Ordered couple of items for store pick-up from cross-iron location and totally regretted. Firstly, they do not have customer service phone number and secondly no one replies to your email. No email or phone call was sent to let me know that my order is ready for pick up. I had to call store multiple times and the in-store staff was so arrogant, not willing to listen or help. When I went to pick my order, the lady was so cold and impolite. So far, this is the worst customer service experience I have ever had and safe to say I won’t be stepping in their store or ordering online any more with them. They definitely need to go through customer service course.

I visit Suzy yesterday and I saw one employee done her shift at Suzy and another employee checked her bag pack before she leave the store. This is first time i saw this in any store. It’s doesn’t look good if you don’t trust your employees. If they don’t trust then why they hired them.

I wish I could give this Suzy store more than 5 stars. I had a chance to work with Susan as a personal stylist for Suzy and let me mention, she’s just awesome!
She had clothes chosen for me, and made it really comfortable for me to choose all clothes I wanted to buy.
I am so lucky to have met Susan, can’t wait to have more personal stylist sessions with her. Super recommend this Suzy!

I went to this location about a month ago looking for new clothes for work, having 0 idea of my style or what looks nice. I was in there just grabbing anything to try on and Susan came over to ask what I like, my style, what I’m looking for etc and she said “ok give me a moment I’m going to pull a few outfits for you” she grabbed items that were staples and mix and match to utilize my budget. I love everythig and have received compliments on every outfit. If you are in need of an amazing personal shopper I highly recommend Susan. She’s the sweetest, she listens and she rocked me a new wardrobe!

The Assistant Manager needs to take a course on customer service and etiquette. I went in to receive a refund or in-store credit on a dress I had purchased a couple weeks prior. The clerk I had purchased it from had mentioned I had 60 days to return. She was new and took a long time trying to find a Prestige Card for me. I didn't bother looking at the receipt which actually stated I had 14 days to return. I was at the 15 day mark when I went in to exchange/return the dress and the Assistant Manager wasn't even going to honour an in-store credit and was very reluctant to call the Manager. She kept saying she hated having to call the Manager. You shouldn't feel uncomfortable calling the Manager of your establishment when a customer is requesting that action be taken. I have never been treated with such disregard. The Assistant Manager finally called the Manager and they honoured an in-store credit. The Assistant Manager also implied that I was lying about the clerk telling me I had 60 days to return. She said multiple times "I know for a fact you were not told 60 days. " Are you kidding me? This woman is in the wrong kind of business. Retail is not for you, lady. And honestly, how hard was that to just honour an in-store credit? It's not like my money is going into a different store. You're the Assistant Manager.do your job!

We came to Suzy Shier/ Le Chateau for my Maid of honour and my daughter’s Bridesmaids dresses for my sister’s wedding. Susan went above and beyond to make this a special and memorable day for all of us! She was a huge help and made all of us feel very comfortable. We bought everything here we needed. Dresses, jewelry, sunglasses, scarves, and shoes. We are all set for my sister’s big day and it’s all thanks to Susan. I highly recommend going here for your special occasion and you will be treated like the queens you all are!

I always have good luck finding clothes at Suzy Shier and had to write a review for the great service I recieved from Susan at Cross Iron Mall. I love when the sales ladies go find things for you to try on, it makes shopping so much easier. This store is my go to for work, casual and dressy clothes. Good move to combine forces with Le Chateau.

Should have had a option for no stars at all, customer service is dead for them, bought the product and then once paid said it was a final sale, and also did not let us try it before buying. Assistant manager was the one who told us about the final sale after we paid, crazy white old lady, no ethics and no care for the customer. Seems like bit racist how she treated us once we said even if she could give us an exception or return the product right away even before we came out of the store, but she was too eager to close the store and had no regards towards any customers. People like these should not be in a customer service jobs. Shame on Suzy for hiring people like them and having no check on their ways of treating their customers.

Best place to shop and the staff are very accommodating. Kudos to Rajveer and Susan for their hardwork! Will come back again!

Worst customer service! If customer is sick then no excuse, they will not do returns and even cannot give store credit. Please do not buy clothes from this location. Manager and employees behave badly and totally unethical behaviour.

I just went on Suzy store at crossiron mills mall and the lady named Marisol, she gave me very very poor customer service. I didn’t liked it at all. It was my favourite store all the time but am not going back to this store. Very poor service.
