This clinic is horrible, weeks to get in and wouldn’t let us switch doctors “as per clinic policy” when we were extremely unhappy with our doctor. 0/10 recommend

I have had Dr. Grobal as My Family Doctor now for last few months and feel so blessed to have Him. He's very easy to talk to and He actually listens and cares about My Medical and Personal Issues.
Dr. Grobal is very thorough, knowledgeable and considerate. He has no problem referring Myself to a Specialist if He as any concerns that He feels that need extra attention. And all My Specialists Appointments have been very quickly booked by Himself and Staff. I have always been anxious and a bit fearful of Doctors. But Dr. Grobal has helped me to feel more comfortable and willing to see a Doctor and tell him what is really is happening with my Health in a safe relaxed environment. And He always has extra time for Me to talk about My Medical Options or Remedies for My concerns.
And the Front Staff and Nurses are so polite, considerate and very knowledgeable about their positions. It's a great to see People who actually care about You and their Jobs.

I've had really good experiences at this clinic. The front desk staff are very kind and Dr. Gopal is a great doctor! He is very patient, considerate and listens to your concerns.:) The clinic is small, clean and nice.

I’m writing on my mother’s behalf. My mom is 80 years old and she is a refugee from Ukraine. She loves her family doctor Khalida Karimova. Dr. Karimova did a great job with her first ever health exam. She explained everything to my mom in a very clear manner. She was also kind and friendly. Knowledgeable, sensitive, informative. We both immediately felt at ease. Staff was great, too.
Walked away, very impressed with the overall experience. HIGHLY recommend this doctor and the clinic.

The doctor was rude and dismissive. She made us very uncomfortable. Told us to share a prescription which she then gave to us in someone else's name with someone else's personal information. Unhelpful with an issue with my husband which turned out to be cancer. Thanks for nothing! Still waiting on a referral that was supposedly sent in April. Likely sent under the same patients name that the prescription was put under. She told me my nerve issues were anxiety and tried to push meds on me, another doctor outside of this clinic did not dismiss me, took my concerns seriously and requested an MRI which proved this was not anxiety what so ever and was able to refer me to a specialist to get the medical help that I need and deserve. I wouldn't even trust this doctor to take care of an animal let alone a human.

I booked a meet and greet with a physician and after the meet and greet I felt as though we weren’t a good fit for one another. I phoned back to ask for a meet and greet with the other doctor accepting patients. I was told because I had already seen a physician at their office I was unable to see any other physician there and that I’d need to find another office accepting patients as that was their policy.

RIDICULOUS that they call this a meet and greet appointment. It should instead be called a “this is your new physician appointment and too bad if you don’t like them. ” SO BEWARE…when picking blindly as to what physician you want to see you better hope you flip the coin right and end up with someone who’s a good fit for you others wise you’re basically booted to the curb.

Front staff made NO mention of never being able to see another physician again when I booked the initial appointment.

Clinic manager was zero help. All I got was “that’s our policy” and “I wouldn’t want to be stuck with a doctor I didn’t feel good with either but unfortunately there’s nothing I can do to help you other then bring this up at our next staff meeting”

Going to find another clinic accepting patients in this health care climate right now sure makes them look fairly disconnected from reality and insensitive to the community they’re supposed to be serving.

Dr. Ajibade is very professional, and thorough. Would highly recommend him to anyone needing a new family doctor. The front desk staff are also always so friendly!

Not great, 10 minute meeting with a new MD to the clinic who was impersonal and dismissive. When discussing follow up I was told that appointments are 12 weeks out from our initial meeting and she left the room. I have no significant medical history and am not on any prescription medication. Not great, very sad.

Missed one appointment and I was black listed. I ask what I could do to make it right and was told nothing its their policy. Worst service.

Dr. Adeuja is a wonderful thorough and caring Physician. I would trust the care of any of my family members in his very capable hands.

Stay away!

Worst front end staff I have ever seen or heard of. Do they know the profession they serve? Cant believe the lack of empathy and ignorance of these poor folks who obviously think they are actually knowledgeable on everything. Feel sorry for them!
