This person at this location is worst, if you place a person in a change room; don't come back 5 minutes later and open the door.
What your problem with me; I was buying a dress for party. You actively avoid me after you rang up a customer, and make me wait. But they hate my present so much you have walk in on me changing?
If I did that when I worked in retail, my manager reprimand you; be happy your manager does care.

If your a customer and you can't buy this things online; go to the Cross Iron Location they don't hate the customers like this location.

I’m very sorry everyone who has had a bad experience with us. But we have Awesome new products. We have new staff and they are amazing. The store is cleaner. I hope everyone will give us another chance. Things are and have changed.

Very very rude staff. The fitting rooms were so filthy. I went to the third room to try my clothes on, which was also very dirty and when I came back to the cashier if I can have bag to put my clothes in it, she talked to me very rudely that NEXT TIME DONT THROW THE PAPERS ON THE FLOOR. I still very politely told her that I have all my papers with me. She kept saying NO, it makes store dirty and stuff. I told her that I didn’t make it dirty and it’s your responsibility to place garbage bags if someone is throwing stuff on the floor and also there was no shelve to put my wallet and other clothes. I had to place them on the dirty floor.
Very very bad customer service, I saw the same store cashier talking rudely to her vo-worker. If she really wants to work, I request the manager to atleast teach her some basic customer service skills.
Never going to this store anymore in future and would not recommend others too to go in there.

Awful customer service. No refunds, even if they ring your items through incorrectly. BUYER BEWARE!

I went into Suzy Sheirs and was met my Sami (sorry Sami I forgot to ask if it was 2 m's or 1). I had the best time. Sami was sweet, honest and helped me put together the cutest outfits. She was there for every outfit reveal, she made me feel like Pretty Woman! Thank you Sami, I'll be back
