I wanted to take the time to thank the Dan and the professional team at T&T for their support in retrieving (and cleaning!) my wedding band that fell into a portable toilet by mistake during a cold night of Oktoberfest celebration at Fahr Brewery. They went out of their way to retrieve and clean my ring only after a couple of days. The fine folks at the Brewery identified the portapotty and Dan and team promptly acted (like only they could) to help me out.turning a tough and nasty circumstance into a feel good story. I am grateful and so pleased to acknowledge them and Fahr Brewery for their combined extra efforts to help me out. Thank you both!

This company was a joy to work for and gave me so many opportunities to expand my knowledge and experience. Had it not been for a major life change I would not have changed my employment. They made adjustments to my schedule to accommodate school schedules and gave me extra jobs to increase my hours when I needed them. With my new employment I have continued to use their services and they have been very accommodating with all the time constraints I have made them change to get the services. Highly recommend their services and will continue to use them whenever I can.

Very accommodating to my special requests. I appreciate that every effort is made to service my site early in the day. Also, my driver is attentive and will on the spot, give me a few minutes to pick up fallen debris so underneath stays clear and doesn’t cause a challenge

We have used T & T for many years and highly recommend their service. They are timely, polite and in all respects run a very decent business. I would not hesitate to recommend them.

Owner and CEO's, do not care about their staff, fairly. They pay their office people more (by a lot), than they care too pay the staff that actually go out and do the work. They do not negotiate, they nickle and dime your hours when they can and do NOT match their competitors. High turnover rate because they refuse to give raises unless they upgrade their class (which staff cant afford, due to low pay as it is). People are going into debt because they cant make ends meat working for this company. They expect too much out of their staff. It's a work the poor, to make the rich, richer, environment. I do not recommend this company for long term or at all.

Service was fairly good, the driver we had did an excellent job, unfortunately the owner only cares about money, he kept raising the price, they wouldn’t tell you ahead of time, you just noticed the increase on the bill. There’s total price is at least 40% higher than the competitors.
I normally wouldn’t say anything but on the last invoice when we cancelled they totally screwed us, the price was almost double. I would steer clear of this company unless you want to get ripped off.

Very professional, reliable and very responsive, as I usually call in for a pick up, they are here the same day and bin is switched out, the drivers are friendly and awesome to work with, overall great place and great people

Great Company. We have used them for about a year now and there service and staff have been excellent!

I just saw a recycling bin knock over and spill out, the man operating the truck got out to pickup everything and put the bin upright. It was too icy for his truck to reverse so he came back around the block to grab it.

They hardly seem to pick up their phones, or email you back. When they finally do pick up they will give you a condescending tone and you can literally find better pricing at other services. 0/10 would recommend.

Have been using T&T now for over 10yrs and have had a total Positive Experience. Drivers even get to know you! I would suggest everyone use this Company!

I would give 0 stars if I could. I would highly recommend using anyone other than T & T Disposal.

Competition in the marketplace is an important thing. In T&Ts case there isn’t any - which is why they can get away with such atrocious customer service.
