Sunterra Market, Keynote

This supermarket was the closest to us, we just gave it a try. There are many kinds of product here, but not the variable selection. The prices are not reasonable, but if there is no other option - go ahead.

I had a question about seafood. I spoke to Gary (the butcher). He was very professional, informative and courteous. I absolutely recommend shopping here. Great atmosphere, knowledgable and committed to providing highest quality food. First class!

One of the reasons I am a regular customer is a Ukrainian girl working in customer service in kitchen. She is always polite and attentive to me. Whenever she is on duty, she serves me fresh food. Last time I wanted to buy a salad for my lunch but it was not available. In my presence, she made it for me. She is the best!

There are so many selections, fresh, to order, and every wonderful packaged product you can think of. If you need to treat yourself, stop by.

Since moving to Bridgeland, I've been exploring local stores within biking distance. So far, Sunterra Keynote has been my absolute favorite.

The produce, meat, deli, and bakery all have excellent options with great quality. The staff always seem friendly and willing to help!

On the odd rainy day that I do drive, the free 40min underground parking is much appreciated.

Ok, so this will be a specific area of Sunterra Market because that was my jam that day.

Overall Sunterra Market does not disappoint, a more tailored and upscale Market compared to alternatives however it's a niche destination for those who have a particular life style and preferences.

Back to my review. Situation: My Birthday, Mission: Find myself a delicious birthday treat, Target: Strawberry Shortcake.
Ohhhh my sweet tooth was already feeling the sugar rush and my dentist was ready to book me in for check up.

Sunterra bakery, my lord so hard to choose. It doesn't have everything for those who wanna be picky. What it does have are a variety of pastries, cakes, treats, that one could expect from France, Europe, etc. Not your run of the mill Walmart bakery and such. Good quality and definitely a must have in your resources list of baked goods. The price reflects the quality, avg $2.95-6.99, up to whole cakes $25.99-$39+

Wanna impress a date, picnic outings, events, treat. I'm sure you will find a delicious treat to take home.

Thanks Sunterra for having my Birthday cake I always get every year. It was delicious and I bought a 6pk of strawberry shortcake cupcakes and shared it with my residential building peeps, I came across.

Picked up lunch in the restaurant area, so many choices ranging from reasonably priced to expensive. Good for a quick lunch stop on the go.

Wish if there was a 0 or negative star to give. Went there to grab a bite and got a sandwich for $9. First of all it wasn't fresh, and second it was sweet sandwich with turkey cold cut. This is the weirdest thing I have ever tasted. It was very sugary, not even fresh, and tasted horrible for such money. I do understand that sometimes people need to grab a quick meal, but they should pay attention to their prices and what products they are selling (Stale bread with 1 lettuce and 2 pieces of cold cut turkey). Its not some kind of a concert or live show. It is a supermarket, and people do expect good food for the high price they are paying. I am not going to be buying anything here and recommend people to spend their money somewhere else, like a small takeout place. I would rather eat French fries but not gonna get a meal here ever. Scamm

I generally stop in when needing something quick as it is fairly pricey for subpar quality food. Picked up an egg salad sandwich for lunch (not my first choice but really the only option that was fresh and made the same day). Second bite in there was a large piece of egg shell. Hoping it was just that bite tried another bite from a different part of the sandwich…more egg shell. Disappointing especially considering the price point of nearly $9

My favorite grocery store in Calgary:). Such quality! That is steady and always satisfying.

I picked up a birthday mango mousse cake today. The glaze had not set properly. It was quite liquidy making the lettering of the birthday message slide around atop the cake. There was also a puddy of glaze beside the cake. Bakery said it wa normal. I beg to differ as the same cake ordered on many previous occasions didnot have the same issue. It was an gift so it was an embarrassment to give with the message illegible.

They didn't have prices on many items, and the two young staff at the counter were not helpful at all. They would rather chat and be on their phones. I left.

This place has amazing pre made food. The pulled pork Enchiladas are fantastic! Staff is super friendly and helpful. Thank you Zhala for helping me out 5 min before closing!

Well, you were my budget go-to for breakfast every week, but the $3 increase to the breakfast is officially the deal breaker for me. Inflation or not, the once $7 breakfast increased to $8 not long ago (which was fine), and now 10.99…I’ll now be taking my business elsewhere.

Also, the hash browns are no where near the quality they once were.

Great product & selection, high prices. Good selection of items here and some specialty items.
Staff have always been helpful.

Restaurant upstairs seems bland though. Bakery is fine, would like to hear managements side of previous pest issue.
Has cooking classes. Leans toward locally sourced food.

If check out line is too long someone else usually arrives to help - an obvious effort to provide good customer service exists here.
Also conveniently located.

Lots of variety, you can spend hours here, from grocery shopping, to getting something fresh made to eat while you wait, or picking up something quickly from the deli/coffee area. Prices are a bit high though.
Free 20/40 min parking for customers in underground parkade. There's a full size restaurant above store as well.

Clean and very friendly staff. Security followed a shady person in the store and escorted them out professionally.

Always enjoy the fresh squeezed juices and the ginger chicken pasta salad on certain days. I wish the ingredients used for some of the prepped food were healthier and contained less preservatives.

Meet a friend for lunch. Lots of room on the 3rd floor. Go to the bar area for the best quiet location. Precooked meals look amazing and hard to decide what to choose. I picked chicken chorizo & seafood. It was delicious and plenty for leftovers.
