Sunridge Nissan Used

Like many others, I had a bad experience here. They're happy to show you vehicles and take you for a few test drives, but once it comes to showing you reports and talking numbers, they're disorganized, lazy and not on top of making sure everything has been properly reviewed and assessed. I don't doubt that they have some nice and
reliable vehicles here but if you decide to purchase or finance with them, make sure you pay close attention to ALL details and don't let them tell you you're wrong until they can prove you wrong.

Went to look at an explorer, waited an hour only for the car not unlocking and the key fob not working. Wasted my time. Should have vehicles ready prior to an appointment.

My experience with Sunridge Nissan Used Car Dealership has been nothing short of a nightmare. The manager and sales agent were insistent on pushing a vehicle onto us despite our clear disinterest. They assured us, based on a supposedly comprehensive mechanic's report, that everything was in order. However, upon taking possession, we discovered two punctured tires, a dead battery requiring replacement and new hookups, and neglected windshield and rear wipers.

The promise of a thorough cleaning also fell flat, as I had to clean the filthy vehicle myself. To add insult to injury, a few months later, undisclosed issues emerged, including the need for shock replacements, an engine flush, and various smaller problems. It's clear that the dealership not only misled us but neglected to disclose critical information that would have influenced our decision.

Feeling utterly deceived and swindled, I strongly advise against considering Sunridge Nissan for any vehicle purchase. The lack of transparency and blatant disregard for customer satisfaction make this dealership one to avoid at all costs.

Nic was great help and a pleasure to work with, he was very professional, put my concerns first and made the whole process a breeze.

This place is horrible. The sales person committed on a certain price and when the manager came and said something different. These people don’t stick to their word. We even had emails with the salesperson saying that he will give the vehicle for a price and when we came to buy they said we can’t do it. The sales person vanished and the manager said that this is the last price and we didn’t agree on anything even when we showed him the email. Not at all trustworthy and respectful. Horrible people who don’t stick to their word. Would never recommend them. Worst dealership ever.

Had sales person Jay call me multiple times in a row to come see this vehicle so I make my way across the city to view it to be told that they don’t even have the car yet and to come back tomorrow! I wish I was able to provide less stars for this dealership. My wife and I came to test drive a car they had advertised on Facebook market place a few days ago. We signed all documents for the loan/purchase of the vehicle and came to pick up the car today. To our shock and disappointment they wanted to give us a completely different car. They had made a foolish and unprofessional mistake or maybe an intentional scam, and mixed up the cars they had advertised and got us to test drive and sign the loan/documents for. To top things off, they made us feel as if it was our fault and they were unapologetic. The pre owned sales manager PETER LEE, was making things even worse and was horrible, rude and extremely unprofessional! Luckily I took screenshots of everything. Trust me, don’t waste your time, energy and money here, you will definitely regret it.

I was overwhelmed with my recent car search. I had booked an appt online to view a vehicle and was booked in with Malik. He assured me he’d find one that was the best match, and that’s exactly what he did. I had returned to view another vehicle and he had my #1 pick- best price range- low kms. The process was seamless and he has the clients best interest in mind.

Well, we went to go buy a Car for my girlfriends first car and we got her a 2015 Ford Focus! And I was also looking around for a truck, but I wasn’t planning on getting one until I walked in there and they had great offers for trucks that I was interested in and I ask them for a deal and Malik helped us out with that
He was eager to sell us both a vehicle and do what ever it takes to help us do that, Even as new credit builders* which was amazing and appreciated. I now drive a 2015 Ram 1500 sport:)

There was no sense of stereotypical salesman vibes at all, just a friendly atmosphere getting the exact fit for my situation. They even went out of their way to deliver it to my door whilst I currently have little opportunities to make it out there.

I came in to Sunridge Nissan to purchase a used Nissan Sentra and dealt with the sales man Burhan and sales manager Jay. I had been shopping around for a car and to be honest was getting sick of these dealerships trying to price gouge and take advantage of good people. I'm a front line worker who has been looking for a vehicle in this dark time and could not believe the things I was hearing.

I walked in to Sunridge Nissan the used car lot and I was greeted by the Shaf, who ended up being extremely polite, efficient, and professional. I was still a little weary. However, when the manager Jay came to present the numbers. He was very honest and straight to the point. I informed him that I was a front line worker. He, thanked me for my service and ended up giving me a really great deal.

There was no shady business, price gouging, or lies here that day. He told me that numbers was the easiest part of my job and he was right.

I was in a bad situation with my credit after my divorce and Sunridge Nissan was the only one of the few dealerships that took the time to sit down with me, explain my credit, how to build it, and got me into a car. Very very disappointed and poor customer service and will never return or recommend them. Will take advantage of you especially if you are first time buying a vehicle and no idea at all. Really mad at them!
Aside from telling you the vehicle are sold (which is several times happened 3x on what kind I wanted, and check my credit 4x so you will get stuck on them instead you decide to check other dealer, coz you were hold up when you have bad credits). Charged me many things, even asked me, you to get auto insurance coz only only 1key had the vehicle I chose. Scammer! If there’s -star I will give them way -10 stars!
