To say I'm beyond disappointed is an understatement. I got referred Dec 2022 and wasn't able to complete any of my testing till later in 2023 (sept - Nov). I Asked about seeing the Dr.about some of my tests in Oct (I was diagnosed with some health issues and one of the test could potentially tell me why and get me on the correct medication) I was told I needed all of my test done before I could see her, but that I should get the last test done then book in. Now I tried to book for Dec. (less then one week after the one year mark) but told that I need a new referral as its been a year and I have to retake all my tests even though I JUST DID THEM! The referral will take months to accept and then they will book me in mid 2024. Was told that I should have booked follow up appointments and then I wouldn't be an issue but I TRIED and was told I had to wait! The phone staff are beyond rude and dismissive.hung up the phone and cried. Honestly the WORST treatment I've ever received from a " Medial Professional"! Wouldn't recommend to anyone!

Had an important follow up appointment rescheduled multiple times to a date over 2.5 months later. I requested a referral elsewhere and it was refused.

Booked an appointment months in advance. Confirmed my appointment the day of.showed up and the dr wasn’t there and they can’t rebook me for months. Don’t go here it’s super unprofessional.

You have to pay for parking. Otherwise good facility. Quite a long wait for an appointment for certain services such as mammogram, bone density and pap test. Awesome facility

I don't know what we would do without Dr. Kate at Synergy.
She has been a gift to our family.
So thankful for her.

Original appt was good.afterwards terrible. Need to see the doctor about my menopause like she requested and today I am told after a 15 min wait on the phone that I have to book for October for my 2 1/2 month appointment.
Thank you so much and I am so glad I am not with this clinic as a fulltime patient.

Amazing staff, make sure you’re comfortable and they really make an effort to answer all your questions. I’m blown away by the care the nurses and doctor provided me

Never had a bad experience here! The front desk ladies are awesome. Everyone is friendly and the clinic runs pretty smoothly. I came to this clinic as a new breastfeeding mama and saw Erica for support. After many friends raving about her… I finally went. She was incredible and got my through some of the hardest days of my life. I recommend Erica to all pregnant and new moms. I don’t know what I would have done without her bf assistance, feeding/weaning plans and support.

I appreciate all the help by Dr. Batra and nurse Sarah who helped me in such difficult situation and their warm support, guidance was an exceptional. Thank you for all your support.

I had such a great experience here today that I had to write this review right away. I went in for a routine, but unpleasant, procedure. They have the system down. Every single person who I interacted with was happy, bubbly, and very helpful. They had the room ready right at my scheduled time, the nurse took me in and explained everything, answered questions, then Dr. Botros came in and did the procedure. She explained every step as she was doing it to keep me calm. They all really made me feel taken care of. I was allowed to lay in the room with a hot water bottle for as long as I needed afterward. They even gave me a squeeze ball. This whole facility was clean and well maintained.

I referred myself (yes, this is a thing!) After hearing really bad things about another place I was supposed to go, I'm so glad I heard about Synergy through my friend. I waited about a month after booking to get in, and it was well worth it.

Since so many people mention this. The parking was only $2 for the whole day. It didn't bother me, that's cheaper than many places in Edmonton.
