Waiting for help at the bakery. So far 10 minutes. Nobody even paid attention.

Very good quality but $$$. Cream caramel and pumpkin pies are really good. I do not usually buy cheese or from there but they got it all.

Always super fresh and beautifully presented. I guess that explains the prices. I shop for specialty items like Alberta raised lamb.

Sunterra always has fresh produce, top quality meat and poultry along with some of the best baked goods you can find. Wide selection of take home type meals that only require some warming if you're coming home after a long day.

They recently increased their prices. I already thought their products were way too expensive, now their subpar grocery level products are extremely overpriced, I will no longer be shopping at this place, nor will I endorse their business.

I used to come in for lunch and eat fresh food in a proper dish with proper cutlery. Now they serve it off a heat rack in a plastic doggy dish with plastic cutlery. I'm not coming back.

Sunterra is my neighbourhood store. During the Covid shut down times, they had exemplary safety protocols. Items a little more expensive than some stores but I'm willing to pay for convenience. We really like the bread, produce and Valbella meats. Our Easter Bunny shops here too.

Really love it here. The staff are always friendly and the food hits nearly any comfort variety you can think of. It's pricey, but it's pricey because it's well maintained and the goods are good. The tomato bocconcini salad is the best in the house imo.

Small and clean with little bit of everything. Good selection of coooked food. A bit high priced. Good place to visit for the culinary adventure!

Surprised to find out that its not the best quality meat but the prices are ridiculously high. All the people that work there are super nice and friendly and very helpful that's awesome

High quality market with fresh produce. I like their selection of pre-made meals. It costs more, but you also can tell where your money went. Bakery seems pretty good too. Has all the trappings expected of a grocer, with the twist of some nice pre made stuff and some unique broad selection of some canned items.

Love the atmosphere of this place! The wings were tasty! Locally grown Strawberries is where it's at!

Fabulous food! Its an adventure whenever I go! Nowadays, with the escalating costs for all kinds of items, I am pleasantly surprised there's cooked food in the cold fridge that's family size. For $20 you can have enough food to feed 6! Or 4 if you all eat bigger portions.

I really enjoy the jars of soups and sauces and like that Sunterra will take containers back for reuse.

First time here and I would go back.the fresh food/meals that they cook look very appetizing and appealing. Ready to make meals are super handy. The desserts/bakery items are first class. The fruit is magazine worthy in looks, vest looking berries I've ever seen.

Usually enjoying visiting this place but this time it reeked of garlic (yuk) and they didn't have what I was looking for.

This place has an amazing selection of fresh and healthy food with a ton of them being organic and in-house made products. A bit pricey, but often high value products are. There is also a bunch of stuff that you will not find anywhere else in the are, along with a number of specialty meals and ingredients.

Sunterra has delicious fresh meals, bakery etc. I always come back for the same orange marmalade with lemon and ginger that I remember from my childhood.

Really like this store and is very well managed. I love the avocados they sell here, a bit on the pricey side, but they are bigger sized and taste better than others (more creamy).

If you have not shopped here before, I highly recommend it! Great staff, well stocked and very clean.

Very disappointed. The prices keeps going up but the quality and quantity have gone way down. I use to look forward to coming to the city for their homemade food, especially the hummus. Well no more, the stupid deposit jars and the inconsistent taste, double the price for less and it so watered down. Shame on you guys. Will not be back!

Excellent variety of produce and bakery products. Service was top notch, fast and friendly. Prices are a bit high but you get what you pay for.

Lovely little store, fine selection. The overall look is getting a little dated and it might need a refresh.

Sunterra delivery service we have been using for over a year. We have found the delivery convenient but we are tired of them sending us rotten or expired food. We call the supervisor and they offer to refund but never improve the quality of the pickers. Our latest order had many mistakes and 3 vegetable orders that are mouldy and have to be thrown out. Premium prices but not premium service! I would not recommend their delivery service!

The meat is always excellent and meat cutters very helpful. Produce is very good. A nice selection of household items. The ready made and deli foods, and the bakery are hit and miss for quality. Sometimes I wonder if they taste it. Wonderful dairy items. Staff is always very helpful.

"The roast beef sandwiches look so good, " said my partner after a few hours shopping. "Let's get one and sit outside to enjoy the sunshine! " We were pleased that the tables offered a choice of sun or shade and we chose a roast beef and egg salad sandwich to share. The bread was stale. The first bite of roast beef reaped a huge mouthful of gristle, and despite our hunger, we ended up feeding the nearby garbage can instead.
Although the store looked lovely and things were well presented, be careful with the remade - especially the sandwiches!

