horrible experience does not end yet) Jason tried to guilt us into a sale - another technique which is inappropriate and unprofessional - by saying that they [Sunridge Nissan employees] do not work per hour and that this [selling cars] is how they make their living. My sister and I are both working professionals - we understand the concept of how individuals earn a wage - the bullying and guilt trip are unacceptable.

Finally, we left Sunridge Nissan with a bad taste, but the comfort knowing this experience was behind us. We were wrong. A few hours later, Christian Nechi called my cell and I let it go to voicemail as I had no interest in dealing with Sunridge Nissan. I did not request for a follow up in any way, shape, or form. Today, Monday June 21st, I was contacted without my consent yet again by Sunridge Nissan. This time, by the Sales Manager Wasfi Haroun who sent me a text containing the line, "Is there anything I can do better? ". Wasfi - stop the unwanted, unsolicited contacting from your Sunridge Nissan.

Sunridge Nissan - Do not even bother responding to my review with empty apologies or inquiries about how to resolve this issue. Do better by fixing the internal issues with your staff by taking proper corrective measures. Until your staffing issues are resolved, expected continued poor reviews from others who suffer similar experiences.

What you know about Nissans? You don't. But Sunridge Nissan Does! I recently took my Nissan there to have it serviced, the gentleman at the service counter, Pryce, was an amazing man to deal with. He also has an amazing beard. At time of drop off was easy, kept me updated throughout my busy day, and made sure he sent a uber to come pick me up when the vehicle was ready. The crazy part is? The price of the services are actually better compared to most of the other aftermarket shops. So what more do you want to know? You don't, just go see Pryce, he's the man, and he'll take good care of you.

Dealt with the sales team the other week when buying my first Nissan Rogue and I have never had such a positive experience at a dealership before. The sales managers were extremely professional and my sales representative was full of knowledge.
My experience with the Finance department was smooth even with my mediocre credit. 10/10 would recommend to anyone in the market for a vehicle.

This is a continuation of my initial review, which for some reason will not let me update.

TLDR; Christian Nechi has excessively contacted me four times following my one and only visit to Sunridge Nissan. Sunridge Nissan employees are pushy and unprofessional, specifically Jay/Jason Merhi who was angry, rude, and disrespectful. Do not purchase and waste your time at Sunridge Nissan - it is an extremely predatory and disrespectful environment. Read other reviews - they claim the same as I.

Update #2: Christian Nechi called for a 4th time (hopefully this is the final time) Tuesday, July 6th at 8: 39pm. He stated that Sunridge Nissan saw my review, and was calling to apologize on behalf on the manager. Seems to me that management at Sunridge Nissan do not care enough about their reputation or customer service to attempt resolving anything themselves, rather they delegate someone else to do this task.

Lastly, Christian acknowledged the complaints illustrated in my review (suggesting that Sunridge Nissan is well aware of this unacceptable behavior, yet chooses to be negligent), and dictated that I should simply let go and get over this experience. Thank you for the overwhelming professional words of wisdom - I will continue to share my story and deter others from Sunridge Nissan.

Sunridge Nissan - Let me be explicitly clear: stop the unsolicited, unwanted contact. Fix the blatant internal issues by taking the necessary corrective measures. Once again, until your staffing issues are resolved, expected continued poor reviews from others who suffer similar experiences.

Everyone in their service department decided to leave and call it a day early at 4: 30 PM. Their phoneline says they close at 6. Their sales department then told me service closes at 5. I'm not sure if this was just poor scheduling by management or whether the service advisors (specifically Ghalib Ahmad) on shift that day were just extremely lazy. More likely the 2nd one as this had never happened previously.

Every time we go there for service there is always something wrong when we pick up the car. Last time we dropped our pathfinder off for a leak Inspection and we picked up what feels a completely different car. Has no power and the steering wheel is shaking. Not the first time we were extremely disappointed with the place. Our complains go unheard each time we try to make it right. People who take our vehicle in seem to not listen to a word you say, typing in the wrong thing in the invoice. Never coming back here.

You’ll get a quote for car repair then surprises will come to you of costs you didn’t plan or think of. I also reached out after receiving a reply from the person below and left a voice message. No one bothered to call back. Basically, you're lured into the transaction but no one really cares about you or your business, it just seems that way.

TLDR: I would not recommend this dealership or Nissan. Years of distress and anxiety (as someone who doesn’t know enough about cars to dispute their charges).

They’re a dealership and a business so it makes sense for them to maximize their sales and profits. Regardless, the sales people upsell you on everything (warranty, premiums, insurance) and customers who don’t know much about cars are essentially scammed. The repair shop is the same. Even with all those coverages, it will be like pulling teeth to get Nissan and co to honor the contract. And most likely, they will not honor anything no matter if you got an extended warranty and ultimate wrap coverage. This is my fault but worth mentioning: when I went to look at my car a few years ago, it was at 36k km and when I went to buy it just a few days later, I drove out with 46k km. The sales contract also stated 36k km. I should have called it out but I didn’t. I understand its a business but people come to dealerships for help with a car. With this place, if you don’t know anything about cars, you will end up over paying bc the sales people are very convincing and take advantage of those who just want to buy a car with minimal issues. It’s honestly distressing each time I have to go in bc of the cost of the services, diagnoses, and whatever else they say. Furthermore, it’s like the repair place and he dealership are two separate entities. The workers at the shop don’t know about any warranties or anything else you may have paid for - how does that make sense? Why are the workers not provided with an adequate system that shows vehicle and purchase history? As a result, the shop will charge you for things that you paid for when you initially purchased the car. My car is a 2016, bought in 2018, and I am now having transmission issues in 2021. The car only has ~110k km and I still have thousands till it is paid off, and Nissan will not cover anything. I will not be dealing with this dealership nor Nissan ever again (my current is my second and last Nissan car).

Edit: went to another shop and got it foxed up for $90. @ nissan
