Super 8 by Wyndham High Level AB

Everything was very nice. I was travelling with my dog and I encountered an unexpected $28 pet fee which rubbed me the wrong way as I was not expecting that. All in all the staff and facilities were really nice and welcoming.

Kitchen staff is very rude and threatening towards anyone taking breakfast to the room! Dont stay here.front desk didn't have knowledge about security cameras in the back.so that means the one camera in the back isn't operational or being monitored.

Girl at front desk should not be in customer service. Lack of any emotion and not welcoming at all. Almost like we inconvenienced her. Shower was filthy and clearly made for midgets. I am 5’9 and felt like I had to do the limbo. Free breakfast was pathetic

I went for the night to get my car serviced so I can hang out there till it was ready during the day. They gave me a lovely room that was like a small kitchenette and I had a hot breakfast in the morning. After relaxing I went for a swim and even used the waterslide, hot tub was nice as well. The whole experience was great for around 140 with tax this was a steal of a deal!

Been spending countless days here for work, the rooms are your average run of the mill hotel rooms, nothing special here in that regard

The high quality of this hotel comes directly from the staff, who go above and beyond to make you feel at home. I've had day in and day out pleasant interactions with all the staff members here. Everybody from the front desk to the house keepers do a great job

The continental breakfast is good too, lots of options.

Hands down the most valuable part of this hotel is the staff, if you're new to town and need a place to stay, I recommend contacting Super 8 for a room ASAP

I'd like to give a shout out to Chris, Teresa, and Patrick that went out of their way to make my experience at this hotel top notch, those are high quality individuals.

I don't usually write reviews especially not bad ones. I am writing to warn people that they will double charge you. They will say it is a preauthorization fee but I have multiple records and bank statements that show otherwise. They will say it will be back in your account soon but that is not the case. I would not complain to much. I also maybe think it's because my husband and children are native American. Maybe it's a discrimination thing. I hope those who can't spare extra money to a big hotel heed my warning.

Rooms and amenities were more than acceptable for our stay in High Level. Would recommend to others

The front desk staff, especially the East Indian woman, was completely rude when I called to make a reservation but yet when I pulled in I gave them the benefit of doubt and went and booked a room. It was the same lady as it had been earlier on the phone and she still lacked customer service and she was very unfriendly. The only positive was that when I asked for a room change because 1 mattress was completely concave I was moved to a new room with a better mattress. Won’t ever stay here again. Good customer service matters to me - if you’re going to come and find jobs in Canada then do better.

We travelled here for a Provincial hockey tournament. This hotel was very clean, staff was amazing and more than accommodating.

I've been staying here for 8 years when I come up here and it is excellent every visit. Staff are friendly and very accommodating. Rooms are always clean and very nice. Good breakfast options available. The pool and hot tub area is also always clean and nice. I highly recommend staying here.

Not a bad rate. Ceilings are thin. You can hear the people above you. Gym is small.
Breakfast is good.

Don’t drink the water.
(This may be know to locals but stopping through I wouldn’t of know if I had not run a sink full of water to wash my face.)
There was long black hairs on my towels, and lots of build up of beard hairs in my sink.
There was heavy smoking smell in my room, we were unaware you had to ask for a non-smoking room. I’m allergic and they are booked to capacity.

Otherwise, sheets looked clean,
mattresses looked bed-bug free in my room.
Breakfast was nice, eggs, bacon, hashbrowns, etc…
Decent wifi for school work

Night front desk lady was so helpful. Breakfast was more then I had expected. We will definitely be back, when my kids other teams come from beaverlodge to play.

Last minute booking. Glad they had room for me but I forgot charging blocks for phone and the provided USB charge station in the room was connected to the main ceiling light. So if I needed to charge my phone for the morning I was forced to have the main light on.

I found the staff to be helpful and friendly. I had a incident where the hotel had been rented out to a hockey team and throughout the night The young team of boys were running up and down the hall disturbing my sleep. I called down to front desk a couple of times they went up and spoke with them. The hotel staff understood my frustrations and altered my room rate. Thank you for the great hospitality, I will visit again.

Room was good but service is below average. The FD agent at checked in was uninterested and disengaged, the one at check out Anna, couldn’t even say good morning or look at us. Standing in front of a person for 5 minutes and not saying anything?

STAY AWAY from the complimentary breakfast, frozen eggs? Gross.
Do yourself a favour and stay at the Best Western which is a couple minutes and way better in all aspects (their Breakfast is not frozen) and people actually smile.

Best stay and easy check in, the phone service could be less time consuming but awesome pay and sleep front desk is kind and soft spoken the breakfast was filling for the start of the day you wouldn’t be disappointed treat them respect and you’ll receive nothing but respect
