Surplus Furniture is a hidden gem! Prices are budget-friendly and the staff is super friendly and helpful. They have got great selection and the deals are unbeatable. I would recommend for affordable and stylish furniture.

I would never have found this place if it wasn't for maps. Very simple setup. A big room with lots of furniture. The gentleman that helped us was aggressive but in that "trustful knowledgeable uncle" sort of way. He made sure I understood everything I needed to know about the sofa we bought including a visual demonstration on how to disassemble it. Heck everyone was friendly to us including the warehouse muscle man when I picked up!

I had a very good experience with the staff at the Lethbridge Surplus Furniture & Mattress Warehouse. When I walked into the store, it was to help my daughter looking for furniture. Before you know it, I was interested in some furniture for myself. Matyna was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. She did not pressure me to buy anything but I did and so did my two daughters. We have our new couch and recliner at home now and couldn’t be happier.

It was a good Experiance they explained everything they have alot to close from and we got a great monthly plan that is workable would recommend them for new furniture. The employees were friendly and helpful overall a stress free experiance

BAIT AND SWITCH, shows items as in stock on the website but they conveniently “sold the last one a few days ago” and “the website hasn’t updated yet”. They’ll oh so graciously try to sell you a more expensive one though! Don’t waste your time. Shady business practices.

4 months ago I bought a sofa but 10 days later I saw that one arm of the sofa was broken and I called at that time and until now they are not interested in solving the problem, I am waiting for them to return the money or change it, I have not had a response from them What does it mean that they scam people, they are only interested in people's money.

Very helpful, friendly, and accommodating with service and helping to set up delivery for our new sleeper sofa. 100% will be a return customer.

My husband and I went sectional shopping and had a fantastic experience. Knowledgeable and friendly staff listened to what we were looking for and matched us with something great!

Bought our dining table this month, we’re so excited to assembled it because we just moving in, founding out that there was no nuts and bolts inside.tried to call them.but they dont know when its gonna arrive. Excitement turns to disappointment.

The prices and service were exceptional, showed us exactly what we were looking for and we’re not too pushy. Then when it came down to prices they couldn’t be beat by a long shot.

Wayne did a great job helping us and was super pleasant to talk with! We left with a sectional that’s perfect for us and what we wanted!

Customer service when we were buying our couch was great. They encouraged us to get the warranty, so we did. When the time came to claim our warranty they would not honor it. Told us that the grinding metal in our recliners and the foam falling out of the foot stools was not their problem.
If you choose to buy from Surplus do not buy the warranty as it was a waste of money. Our couches are not even 2 years old and they are falling apart.

We have shopped in your store for numerus items plus we have gone in for information as well. We found George to be most helpful. In fact he is the only staff member in the store that we will deal with. We found the manager to be abrasive and annoying and there is another fellow always on his cell Phone. We will shop there again but only if George is working
