You can overlook the Banff Hot Springs Hotel from a high position, but please note that the parking space is not large, and there are many tourists and cars on holidays, so you need to queue up for a parking space.
Nice view of the historic Fairmont hotel and mountain backdrop, but nothing too "surprising" about it. I preferred the roadside pullout view just before the corner, which also provided a view of the river below. Parking lot was small and cars were waiting to park. Fortunately, I was on a bike.
Another spot to capture the beauty of Banff, especially the Fairmont Hotel and the Bow River. The trick is to walk a bit along the road until you see a big tree and look back. That's the best view for me.
We visited during a weekend, there is a small parking lot across the observation deck. It was full we had to wait a bit to get parking spot. From the observation deck you can catch the glimpse of Fairmont Banff and other hills surrounding the area.
Incredible lookout with amazing view of the mountain Bowfall and the hotel. There was limited parking especially on a busy summer day, and the nicely done wooden deck lookout is on the other side of parking lot. The view is totally worth it. It wont take long to get few amazing memorable clicks. I have reviewed hoodo trail which will take 1-2 hours but this lookout wont even take 10 mins and its absolutely worth it. No washroom though and limited parking. Check out videos and images. Follow for more.
No comment can describe or convey the emotions when you get here in Banff. Time stops here, incredibly fascinating landscapes that you can look at for hours, clean air that refreshes the body and mind, a place where you don't want to leave) If you haven't been here yet, be sure to plan a trip here and believe me, you will be delighted with what you see!
You get an amazing view of the Banff Spring Hotel from this point. And if you go to the right spot, you will be able to see a part of the Bow falls as well. The view is spectacular and is worth the visit, especially to take a lot of photos. We had gone to the place when it was quite sunny and we had to come back again when it was cloudy just to take in the amazing view.
Perfect way to spend your morning in Banff when youve missed the sunrise but want to make the most of that glorious morning glow. The wooden steps up to the view to the Hotel was majestic. I suggest taking the tough rocky road down to the water to take in the river flow downstream. It's worth the little trek! Highly recommended.
Nice place, I liked the view a lot and thought that it was pretty cool. Currently on a vacation in Canada and we’re doing a bunch of stuff and we visited here for a little while, awesome sauce!
