Medical plans that blend traditional medicine and new age techniques. I’ve been a championing patient of Dr. Sinha and his friendly team for well over a year now. It’s treatments with a plan that is easy to understand. Results are constantly reviewed and the time is taken to listen to your feedback and pivot when necessary. In dealing with my own health issues, the team at Synergy has made me feel welcome and most importantly addressed foot, shoulder and finger joint pain to the point where I can continue to pursue my athletic endeavors. Prior to this past year I wasn’t sure that would be possible. Worth the drive and the investment in yourself. 100% recommend.

My experience in receiving botox for Migraine has been phenomenal. Where any medications didn't do much this is what has been the best thing I have ever done. I never have the pressure coming back as they are on top of it when it comes to ensuring it is kept up every 3 months. It is a seamless way to receive treatment as well as they work closely with insurance companies and I have never had to pay first and then wait to be reimbursed. They get you everything you need and more, which is so nice to have in a doctor and staff. I am always so appreciative for everything they do!

Kandice of Synergy Cochrane has helped me immensely on my journey to having a healthy lifestyle and also to correct eating habits and to maintain and enjoy a longer life. Kandice is a good motivator, a guide an an amazing nurse and listens to individual needs of her clients. I recommend her weightboss program as it it can also apply to positive behavioral change in other aspects in life. She is truly amazing to work with and focuses on the unique needs of clients.

After completing the AHS pain clinic’s program, I felt little relief from my chronic pain or the angst that comes with it. Finding Dr Sinha and his wonderful team was the pivot point in my healing journey. He is a more than competent physician who truly cares about his patients and quickly gains trust which allows for an open dialogue to ensure continued benefits and progress, combined with a willingness to change tactics as necessary without fuss. His clinic offers a wide range of excellent services and all his staff are kind, highly competent, and well organized. I would strongly recommend coming to Synergy, especially if you still struggling with your chronic pain and unsure of how to proceed in your healing journey.

I cannot emphasize enough just how safe, cared for, and considered I felt at this clinic. After seeing Dave to attend to my health complications, and Sachin for yoga therapy, I felt better equipped with tools and knowledge to care for myself and implement at home, while also knowing I have a community of care workers who are also my support network at this clinic (they even followed up with a phone call days after my appointment to check in which I can honestly say I've never had before). I am thrilled that this clinic offers the services they do and highly recommend.

I saw the Physiotherapist Christine Salter this week. She is a manual therapist. It was unlike any physio I had experienced in the past. Very knowledgeable and knew a lot about my body after just a few moments of hands on assessment. At the end she guided me with some gentle yoga like stretches to do at home. I will be back!

Dr. Dave Sinha is the most knowledgeable physician and experienced injector of Botox for Migraines.

Dr Sinha has absolutely changed my life. He took the time to listen to me and to try and figure out what was going on. My quality of life has hugely improved because of Dr Sinha and the staff at Synergy Collaborative Health. A+ Absolutely recommend!

I was referred to this clinic by my pharmacy. I have suffered with migraine headaches for 34 years. It hasn't be easy over the years to find effective treatment and to have a doctor understand my condition. I finally agreed to try Botox, I met with Dr. Sinha, as we talked, I found him to be the most knowledge on migraines, and the different treatments. Wow I thought, maybe I have a chance at some kind of relief. His Nurse Dixie advised me that if I'm ever in a full blown migraine episode and nothing is helping, to call in any time.there is help with a Cranial Block (I filed that away in, my head to try one day) and as luck will have it, 40 days into a seriously bad headache, I'm at the end of my rope, I finally remember " the Cranial Block". I call in, the receptionist listens to my distress, try's her very best to get me in ASAP, we have many calls over the next couple of days.she calls me, there's a cancelation! Yippie, not knowing exactly what is this Cranial block, I'm a bit nervous, but also hopeful. I'm not going to lie, the injections were so very painful, BUT in 1 hour and a half.total Migraine relief! Better yet, in 8 hours total muscle relaxation. I hadn't felt this good in years! Its been about 2 weeks since the block and I haven't had yet had a migraine attack.
Dr. Sinha comes up with different medications, we try them, he listen to me when I see new meds advertised on TV, he checks them out - bad news not in Canada yet. His level of knowledge, care, and compassion is a true blessing for me. The staff is courteous, friendly, accommodating with a sense of understanding.
The Clinic's atmosphere is a place to support your best health, appointments are close to being on time, there are no unnatural scents/perfumes or strobing florescence lights - all things Migraine suffers can't tolerate. I'm so hopeful, I'm in the right place with the right people to receive the best care - Thank you

My fsmily has been going to Synergy for a few years. Dr. Sinha and his team have literally changed our lives in helping to eliminate debilitating headaches/migraines. Dr. Sinha has been the only doctor we have seen who is willing to go over every detail of our history, symptoms and potential causes and treatments. He doesn’t accept that we have to live in pain is relentless in his quest to help us find relief. My husband and I are now mostly headache free after years of suffering and our daughter is very improved but Dr. Sinha is continuing to brainstorm with her on how they can improve her testament even more. I also want to give a shout-out to his nurse, Dixie, who is absolutely wonderful. I also see her for treatment of facial scarring and my skin overall and it’s never looked better. I very highly recommend Synergy!

While there are a significant number of medical professionals who live and practice in Cochrane and provide services to the community, my first attraction to Synergy Collaborative Health was all in the name. I thought how progressive to use each of these 3 words to publicize the goals of your clinic: the combined action of a team of medical experts to provide a variety of alternative healthcare procedures, advice, and options to live the best life possible. It speaks volumes to the reader!
My second attraction to Synergy Collaborative Health was when I made an appointment to see Dr. D. Sinha and how impressed I was with his ability to initially make you feel comfortable, encourage you to speak honestly about your health concerns without judgement, and then provide a litany of possible courses of action with success factors for each. He is absolutely genuine in his quest to lessen or eliminate any issues that interfere with your health. I might add that Dr. Sinha employs the latest in medical technological advances and procedures and is not adverse to recommending you to other healthcare professionals whether they are practicing within or external to his clinic.
My last attraction to Synergy Collaborative Health is the professionalism and customer service that is evident by the administration and other healthcare staff I have been exposed to. For example you couldn't ask for more friendly, helpful, considerate, front desk staff such as Jennifer and Carrie. They are the best! Also Dixie Baldock is one of the Aesthetic Nurses who is warm, kind, competent, and is always prepared to take an extra minute to answer any of your questions before, during or after a procedure.
Definitely a good healthcare model to emulate!

Dr. Sinha has been my doc for 8 years. His patience - care and genuine connection to his patients is outstanding and rare.

Went to this place to have my cysts removed with Dr. Dave Sinha and her nurse assistance (did not catch her name) and they are very communicative and cooperates. Progress didn't take long than I originally thought. Great place and people.

I’m so glad my physiotherapist referred me to Dr. Sinha for Prolotherapy Therapy for my low back and SI Joint pain! The procedure has helped relieved the sciatica I was experiencing and is part of their plan to treat stressed ligaments and strengthen my low back and core muscles. I would highly recommend Dr. Sinha and his staff - they have been extremely kind and helpful - a very knowledgeable group!
