I had such a great experience with everyone at this store. Everyone went above and beyond helping me purchase a new recliner. They were friendly, knowledgeable and welcoming. I just happened to go there on the coldest day of the year. I should have went with my gut instinct and bought it there the first visit but I had to check out the other stores and went back here. The price was better than fair and they had it in stock.

Excellent experience shopping here and great service, all the guys working are very knowledgeable and give great input before making a decision. They also have awesome pet plans for if any of your pets have accidents on the furniture and after going to every other furniture store in medicine hat I can honestly say their prices can not be beat. They also have great delivery options that deliver the same day we bought the sectional and even take your old couch to the dump for a great price. Will definitely be back there for any of our furniture needs in the future!

The staff at Surplus Furniture are great! I bought a chest of Drawers last week and a head board today. Both times I stoped by the items where in stock and was able to take the furniture home on the same day.

First of all it's been almost 40 years since we bought new livingroom furniture and it's a huge task to decide with all the competition out there. Surplus Furniture has beautiful furniture within there store, the overall prices for their furniture surpasses any of their competitors, the customer service is more than I expected, wonderful, very helpful, very willing to give you the best possible price for your dollar, very friendly and very customer satisfaction oriented. I bought a beautiful great quality living room set and also same day delivery so as far as I am concerned I couldn't have received this kind of customer service anywhere else in our city. I highly recommend anyone who is looking to buy some new furniture to definitely support the Surplus Furniture Store!

Would be 5 but we we called and told everything was there ready for delivery 3 weeks later. On the delivery date there were pieces missing, when I called the pieces weren't even on their computer. The guy who answered the phone pretty much told me I was sol. I had to bring in my receipt which didn't match theirs. They couldn't explain the missing purchases on their copy compared to mine.

Really enjoyed shopping at Surplus. Found what I wanted and they were very helpful with all aspects of transaction. Would higher recommend. Great prices and great service.

We didn't know this place existed until we heard them on the radio on Black Friday, and we just so happened to be on the lookout for a new couch! The salespeople are all very friendly and make you feel like a friend right away. We love the couch we bought from them and highly recommend them to anyone looking for furniture.
