We have had nothing but great experiences with Sun Star. Their staff are friendly and knowledgeable. On one occasion, we were a little late on seeking the warrant coverage on a tree that died. They honoured it anyway, which was very gracious of them. The staff were also really great with our toddler and even gave him dog treats that he could give to their dog that was walking around the property. It made our son so happy. We will definitely be coming back.

Petro and Jordan were extremely helpful to us when we bought our Scott’s pine and 6 fruit trees. They were both very knowledgeable and willing to drop what they were doing to help. We will come back here any time we need anything!

This is a fantastic nursery. We had some bad experiences at other nurseries where staff had zero knowledge/experience and weren’t helpful at all. And lack of inventory. That changed at Sunstar.

Huge shout out to Athena! (I hope I’m spelling it right). She was a HUGE help with all our questions regarding landscaping requirements, care, expectations, calliper, and differences with species. She was friendly, patient, and strong. We put her to work pulling a few different trees to look at. She did it with a smile!

You can tell the staff there enjoy their jobs. Prices were also very competitive! It’s a bit of a drive for us as we’re west of the city but we will make a point to shop there for all our landscaping needs in the future. Thanks Sunstar and Athena!

WOW! This is the biggest nursery that I’ve been to. The staffs are so helpful and friendly. I wish I have a truck to haul more shrubs and trees home!

There's no question, this is, by far, our favorite nursery! The staff are extremely knowledgeable and friendly and their selection and quality is among the best for your landscaping needs! Need trees, shrubs, perennials - be sure to make a trip to Sunstar - it won't disappoint!

The wife and I had a pleasure of going there and buying a few plants, trees. Lots of choices to choose from, amazing place, they have everything. We've been helped by Jordan who was very knowledgeable, extremely polite and genuine nice person. I am sure that everybody who works there are the same, but Jordan was the one helping us.
