The best place to bring your jewelry for repairs or cleaning. I brought my new engagement ring in to be resized, they did an amazing job plus it came back even more shinny than when I originally got it from my fiancé. They also do custom jewelry which I wish I knew earlier. Their prices and great and service is wonderful!

I went in to have a diamond reset in a new ring. Sales staff were very helpful and offered different solutions. Final version came in the specificied timeframe and looked great! Happy with my experience all around and would recommend to anyone looking for jewelery.

Very poor customer service, staff are rude, quotes for jewelry repair are inflated with extra and unnecessary work. Poor quality inventory. Would not recommend this store to anyone.

A nice looking store. I could tell the two at the desk seemed busy. I was asking about getting the potential to get some vintage jewelry reviewed and maybe cleaned up / repair. The employee did not seem too interested. I didn’t know if they were just busy, or maybe had other projects on their mind or maybe I didn’t explain it well. I didn’t have time to keep waiting at the time.maybe they would have got back to me. I’m goin to try and come in the next time I’m in town. I want to turn this star into 4-5 stars! But a very nice looking business - I will give it another try for sure:)

Had my wedding engagement ring, wedding band & 1st year anniversary band restored to new after 33 years of wear. Absolutely stunning work. Fell in love with my set like I first laid eyes on it. I brought my Nixon watch in for a battery change and the service I received once I got there was pleasant and helpful. They got to work changing the battery right away. After about five minutes or so they came back out and informed me that the problem wasn’t the battery but that they could have their watch tech come in to give an estimate on what it would cost to fix it. They informed me they installed the old battery back and didn’t change me for any time. I thanked them for their service and said I’d give it some thought.

Once I got back to my vehicle and examined the watch further, I noticed a bunch of scratches on the backplate of the watch that were not there previously. I put in extra effort to take good care of my things and my watch had no scratches on it, and until today, had never had the backplate removed.

I went back inside and expressed my concerns and was told that the backplate was on tight and the tool slipped while they were trying to remove it, hence causing the scratches. I explained that this was a relatively expensive watch that had no damage to it when I brought it in. They essentially told me “tough luck” and made no effort to attempt to remedy the situation.

I took my watch here because of the high review ratings and figured they would be capable of replacing the battery without causing any damage. It was a very disheartening experience and I left the store feeling extremely unsatisfied. Now I unfortunately have a watch that doesn’t work and is now damaged.

This place had the best reviews and was the the place I thought I could trust. I took my great great-grandmothers ring in September to be fixed as the opal was cracked/chipped, and also wanted it resized. They said 3 weeks it would take for it to be finished. Three weeks came and went. I got a call in December I picked up the ring and it hadn’t been sized yet.was disappointed and thought ok it’s fine. Got it back just before Christmas and not even having it two days the stone fell out.ok ok. So I took it back to get the stone put back in.now January and I had to call them to find out what was happening, Three weeks later. I just wish they would have updated me so I was in the loop. I wanted my old stone back.never received that either. If they had told me what was happening or they didn’t want to fix it, they didn’t have time, I would have been fine with it. I just wanted honesty and trust. I had to go in and ask for my ring back. Not Worth the head ache and disappoint or money. I can’t even tell you how devastated I am.

We have been going to here since they opened. Sean is a wonderful man who looks after his customers. Swedish Jewllers does what it takes to earn yoir business.

Dont tell you that you cant return stuff, even if it was only purchased a couple days before. They expect you to read the sign on the back window. Offered store credit but I don't purchase jewelry and I found what I needed elsewhere. Save the headache, shop elsewhere.

I had my rings repaired and cleaned. Extremely friendly - great customer service. I love that everything is done in Airdrie and doesn't have to be "sent away" for even just a quote. Will definitely be back.

These guys are amazing! We went in fully expecting just to drop off our ring to get it resized, but the guy who was helping us provided us with multiple different options for what we wanted and needed! This is the most comfortable jewlery store I've ever been in, as there was zero pressure for any choices or decisions we wanted to make! Very informative and extremely friendly and caring! We will definitely be coming here for any and all of our future jewlery needs!
