Went here for a drug and alcohol test. Did not know it was a mouth swab not a urine test. Would not let me use their bathroom to relieve myself. Told me to drive down the road after I showed up ready to donate. Very ignorant and unprofessional.

This company has predatory fee practices. Trash customer service. And rude service reps.

If you book an appointment, don't call back 10 minutes later to reschedule. It's a $75 cancelation fee and a $50 no show fee for not providing 24hours notice. $125 fee for trying to move your appointment to an hour later.

They are money grubbing pirates that would have cost me my job if I didn't pay their ransom. And so rude.

Professional and friendly staff. I had several tests to do, I was in and out in just over an hour.

Extremely slow process due to unprofessional and unorganized staff. No urgency to get anything done.

Why did it take nearly three hours for my employee to finish his physical and drug test? It should be a one hour operation MAX.
Never will be using sure hire ever again. This is not the first time I've had an awful experience and I could bet it wouldn't be the last if I keep using there awful services

And the strip mall that surehire uses is DISGUSTING, for how much money this company brings in every 1/4 you'd think they could afford a nicer space.you know one that's not located next to a grimy gross massage parlour

Even though I gave them a call ahead and told them I will be late for my appointment for about 45 minutes to 1 hour, she said; we let your company know after half an hour, without letting me to explain Why I will be late! Final I went there 35 minutes after my appointment, they refused to do my test, very rude and poor customer services, still try to explain why I have been late (specially during this COVID-19) but still refused to take the test! After half an hour waiting in the reception another guy came to me said, we are closed 12: 00-13: 00,
I do not recommend this place at all but if your company still booked your test there, they have to be very lucky, other wise I will never go back to that place ever

WAY better service than what I had experienced 2 years ago. The lady I did my mask fitting test with was an ABSOLUTE GEM. 2 years ago, it was a lady with a nasty attitude, and I told myself I would never return to this location. But I came back, prepared to have another person who would be extremely rude to me again; but to my surprise, I had an amazing experience with this lovely lady. I wish I gotten her name (She is full figured, really pretty, medium/short height, & amazing an personality!) <3

She was the only female working at the front desk. My appointment was at 2: 15 and she did my mask fit test. She is so lovely, & I really hope she gets the recognition she deserves!: D

This is the most incompetent testing company I have ever had to deal with. I have been working a safety sensitive oil field job for almost 12 years and have never ever had to jump through so many hoops to pass a physical and urine test ever! There is zero communication between staff members paired with very low knowledge of there job to try and make this a easy and smooth process for you. Never ever send your workers there for testing unless you want your time and money wasted. All results came back positive, did not fail anything but took them 2 weeks to get to get that conclusion and made me miss 2 flights up north which results in thousands of dollars missed for me and my young family. I wish to never ever have to deal with there incompetency ever again.
