The restaurant is absolutely in need of love and the food taste like soap I couldn’t even finish mine. The service is great.

Food counter attendant was very nice, polite and welcoming the food was extremely delicious. I really appreciate their fast service during busy hours.

Me and my Service dog love coming in here, they have great food and great service. My service dog loves coming in there as he knows he getting mexi fries and gets all excited. Fully recommend coming here for your food

Those late night tacos! IYKYK great service and drive through was so fast.they’re open till I think 4: 30 am. Taco Tuesdays are great deals.

Service 2/5, lady was speaking super fast and rushed us even though we still had to wait, Packaging was awful… multiple other foods were inside of the packaging of the taco salad because the box was flimsy and not well packaged

The food is what's it is.tacos and freezer burn chirros. The service was quite slower than most fast-food places. They still forgot 2 items in my order after I asked 3 time of all was in the crammed paper bag. I will never go back

I placed an order in the drive thru today and the employee asked if I had cash because their system was not working. I asked how much it would cost and she said around $19. I asked her if she knew the exact cost and she told me to go to the next window. When I got to the next window, I again asked how much and she said $19. I pulled out a $20 bill and then she told me that she had no change! No credit, debit, or change and now she wanted a tip? CHEATERS
What a shady business! They should lose their franchise.

The lack of greeting only getting a “yah” when you pull up to the speaker, no politeness when at the window. Cups covered in spilled pop but not concern to clean it up. Just over all poor service, food is hit and miss.

Very discouraged that my gf did not receive her thousand island dressing w/her taco Salad and customer service in the drive through needs improvement respect from the employees matter at least

No one is perfect, people make mistakes, we all do. Even though my experience was not the greatest last time, the owner of Midnapore TacoTime actually called me up personally and made things right. This is what is respected and appreciated. Thank you for the call, that was really kind of you guys to do that. See you guys soon.

The absolute best red sauce.it’s honestly delicious. Portions are huge and the staff is extremely friendly and courteous

Awful service. Won't say a word except "to stay or to go". Serves each customer individually, taking the order and making their food before helping the next person, even if you come in a group. Standard taco time food, but going here will waste your time, subway will be faster if you're in a rush.

It took a long time to get our food (drive-thru), and the food was cold or barely warm at most, the staff looked irritated and weren't the friendliest, and I could see undesirable practices in the kitchen from my car, such as touching the insides of cups when grabbing them, touching face/hair and then food, making food with gloves they just used to clean counters with.

Poor attitude, asked to get the keys in order to use the restroom and was denied. Pathetic experience… never visiting them again.

Poor and slow service, they are not well set up and as a result often forget instructions and order details.

What's less than one star? So I'm ordering food and watching it being prepared through the reflection of the glass in my vehicle even though the prep table is out of site.said reflection is clearly showing me that the worker is NOT wearing gloves to serve me my lukewarm food. Meat and cheese burritos are supposed to be hot and cheese melted.ours were not. Said worker is also only one on shift apparently so you know that means that they are also handling cash and pushing the drive thru headset buttons. (Insert throw up emoji here). My stomach is currently rumbling and I'm more then certain I can make a case for this should I get sick. Ohhhhh videos! Sweet! When I asked her why she was not wearing gloves, of course defensively spit out abruptly that she was indeed wearing gloves and could show me them and that they are transparent. I guess insinuating that my fickle eyes are blind and cannot make out the difference between poorly wrapped food that did not include the sour cream I asked for, and was wrapped by bare hands that did not ensure the meat was at a proper temperature nor microwaved with glived transparent ones. Easily 5 violations here.and should I mention I work for an organization that I can get this place secret shopped immediately? She made sure to watch me pull away from parking lot as well out of the window which perhaps my eyes were again playing tricks on me, before preparing the next vehicles order. Save your souls, save your stomachs, don't do it. Friday night 10pm

I just went thru drive thru and ordered 3 soft tacos, and small mexi fries and I got home and the lettuce was disgusting brown and black I had to pick it out and I ordered a side of cheese sauce wasn’t in the bag, I have eaten here before this was by far the worst ever…

November 6,2022 approx 2: 10am (or 1: 10am as the clocks had officially gone back) Store is supposed to close at 2: 30am. I pulled up to the drive through speaker box and was immediately denied service (after planning to come here late knowing it was one of very few places open) they said “sorry our server is down so we’re not taking orders” I confirmed “… you’re not taking any orders? … so you’re closed…? ” And the woman replied “yes” so I slowly decided to roll out of the drive through wondering where to go next, as I watched 2 cars pull in after me, and wait at the pick up window as if they had made their order and were waiting for food. I pulled back around to the order box, and said “so are you closed or? ” And she replied “no that we are open but are servers are down” and I asked “well then can I pay with cash? ” And then all of a sudden it was fine and the store was open. I questioned the woman about it and she just said it was a “miscommunication” and “why would she say they’re closed when it is open” completely denying the fact that anything happened. I asked for her name but she just muttered under her breath. Would not recommend this location especially late at night.

