Received spectacular service from Tracy who took the time to help us find the perfect window coverings formour new home. We never felt rushed or like an inconvenience as we waded through the options and decided on the best fit. Tracy provided excellent guidance and feedback and we ultimately came up with a great choice that we wouldn't have considered originally. Having used Sureway for our previous home as well I can confidently say you will not go wrong choosing them.for window coverings.

I had a great experience with this company. The blinds are great and the sales person, Tracy, was very helpful in assisting me through the extensive choices.

Steer clear! They were pleasant enough to deal with when we ordered two room-darkening window blinds and paid for installation. But when problems quickly emerged with the blinds, which cost $1,000+ for the pair, they did not fix them. As of writing, it has been two months since I first reported the problem and still no fix. They don't respond to voice mails, are completely unapologetic and do not follow through on commitments. Very disappointed.
