My husband and I walked into this location to buy me a new top, I was drawn to a brightly yellow short sleeve. The price was great I selected another top and a pair of pants. At the front desk we were greeted by a very friendly lady Maral, the store manager. This was the first time I was in this store and I will be back.

One of my favourite places to shop. It is always a wonderful experience when the store manager Maral is working. She’s the best!

Myself and my family have been to this location a couple of times now and the customer service is always the best. The store is one of the most organized and clean stores I’ve seen and they are always getting new stock! I have had the pleasure of being helped by Maral and her wonderful team, Yousara and Tara. This is a favourite location of mine and I look forward to many more visits with them!

Let your customer know that you don’t give refund. Not everyone knows that also inform them before they pay not after. This was my first time shopping at the store. No one told me that there is no refund policy. And just because there is a circle on receipt doesn’t necessarily mean that your staff told me that there is no refund.

Went there today to buy a shacket. They didn’t have my size. Went to ask if they had my size. The sales associate would not make eye contact with me as I stood there for a good 5 mins in front of the counter. Finally she acknowledged me and was told that whatever they had was on the floor. I asked if she could find out if any of the other locations had my size she then tapped her nails on the counter and said they weren’t allowed to do that I that I would have to just call and ask them myself. That is just so bizarre to me. Both the sales associates working today were extremely rude and condescending. I don’t understand why people pick careers that require dealing with customers when they clearly think it’s above them. Will not be returning to this location.

Love Suzy shier now I have a favorite location to go to. The store manager Maral is awesome great costumer service very welcoming and helpful.

Went here with my mom, and we were not disappointed. Customer service was exceptional! There were a variety of options, so we ended up staying in the store a few minutes past closing without realizing; however, the senior manager, Maral, was super friendly at checkout. Will defintely be coming again in the future.

I visited this store yesterday with my mom. First of all they organize each section in very good way, great promotions. Store manager Maral is very helpful and such a good customer service that make you to buy extra clothes. Highly recommended this place.

It was the bestest experience ever had, i came in like at 7: 58 pm, exactly 2 minutes before.and the store manager let me in and make me choose dress for my graduation so quickly.it was Deep and Maral who assist me.it was lovely the way the let me in and help me choose.

Has a terrific experience shopping here last night. I entered the store just 15 mins before closing and was still able to go through many options and try them all, with the excellent help and support of the store manager Maral (hope I have the name right) and harleen (support staff).

Maral readily understood my preference, helped me pick several blouses and quickly set up a trial room for me. She also gave suggestions which helped me make my decisions quickly and accurately.

I was able to find all that I needed and Maral willingly and patiently kept the store open for me till 8.20pm (closing time 8pm).

I have always been a Suzy Shier fan. And the Premium Outlet mal by the YEG is super awesome. Has amazing collection and wonderful staff. I was there a few weeks back on a solo shopping trip and Tamara and Maria helped me big time. They were super friendly, extremely helpful and pleasant and gave me ideas as well. My entire shopping experience was nothing short of awesome. I will definitely go back sooner.

I had a wonderful experience at this location! I went in and asked about a blazer I had seen online, the manager knew exactly which one it was and knew it hadn’t been put out yet but it was in the back. She went back and got my size. I will definitely be going back!

I had gotten a Suzy’s gift for Christmas and when I went today, it wasn’t working. But with the help of Maral and Deep, I was able to use my gift card! I had great customer service today and really appreciated the help!

Best experience with store manager (maral). I love to go to suzy shier because you'll find real women clothes not all of its crops lol. I go to suzy from last 4 months almost every month and this time I met this wonderful lady who offer me store card which is very useful and lot more stuff. I bought real big bag of shopping without any planning coz she suggested really good deals.

Maral (I believe her name is - dark haired manager, super friendly) is absolutely wonderful every time I go in.

I don't typically shop at Suzy, but since going into her store, I stop in every time I'm at the mall now:) she truly understands customer service. She is the most helpful - without being over the top or pressuring you. She is always around for help if you need. Oh and the store is always CLEAN! I highly recommend stopping in at this Suzy, hopefully Maral is there Great shopping experience.
