I was shopping with my mom for a dress for a wedding. I decided to shop here because of the le chateau dresses and affordable prices.
Unfortunately the lack of customer service at this store was very disappointing.
There was no fitting room attendant, staff were huddled at cash and there was no acknowledgement, when we walked in.
As a manager of a retail store the customer attention by staff is zero.customers were letting themselves in at fitting rooms and my mom was grabbing sizes for me, while I tried dresses on.

I visited a wonderful store. Thanks to the sales assistant I found what I had been looking for a long time. Friendly staff and great store

Careful shopping in the Calgary downtown location! They don't honor their exchange policy. Tried to exchange a set of bracelets. Was told jewelry can't be exchanged but their policy clearly states: No exchange or store credit available on earrings, intimate apparel or merchandise reduced by 50% or more. " None of this applied to my purchase yet an exchange was refused. Escalated to the District Manager who in an email, confirmed, he is also unaware of the stores' policy as he also said jewelry could not be exchanged. Either honor your existing policies, Suzy Shier, or change the wording. Simple.

This is the worst branch in the city because the staff, including their manager, are very rude and disrespectful. They need more training to learn more about how to deal with customers. I wish I could give 0 stars. They are scaming people.

This Suzy's is my favourite place to shop for clothing. There are available lots of new varieties of women clothes. Staff also nice and helpful.

This Suzy's is100% my favourite place to shop for clothing! I stop in at this location fairly frequently as I work in the building next door. Every time I'm in there, the staff are friendly and helpful, and the sales are great! Good quality clothing that fits true to size with enough give that you can gain or lose a few pounds without losing your wardrobe, and amazing prices to boot.
I was in earlier today, and I was at the register ready to pay for a few items when the cashier let me know that one of the items I was buying is going on sale tomorrow. She offered to put it on hold for me so that I don't spend twice as much as I needed to. That little interaction has left me glowing and grateful all day.
