T & T Supermarket

People who work at this Location need to treat People who are Not Oriental the same way as they like to be treated.
I go to the lunch / Dinner takeout and very much see a difference in what they get in portions vs what I non Asian people get!

EQUALITY REMEMBER THAT.

Great except the only thing is they didn't have Mung Bean cakes & said they've never heard of them. This was one of the main things we came for and seems to usually be at any t&T we go to.

Hard to park and very slow people working at the seafood section. H Mart is better but with less selection

Everything in this place is fresh except that at times can be packed, parking wise also its annoying but fresh stuff won't regret it

My go-to place for sushi and maybe combined with some Vietnamese salad rolls and Chinese food. You can get all the flavours in one spot.

Huge selection of international foods of all varieties: fresh, frozen, ready-to-go, bakery.it's all well-stocked and extremely affordable! There is an option to purchase online and pick-up at store's marked parking stalls if you prefer to skip the lines!

Can get really different items here. When I come to the city. I hit up this place to try something new.

This location is not my favourite. It's hard to find parking especially on busy days. It seems much smaller than the other 2 locations in Edmonton. It's also hard to find products I usually get that are easy to find at the other stores. Also, this store is not handicap accessible. There are boxes in the aisles and not even enough room for someone in a wheelchair to go through.

All the time busy. North side store is best location for me. Friendly staff always fresh vegetables and fruits

People still don't understand what social distancing means.otherwise T&T is a great place to shop!

For a smaller T&T, the selection of goods is quite decent. Store is very clean and staff are helpful.

This location of T&T used to be my favorite place to buy groceries, but today the staff there not only rude but also made me feel uncomfortable and sick. It happened yesterday. The employee there directly put their friends in front of me when I was standing in line to pay. Then, they laughed and talked with each other. Yes, I was shocked.

Hard to communicate with there people. Its disappointing that such a huge supermarket has no one who can communicate properly.

It is an adventure evry time you visit! Like teleporting to the different part of the world. You will love this place.

Picked up Atemoya, mangoes and mini bananas. Only place in Edmonton I have been able to find good Atemoya/Custard apple/Sitafal.

I'm a light t&t shopper, but it's the only place I can consistently find certain products. It's always super busy, but staff are easy to find and helpful, and it's an innovative business for finding efficiencies for the customer. Prices are reasonable. May feel inaccessible if you're not of Asian culture. Minus one star for not adequately supporting their own success - parking lot is always mayhem, could likely use another 10K square feet in store space.

I like it coz every veggies I need is there but I still prefer the T&T as West Edmonton Mall.

Lots of cool stuff to buy, especially if you need specially cut meat or unique snacks. Usually kind of crowded but everyone is respectful about not jostling you.

I love T&T supermarket. They always have what I am looking for, even if some times I have a hard time finding it. Their cooked food is also delicious and reasonably priced.

It’s great to have a super market that offers a lot of items from Asian countries that you can’t buy anywhere else. The produce and meats are fresh and very reasonably priced. The bakery and the hot foods section has a very wide assortment of options to fulfill any Asian food cravings you would need. Sweet snacks and desserts are more than available and you’re always stuck in the isles deciding what you would want but end up buying more than you would need. All the awesomeness of food choices is unfortunately shadowed by occasional unfriendly staff that have made some of my family members uncomfortable to setting foot in t&t. It is a truly love hate relationship for me as I love the products and it’s variety just need to have more quality control in terms of staff.

Most of their veggies and fruits are cheaper than the regular grocery stores. They also carried live lobsters, crabs and fish in the tank. The sushi plates are great and you can get a discount after 6pm every night

Just a little disorganized place and some of their produce is just over price. Just check for the prices products in the markets around your area, you might find better and cheaper.

The store has a great variety of Asian food. Weekly specials are good price. The store is always very busy on Friday or at weekends. Hallways are quite narrow and parking is limited.

South side T&T is very convenient for me to shop. Lots of parking and clean store to shop at. I go every week!

Excellent PR all employees are very knowledgeable about T&T products and where they can be located.

I just love this grocery store! Best produce (I've never found better kiwis and I eat them everyday so I've been around), I love that they have a great collection of Korean skincare and there's always something new to try! They also have public washrooms which is a must. I will always recommend t&t

So much stuff! So many kinds of food I have no idea how to cook (or pronounce). But I have never left this store without buying something. It's honestly pretty awesome.

One of my safest shopping experiences during the pandemic in the city. Cash out is always quick as to use a bank line now.

Love this place! The steam buns are simple fantastic and the coconut bread is to die for! Highly suggest you try both immediately! Yummy!

Love that they've got all my favourites to cook with. I really like their ready-to-go eggplant dish, but find their sushi a tad dry.

Love the selection of cakes at the bakery area. Bakery staff was nice compared to another location.

Parking area not big enough. Not sure why they picked this location for a store that's always busy. Some of the people working in the take out section are rude. They see you waiting, ask what you want, then they go back to what they were doing and just ignore you.

Great selection some prices a bit high and not enough staff that speak and understand clear English

T &T is a Chinese grocery store lots of Chinese products but compared to other
Chinese grocery store they're more expensive and sometimes there staffs is pretty rude

Staff were friendly and very helpful. I was able to find everything I needed. There were a lot of great sales.

I make a bee line for the dessert section. Best Mango cheese cake in the city. The presentation is amazing.

Clean great service just need to have more salad rolls on stock for people everytime I come in they have none out

I love going to this place for food and my Filipino stuff. 1 star reduction cause I waited for 2 hours for my soup.

They should invest in bigger parking lots, because for how busy it is, it has a parking lot size of a toddler.

Great selection of products. Helpful staff. Only issue was the store was too full and it was hard to maintain adequate social distance. I might have been there during a peak shopping window but I grabbed a few staples and left as I wasn't comfortable with how many people were in store.

The variety of groceries are great. People having good taste for asian cuisine should definitely visit this store. Customer service is a bit disappointing. They need to treat their customers well so they can have repeating business.

Everyone was super helpful today with helping pick out the best ingredients for our hot pot this weekend!
