I had to put my beloved cat down today the staff was so kind and compassionate my senior cat ended up pooping in his carrier and it was all over him they ended up giving him a nice bath before they put him down for me I defently recommend them I will be back if I ever have to put another pet down in the future thank you so much for an easy passing

This not a serious vet clinic. They even don t have the basic tool to operate. They have a broken scale which is not accurate when weighing your pet and on the top of that they don t deliver what they say. I was supposed to get an exam + good health certificate for $75 for my cat but when I got their, I endeed up with a bill of $248 including a rabbies shot and a treatment for a hear infection which is fine. The treatment for the infection is 2 doses with 1 month in between, they administered the first one and ask me to bring my cat for the second administration free of charge if I cannot do it myself. Today is my appointment day and I just received a call from them to let me know that It s gonna be a charge for the second dose administration (which is supposed to be included in the $248 bill). Also, as I am travelling abroad, the clinic advised me to double check the regulatory with Canadian food and inspection for travel advisory and they will update the certificate that I have already paid from them, free of charge. Today, they denied all of that and asking me to pay again.
I will not recommend this clinic to anyone because they operate on lie.

Took my cat in to get fixed came out same day without any problems in fact cat didn't seem to know anything happened

Very good service. They treated our dog like a queen as they always do. They treat the animals there better then we get treated at the hospital ourselves.

They provide excellent care and are so compassionate, kind, helpful and they have great prices. I switched to this clinic.
Dr Naveen was amazing with our little one and found issues other vets hadn't. I'm very pleased with the care we received.

I transferred to this animal clinic when I moved to the North side and they have been absolutely wonderful to us! We have cats and dogs, and all of our their needs have been met with ease. They are very caring and compassionate. I would recommend this clinic to anyone looking to have their pets taken care of!

Had to bring my cat in to be youthenized.the doctor was very nice. Polite respectful and helpful in making the right choice. We didn't feel rushed or confused. And afterwards choosing a correct path for remains was easy and not pushed. Thank you guys

Edit: we did habe one small mishap tho the name of our cat is wrong on the death cercmtificate and paw print plack. Is is possible to get these corrected?

I had a good experience here. Unfortunately, I lost my fur baby but they treated us really kindly and were very helpful through the whole process.

Everyone who works at this vet is so patient, thorough, and works very efficiently with the pets and the parents!

This past Wednesday we had to put our beloved pup to rest. Dr. Naveen and his staff were amazing and compassionate. Dr. Naveen was very informative and patient with us as we went through one of the most horrific times in our lives. I thank them all from the bottom of my heart. I highly recommend Dr. Naveen for all of your pet care needs he is very gentle kind and compassionate. Thank you again very very much!

The staff was so great not just with my dog, they spent the time and care to explain everything to me and ease my anxiety and fears about having my boy sedated for the first time. I had a great experience and will definitely be bringing my dog back

I recommend anyone 2 take there animals in there very nice staff and and amazing doctors

If you bring your dog here all u will get is a food allergy.doesnt matter what the issue with your dog is

Found out afterwards is that procedures that should have been done all together weredone individually to charge more

We have been going to this clinic with our cats for roughly 5 or 6 years since moving to the neighborhood. Generally we have had no issues and staff have been very good. My concern is when you have an actual emergency or what we consider an emergency there appears to be no option to get in that day. We ended calling around to other locations who were very helpful and addressed our issue right away. For the sake of a few minutes this animal should not have been left in pain but that did not seem to factor into it. Not impressed

The people here are very nice and patient. My dog was super nervous to come back here after her surgery but the ladies took their time to make her feel comfortable. Sunrise also has better prices than many other vets:)

My puppy loves going to Sunrise Animal hospital, the staff is amazing and Dr. Navin is great doc who explains things well and makes sure the puppy is well taken care.

Friendly front desk ladies and nurses! My Luna absolutely loved them. She definitely doesn’t hate the vet. Was given options to save money and reasonable prices! Definitely going to be our vet place

Amazing customer service! Just had my cat neutered there there two weeks ago. They also have great pricing. Definitely would recommend.

Vet assistants are wonderful and very hard working. Safety protocols are great although it's not great to not go inside with your animal and speak to the vet in person. Over the phone does not help ease fears or really allow for that connection with your pet's doctor.
We've been taking our 18 year old cat here for 8 years and have no complaints with care.

My Kobe, the black Labrador, 9 months old, I weighed him 70lbs a week before I brought him in for a neuter, I was quoted $180 for under 75lbs, after it's done they we charged me $210 for dogs weight over 75lbs, I told them he couldn't have put on 8 lbs in a week, but anyhow, I paid up and took Kobe home and weighs him again, he is 74lbs.very dishonest practice, willing to sacrifice their reputation for a lousy $30.
If you have to pick this vet, make sure you clear-up everything before you go ahead, save yourself from getting ripped off.

This is a very decent veterinary clinic. Every time I've called for an appointment for my kitty I always get in within a couple of hours and they take great care of my kitty. While he's there the veterinarian himself always calls to tell me how my kitty is doing, what needs to be done and what the outcome will be when he's all done. The staff are always very friendly as well and I never find myself waiting at the door to drop off or pick up my kitty. I would recommend this clinic for your pets and will always take my kitty again if and when he needs to see a vet.

The doctor there is an amazing guy, super kind and polite, not a salesman like most places I've been. I would have loved to give a five star however because I was ignorant to the rules of prescription writing I got a bit of a scalding and some attitude from one specific lady in the office, and then a slight reminder of my mistake the next time I called again. But for the most part the ladies are very kind, polite and understand they aren't just pets they are my family.

Vet failed to obtain history of pet's health condition that was provided at time of booking appointment. Also failed to contact me for information prior to assessing pet. Proceeded with interventions prior to consulting with me.

The ladies and gentlemen that work here are absolutely amazing, they're kind and compassionate, plus they won't charge you an arm and a leg for a diagnosis.
10/10 highly recommend this vet clinic

They always go above and beyond to help me out. The doctor tries to work in the budget. They are very accommodating scheduling wise and money wise. They have fair pricing. Fixed my dog and will keep going back, thank you!
