Surplus Furniture and Mattress Warehouse

Went to their store with my wife and 2 small kids today, to buy king mattress and box spring. For first 5 minutes no one was there to help, after that an old guy came who was helpful and showed us mattresses. Then Justin started to deal us and he is the most racist and ill mannered guy I have to ever deal with. We selected a mattress and asked her for final price on that. We decided not to buy it as the price looked on high side which he didn’t liked! Also he kept pushing us to buy mattress cover as well which we told him zillion time we are not interested! He kept us pushing deposit 50$ otherwise you will lose this price! I told him that is fine i don’t want to do a deposit! He taunted my wife you said something thats why your husband is not buying! Also at the end he was yelling at us and was calling us liars and dishonest people! Because we are not buying from their place and we said we came to buy! He was yelling so loud even my kids were scared in the store!
Surplus guys you can do better! Hire someone who knows how to deal with customer!
Will never ever step back in that store!

The best place to get your furniture from! We had a really good experience with Justin who helped choose the mattress as well as the bed frame. We got financing from the store too which helped us choose better options rather than go for less. Furthermore, we got pillows, a bed cover and a mattress protector too. All in all, a great deal! Thanks guys for understanding and catering to our needs!

Purchased an expensive mattress here, was biggest mistake ever! Do not buy mattresses here - find somewhere with sleep tests. We wanted in between plush and firm and were referred to the mattress we purchased. It is so rigid, it leaves me crying. We bought thick memory foam topper and still feels like a bed of nails!
Contacted customer service months ago and never even heard back. Can’t afford a different mattress now after this waste of $$$. A good sleep is not in my future sadly.

I was assaulted and racist in this store. I got into this store just to see what they had, I was immediately and aggressively approached by a floor rep. I asked her if they carry couch covers and she said no. She then went back to another rep and I overhead them making fun of what I asked. Another rep came to me saying I could buy a new sofa instead, I didn't responds. I felt so uncomfortable and decided to leave the store. On my way out one of the reps said they have scratched furniture in ghe back. I felt insulted and told him I didn't like that. Immediately we got into an argument and two of them asked me to leave the store or been thrown out. I have never been harrased like that in my entire life. It was so bad that one of the reps actually followed me outside to my car, slammed my car door. This guy fowled, I could smell alcohol in his breath.
I should have pressed charges, but decided to let go. Too bad for the owner.

Very bad custmer service try to fight and push to leave store, have no choice to leave.
Never recommend any one to buy.

Very bad service all around and the sales representative are frauds, and rip anyone off and hide behind a desk, even when you try and speak with the Manager they don't respond its been over a month now. And the sale rep had the nerve to yell on the phone with me, they are disrespectful. I warn all customer to watch out they are frauds. Watch out for the man with the scratchy voice, he is gross and ugly.

Omg! They have such a loser working there that calls himself as a store supervisor. He has one dead front tooth and he had the audacity to start laughing in my face after when I asked they have any deals. It was my first time there and it will be my last that is for sure. 0 customer service skills. Just terrible!

Went to buy a bed with my son. The selection was great and the staff were knowledgeable and friendly. We got a great bed for a great price!

I knew which couch I wanted before I went in. I had a hoot shopping with Justin. Most sales people are pushy and talk you into buying something you don't want. He was flexible for what I didn't like and worked with me to find the style I was seeking.
It has been a few months with the couch, tables and lamp and I couldn't be happier with the selection.
Next king size bed frame. Waiting on a new style.

Worst place to buy anyting the managers dont hav good customer service skills my item wrecked years ago and everytime i call they tell me they will call me back pay the few extra bucks and go to the brick

Justin and Israel are extremely helpful and friendly! Great customer service and a very pleasant shopping experience.

Delivery same day, cheaper than Ikea when it comes to sofas.
They have great clearance deals, it is absolutely a must check.

As always, I walk in there looking to purchase furniture and I get excellent service, prompt assistance and walk out with what I went looking for. If you want furniture at a decent price, with no hassles go here. I will continue to use the store for all my furniture needs in the future.

Staff is very professional and friendly. Justin and Isreal very friendly and knowledgeable. Surplus have nice supplies at great prices.

Justin's 18 years of sales (as he mentioned when I thanked him for being pleasant to shop with) really shines through. He was never pushy, fully listening to what we wanted and knew how to deal with a customer who knows how to say NO haha