It's not a big store, but it's popular for a reason. Good selection of meat and some unique produce such as purple cabbage, rainbow carrots, yellow zucchini. They also occasionally make a dark eye bread that is amazing. Worth a trip to check it out.

Went for my favorite stuffing stuffed Turkey roulade but apparently it's seasonal and they don't have it today. Still got some great food, and if it weren't for the turkey roulade, it would be five stars!

I like that this place is never super busy or packed, perhaps I come at off times haha the staff is friendly and there are so many products to choose from. They sell a variety of Fiasco Gelato flavors. This is also the only place in the city where I found wild rice. The produce selection is great, as well as the garlic sold here is quality. There is also a great tea selection.

Good food. Lots of meal prep dinners, and great salads and pies and curries and veggies. I would eat everything there if I was a millionaire. The prices are not cheap, the only way I can afford to eat there is when someone gives me a gift card: (

Expensive, but I love their prepped meals. Also, you can buy their green onion cakes frozen! Busy still for a small store. Not a lot of space to social distance.

I phoned Sunterra to pick up a carrot cake as they have the best carrot cake though very pricy$28. She asked when I would be there and I said within the hour. I get there and asked for the cake and she said they just sold one and could I wait 15-20 minutes. I guess there is no choice as I drove from Goldbar and it was for a birthday. But here’s the thing if you have one and I am coming there within an hour why did you sell it. If you did not have one why did you just not say come after 2: 00 in the afternoon or we do not have one available. I would have found somewhere else to purchase it. I have mobility issues so I am in my car waiting. I do not buy any other food here as I personally do not find it holds up well to reheating.

Homemade takeout foods.awesome selection of poultry and redmeats that are organically raised locally

Through COVID, this has been my favourite grocery store. The employees are always kind and helpful. They take cleaning protocols very seriously and the other shoppers are more respectful of the COVID guidelines than I've experienced in larger grocery stores. Their bakery section is amazing. They had Christmas cookies so good I bought them twice. I usually get the croissants weekly. They also have premade meals that are balanced portions and flavorful if you don't feel like cooking. I wish we had more Sunterra around the city; I would have found it sooner!

This Sunderland Market is very close my neighborhood in Edmonton. Its very clean the staff knows most customers that make my shopping enjoyable

Great place. They even have full 3-course meals cooked professionally if you can't or don't want to go picking in all their fresh products.

Never ever shop here.are u guys aware for the covid 19 thing? I went to this store last week just to buy a coffee but there's someone in the bakery looks like she's not feeling well and she keeps on coughing, I supposed to buy a latte because i really love lavazza coffee but this lady making pies was coughing in front of me before she asked me what to buy.i just walked out coz i have family.her cough is different.c'mon does this store are aware for the pandemic nowadays? Let your employees check for the safety of others.

Wonderful specialty grocers. Great meat and pre-prepared sections. Wish the patrons could pay attention to the aisle direction signage - it's not that difficult.

Good products and tasty food. However there’s this one older lady at the cashier who has a very cold look on her face and a bad vibe. At one moment she’s all jolly serving her employee and then her attitude makes a complete 180 when she serves you. No greeting, zero communication along with this “I’ve had enough” look. Every time I visit. I was afraid to give her my points card info. Might aswell just invest in self service machines, cause they’ll treat you much better.

Love Love it.the staff are absolutely amazing. Especially the cashiers.all of them.the place is clean, shelfs always stocked, and unlimited selection in the deli. And my favourite is their fresh squeezed juices and deli sandwiches and local food.

We ordered a Christmas dinner for 12 people on one days notice. The turkey dinner was amazing! Great, moist turkey, arrived on time, hot food, great stuffing, mashed Potatoes, veggies and dessert. All very perfectly prepared and spiced. Would hands down do this again.

Very busy just before Christmas. They also had curbside pickup. They were well stocked and have many items not usually found at other grocery stores.

I love this place! Their stock of produce, meat, bakery, etc is perfect. The deli staff can be quite rude, but the food is so good that I keep going back.

Delicious fresh ready to go food, and they make great plum (Christmas) pudding at Christmas time too

Great selection at this neighborhood market! Prices are above average, but the selection and convenience are worth paying a bit extra!

Fantastic spot for ready-to-eat, take home for dinner or party food. The deli is something very special - especially the dolomas and shepherd's pie! Would 100% recommend for a quick lunch on the go.

I almost always spend more than I expect to when I come here - just because I love all the in-store goodies they have to offer. Always friendly staff, always delicious food. Been coming here for years!

AMAZING bakery.our whole family loves the pie shooters! They are our favourite. Lots of great, ready-made meals that are tasty and healthy.who needs fast food when you can have their fab food! Staff were also very mindful of social distancing and cleanliness.love coming here.
