The new girl named Sheri did an amazing job job with my haircut. Did everything I wanted and more. She was so generous and kind. 100% recommend her among the other people working there.

Within the first 2 minutes of the haircut, the lady CUT my 5 year old son’s ear, causing it to bleed, and for him to cry. I know accidents happen but there was a guide on the clippers so she was just far too rough. She did apologize and took the time to disinfect the wound, but it shouldn’t have happened at all. After that we kept going and started small talking - durning the small talk I was shamed for my decision to not have any more children and she called my son a “spoiled brat” after asking him what he asked Santa for, for Christmas. I found that extremely rude and uncalled for.

I feel like we should have been offered a free hair, or at the very least a discount given the fact that my son was physically injured but we were offered absolutely nothing. The hair cut itself actually turned out well, and I’m happy with it. But the experience overall was extremely upsetting and disappointing. We will not be returning.

Last June I went into this shop and Sunita cut my hair…. I was very pleased with the cut. At that appointment Sunita suggested that I try some low lights in my hair as the greys are starting to take over. Today I finally took her advice and I have never been so happy about my hair colour and my hairstyle. Thank you so much Sunita! You have my recommendation!

I got my haircut how I wanted it. I would definitely recommend superclips. I didn't have to wait, but if you do you can always enjoy their complimentary coffee while you wait.

I am extremely happy with my haircut! My hair feels light and healthy. I am very picky when it comes to who cuts my hair and had lots of poor experiences that left me hating my hair. I would highly recommend! The owner did an amazing job to my hair and was extremely friendly and welcoming. I love being able to leave loving my hair instead of sticking it in a bun to hide it. The owner listened to what I wanted and I got exactly what I asked for.

I would recommend going to Sunny as she cuts my husbands hair and highlights and cuts my hair to. She’s the only one who can layer my hair properly since my hair is so thin many people mess up but Sunny has pretty much nailed it. Also prices are good too.

My husband decided to try a new place for our children. Well, it was a big mistake. Whoever cut her hair definitely couldn't cut a straight line. We will not be going back.

Worst haircut ever. I'll never recommend. If I were the manager I would fire that Russian lady with the blonde hair and bangs pretty sure she is racist. Horrible and rude.

Worst hair cut ever! I was trying to save money, big mistake. I’ve been growing my hair out for the past four months and can finally now get it cut again. They did a terrible terrible job completely uneven in many places. It looks. Like a four year old cut my hair. It’ll take me a while to get over this one do not go here?

Asked for and what I got were two different things! Asked for a trim top of hair for I like to curl it back and bangs, trim the sides! Walked out with poker straight hair and shorter than short hair! Look like a boy-she gave me a Mullet hair cut! Usually you get complements after going to the hairdresser instead I got asked what happened to your hair! I absolutely hate it! Will never ever go to Super clips again, you do not get what you ask for!

I took my daughter for a light haircut and the lady never used scissors, she used an electric beard razor on long wavy hair. Instead of using water on her hair, she used a flat iron that burned her hair since she didn't use any heat protector. She didn't want to do the haircut my daughter asked for because she said it wouldn't look good on her.

She would not cut my son's hair without shampoo. He had a shower the day before!
