I used to buy a lot from this store, my last experience with the customer service made me look elsewhere. Whoever hired that lady named Riba (or hiba) should be fired too. This store doesn't deserve 1 star.

My recent encounter with the customer service at this establishment was nothing short of a nightmare. The sheer incompetence and rudeness displayed by an employee named Hiba not too sure what was her name, left me utterly appalled.
The issue was straightforward: we had purchased a product from this place, and we decided to seek assistance when it developed a problem. We had the original box that came with the product, but Hiba, in her infinite wisdom, insisted that it should be another white box. Now, here's the kicker – when we bought the item about a week or so ago, the lady who assisted us did not provide us with any white box. So, essentially, Hiba was demanding something that was never given to us in the first place.
But it didn't stop there. Instead of acknowledging this oversight or offering any reasonable solution, Hiba was incredibly rude and dismissive. She treated us with such disdain that I felt we were being accused of fraud. Her attitude was not only unprofessional but also downright disrespectful.
I left the establishment feeling frustrated, disrespected, and utterly disappointed in the level of customer service provided

Found a nice little figurine for my wife for our crystal anniversary. Seems like I might be starting an expensive habit if she likes it as much as I think she will. Very professional service. I hope we won't be back.but we probably will be.

Bought a necklace set and asked for the extender to be added to the package. Got home and there's no extender and they don't bother to answer their phones. My partner and I called at least 3 times.

Very Bad customer service. After you buy they don't consider loyalty or help with issues. I guess the management don't need your business.

She assisted me well about my pick up in the store order online but when I asked just for 1 small bag I was surprised she refused it, she said they don’t have bag (Last Jan. 25,2023) past 3p

I bought a necklace at this store yesterday and will definitely be a repeat customer. The level of professionalism and cheerful disposition of Carrie as well as the rest of the staff made for a fun and satisfying shopping experience!
