SUNRISE MEDICAL CLINIC

I hate giving this review, but my parents have been going to this clinic for 20+ years and the service has been going down hill. My parents are in their senior now and all this clinic has done, has made it difficult to come in for medical attention. Example 1: The office called to let both my parents know tests results are in and to come in between 9-11. Didn't even offer to book an appointment, but instead just to walk in. They walked in and had waited for 2 hours and had to leave because the doctor was gone for the day. Example 2: We have started to the process to switch clinics and get all old files transferred over with proper protocols and with released consent forms. It was faxed Jan 11 & Jan 14th. It has been about 12 days since and I've contacted the new office and no records have been transferred. I work in a medical office and this is very unprofessional. I am able to transfer any records in 1-2 days. If I can, why can't this office do the same? It just shows this medical clinic's care for patients. Still having to wait on test results is ridiculous, when a patient's health could be on the line. There are much better Doctor Offices in the area and city for patients to go to with much better doctor hours and service. If staff can't accommodate, how can we trust we will be taken care of. I strongly suggest you get contact me to get those sorted and I will be coming in person to deal with this myself.

UPDATE Feb 1/23: called to check if files have been transferred yet.and they have not been transferred, when i was promised it will take a week and they were faxing while i was on the phone with them.i will be coming in person to the doctor why its so difficult to simply have files transferred.if not resolved a complaint to the college of physicians will be submitted.

The doctor service is great but the receptionist is so rude. I called to book an appointment, after our conversation I said “thank you and have a great day” and she just hang up before I finish my sentence. Lol

My family has been visiting sunrise medical clinic for 9 years. I want to take this opportunity to Thank Dr. Goswami and the staff. Doctor Goswami listens and takes all concerns seriously. He has our utmost respect! Appointments are on time and easy to book via phone. Overall my experience at sunrise meedical clinic was outstanding and I would definitely recommend this clinc!

The Receptions have greeting manners and excellent communication with patients. Dr. Goswami takes care of his patients like a family friend. He listens to the patients, diagnoses precisely and suggests solutions in detail. Would recommend him to have him as your family doctor.

Dr. Goswami has been our doctor for more than 8 years. He has a vast knowledge, a willingness to listen and answer questions in order to provide proper, individualized care. I would recommend him to anyone looking for a kind and caring family Doctor. It’s reliable and convenient for the community.

Terrible doctor. He won’t even listen to the pain I’m going through at work, and he’s not even concerned of my injuries. Dr. Anurag Goswami starts getting mad at me when I asked if he can put me on a medical leave due to my injuries as I can not perform my duties at work not even light duties. I don’t recommend him as a family doctor.

Please take off your appointment availability because it’s never respected anyways. If you want complete walk in just say so, a huge disrespect for time, always waiting half hour to an hour just to be seen for an appointment.customer service is out the window from front desk, if patrons can feel like everyone in the clinic doesn’t want to be there please don’t work in a field that serves others medically.it is not right.what is the point? Highly recommend finding health care providers that will actively listen to you, make you feel welcomed and taken care of.if you want a simple here’s some meds there you are, then sure come here

Not professional, at all, what make me wonder and question their ability and their qualifications.
If you really care about your health find a different clinic

I am not sure if these doctors are really qualified.
A FREE ADVICE AND GO SOMEWHERE ELSE.

So Disappointed.
I use to see doctor Brar, for years, never has any problems, always respectful and helpful.
When the Goswami family took over man! No respect for the appointment even if you had a booked appointment, They won’t listen to your concern what is so ever.
Lately, Anurag Goswami after I sent him my Medical assessment two times he Kept claiming he is forgetting and saying he didn’t receive it.
To forget thing it is normal for a human, but when you are a doctor and you don't take your job seriously by documenting and filing your patient's concerns there is a problem.
You tell him you have pain his the answer is readily advising to lose weight, and the same answer for any issue.
No one likes to visit a doctor if he is feeling well, when a patient in pain he wants someone to listen to him.
So sad that Doctor Brar retired I had to deal with these kinds of creatures.

It is hard to find a good family doctor, but if you want to deal with a fake one visit this clinic.

Started going to this clinic with my family since September 2020, as my family doctor refused to see me in person even when I had serious medical problem.
I went as a walkin to Dr Goswami. He took very good care of me and my family, when my family doctor of 15 years did not attend to me.
Sometimes I had to wait for half an hour to 1 hour as he is the only family doctor in the area seeing walkin patients.
People should be thankful that their doctor is providing service in this bad COVID time and taking care of their health, as most of the other doctors are just pushing medicines on the phone.

If you book an appointment you can still be waiting for 1-2 hours passed your booking time. Dr. Anurag Goswami shows up late time and time again. What’s the point of opening up the doors if the doctor isn’t even going to be on time and it’s not like it’s 5-10 minutes late.more like hours. And then he rushes each person he see’s like if it’s the patients fault. They had me waiting in a room for 40 minutes with my newborn baby. If you value your time go find another doctor because this place is not worth it. PLUS I was waiting for blood results for 2 weeks and decided to call them and they told me they’ve had it for a week but nobody called me to mention that. Just throw this whole clinic away. I’ll never go back here
