We had an issue with the temperature of our hot tub dropping steadily right before an extreme cold snap. Sunspa was able to schedule a technician the same day we called and he fixed it on the spot (new heater). Tyler was very professional and friendly despite having to work on our tub in -20C weather! During the repair his heat gun stopped working - another technician showed up to help him which shows great teamwork. We've gone to Sunspa for many years for our chemicals and filter cleaning, overall they are a great company offering great sales and service expertise and we would highly recommend them to anyone.

We purchased our hot tub from Sunspa 8+ years ago. Setup and service since then have been excellent. It is nice to walk into a store and be recognized with a cheerful “Hi …. How can we help. ” Our family also enjoys our Sundace Maxxum hot tub as well, especially the grandchildren.

Kyle and his team are honest and don’t try to upsell you. They live up to what they say and stand behind their warranty. They don’t leave you high and dry like so many other companies these days. Highly recommended!

Always excellent customer service especially when there was a recall on our tubb. The staff immediately jumped on it and we had our tubb fixed with a couple of days of me calling. Still love our tubb, use it almost every day.

We purchased our hot tub from Sun Spa, based on a recommendation from a friend, two years ago. We have not been disappointed. We absolutely love our tub and have had only one issue, about 1 year in, that was fixed promptly and efficiently by the team. The team is always very friendly and helpful when repurchasing chemicals and they have been able to offer helpful advice when we have had questions. I would 100% stay with them for all of our spa needs and I would recommend them to anyone in a heartbeat.

The service team here is fantastic. Tyson and his team fixed my hot tub quickly and efficiently. I had issues with my hot tub and had a service guy that kept telling inconsistent things about what I needed to fix my tub and when he would fix it. Once I found Tyson & team here at SunSpa, they just simply came and got the job done. I am now back in the good books with my daughters. Absolutely love our hot tub we purchased from SunSpa. Great showroom experience, excellent customer service and communication, and installation was perfect. These guys are an amazing small business that have been around for many years and you can honestly see that when they deal with the customer. At the end of September my girlfriend and I started looking into hot tubs. We reached out to multiple companies with an initial email and most took 1-2 weeks to even reply. Dan at Sun Spa Calgary, replied almost immediately. He answered all of our questions and made it a no brainer to buy from Sun Spa. The tub was delivered today by Tyson who was an absolute professional. It was quick and painless. He provided great instructions for the filter and the chemical procedures. Overall a 10/10 experience from Dan and Tyson! It was much appreciated and highly recommend these guys to anyone looking for a hot tub in the Calgary area.

We just purchased a hot tub from Kyle and the Team, what a fantastic experience. Very helpful and informative in the selection process Kyle made sure we liked the spa we selected and then took care of organizing delivery. The delivery went really well with both guys making sure everything worked and we understood how to care for the spa before they left. I would recommend these guys for sure!

As a first time buyer I am very pleased with this company. I run a family owned business as well and can say buy from these guys. I did a lot of research and went to other places first they were very pushy and hard on sales tactics. When I went in here Kyle was who I dealt with he is very professional, Had what I was looking for in stock where other places were 2 years away. He referred me to a electrician and everyone showed up on time and within a couple days of buying it, it was in my back yard. They are not pushy and more then willing to answer any of your questions. These guys are great, they were very organized and got the hot tub in the right spot in no time. We had to order a crane get the hot tub onto a roof top, they showed up on time and helped with the lift, then leveled off the hot tub, got it filled up and working all with a few hours. The service was great! Then they did a great job of walking me through how to take care of my first tub, I wouldn't go anywhere else to buy a spa.

Amazing people working here amazing owner! The guy just gave me a bottle of amazing chlorine with several applications left, because I didn't plan on spending the 60 for a big one. That sort of business etiquette is all but dead in the world. I will come back and buy from them. Who knows perhaps a new hot tub haha. Thanks buddy your a good man

Bought the bust Spa a year ago had couple issues and were solved by the owners themselves right away definitely recommend sunspa very knowledgeable about the units and chemicals

I contacted Sunspa a few years ago when my Jacuzzi hot tub broke down and the Jacuzzi dealer had closed its store. This was during the winter when it was cold and repairs needed to be done quickly. Sunspa was out the same day and repaired the problem. I have since moved and purchased a new tub from Sunspa, the sales process and delivery were excellent. I have had to contact them for a couple of minor warranty issues. Each time they have provided excellent service. Thank you!

We found the staff at Sun Spa to be very helpful and friendly right from the first time we walked into the store through giving us the overview of the tub after it was carefully placed on our deck. All of our questions were answered in detail and it left us feeling great about our purchase.
The Sundance spa we purchased is amazing and we have been enjoying it with friends and family right from the first day. We are happy to own a quality product from a company that has a great reputation and backs it up.

We purchased a D1 hot tub this summer and use it almost daily. The delivery was a smooth process, they worked around our busy schedule and spent a great deal of time teaching us how to use the hot tub and how to properly maintain it. The service was fantastic throughout the entire process. Highly recommend Sun Spa Calgary.

Before going to Sun Spa, I went to a couple other places - all of them were quite aggressive with their sales and had hidden costs (e.g. Extras for the lid, the step, etc). I was quickly at ease with Dan because he did not try to up-sell me and all the necessities were included in the price.

It was also a special circumstance as I was buying the hot tub as a surprise gift for my husband. The Sun Spa team was amazing at making this happen. They worked outside their regular hours to get the job done when they could around my husband's schedule including the electrical and building a platform for the tub. They snuck the tub in early on a Saturday morning while we were out, filled it, put the chemicals in and by 9pm we were celebrating with friends in our new tub! Since then they have checked in with me about how we are enjoying the tub and if I have any questions about the water chemistry or tub. Super friendly, honest and "above and beyond" service.

This review is for Oliver: I came back from vacation and found my hot tub frozen completely frozen… I call Sun spa the gentleman is Oliver and told him what happened so he told me to take it apart the bottom and put a heater for 3 to 4 days. So I've done that and make sured everything was fine and able to restart it. You could've tried to send someone and cost me a lot of money but instead help me on the phone and now the hot tub is running and no crack and no the repair at this time to be done. As an owner of a company I was very impressed what he did and how he help me and how much I want to say how much I appreciate the saving of my hot tub… you guys Rock