Stopped in the drive thru at 9: 45am to grab something for lunch but nobody was there to take my order. The open sign was lit up, the door said drive thru only. I waited, pulled ip to the window, went around again, even tried calling the number a couple times with no answer. Extremely frustrated with this location. Even if the person working were in the bathroom, I was there long enough for them to be finished and to have seen me.

Tomatoes were bland and was overripe the lettuce had no taste to it. Guacamole was not fresh and bland. Sour cream was ok but was warm. No AC it's hot in the dining room but nice and cold in the kitchen. Hope I don't get sick from eating here. Only good thing was the hot sauce. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Look at the temp in here. I can hear the AC in the citchen going full blast

Saturday night just after dinner rush we stop in. The girl is not only working by herself but she can hardly take an order. We were in like for 15+ minutes and watched the two cars in front of us knock on the window for missing food. Horrible service the place shouldn’t even be open with just one person working.

I have to say this taco time is fastest taco time in the city i have ever experienced. I go there twice a week and sometime do prefer skip in my busy time but i always get fresh food and well packed with all condiment they never disappoint me even a single time.
No doubt food is great always but the customer service make my experience much more because staff is very friendly, welcoming and thankful to all cuatomers.

Good service on the day we were there. Though fast food is getting to be too expensive for what it is as we can easily eat better for less in non fast food restaurants.

Food was ok. Service was crazy slow, but could have been the day. I was a bit surprised at the price of the Mexi fries for the portion, but that was just my lack of familiarity with Taco Time. So it's an ok stop, if that is what you're looking for.

Been to this taco time about 20 times, which is my mistake every time, minimum wait time for drive thru is about 10 mins, you order a beef and cheese burrito but who know what u get cuz they just throw anything in the bag, not once have they gotten my order right, they miss stuff out, completely give the wrong item or completely destroy the food, never go here, oh and forgot to mention how rude and inconsiderate the staff are!

Amazing place! This is definitely the best Taco Time in the south, maybe even the city (aviation is really good too!)

They microwave the food, staff either don’t wear masks or they’re wearing improper masks. They mess up all the time and the wait can be. Very long sometimes

I went here with my bf and waited and waited to order while the employees.get this.tucked down hiding behind the counters with headphones on playing on their phones, we waited there 5 min and walked out. Nobody even saw us go in or out!

Food was delicious, but waiting in drive through for literally 15m was my, "not doing that again. "

Yeah very disappointed place order burrito and gets microwaved really? Been to other taco times never seen this so makes me think very bad food quality here wont be eating here again.

Decent customer service, but while I was required to wear a mask, the woman making all the food DID NOT WEAR ONE. Just putting it out there, but surely if you're preparing food wearing a mask while doing so should be mandatory?

Ordered skip from this location and will not do so again. All of our beef was laced with beans, which I cannot eat. Since when do soft beef tacos with sour cream have beans in them? Or the mexi fries supreme? Im incredibly disappointed I was unable to eat any of the food I ordered from this location.

Always check your order, I asked for 3 beef tacos and received 3 bean tacos which i didn't even know existed prior. What a waste of time.

Food was as expected. Yet all tables were full if food bits, and bathroom has not been clean correctly, as there was not a yellow, but pink ring in the toilet bowl from lack of scrubbing.

Overall awful. I've gone to many taco times around the city and I find the food fine yet here it is tasteless and seems less fresh. I've been here numerous times and realized theres no point in the drive through, my order gets messed up everytime. However, even when I go in it still gets messed up. Then, after receiving the wrong food I bring it up to the employees only for them to say I'm lying and be rude to me. They seem to have minimal interest in their costumers. I generally avoid going here.

The worst eating experience I have had in months possibly years. Borderline lettuce in the burrito. Mushy tomatoes. Cold chicken. Tasteless guacamole. Pop machine dispensing only half carbonated water instead of soda, tables with food scraps from previous customers, bathrooms in shambles and a complete lack of care and passion to provide optimal service. Just close the doors if you are going to run your business like that. This should be zero stars.

Had a fun time here with my friends. The food was amazing and tasted fresh. The employees were kind and made me feel welcomed. TacoTime makes my day all the time. Please come here when you can!

Terribly slow, especially the drive-through. Staff seems totally disengaged. I'm frankly surprised they're still in business.

AMAZING! Went here with my friends a few times, and really enjoyed the tacos. The staff greeted us with friendly smiles all the time, making us feel welcomed and as if we belonged here. Food was seasoned perfectly making TacoTime a great snack, lunch, or dinner, and my favorite place to go at the end of a school day, or my favorite place to go in general! Love this place to bits and always will. <333 would recommend to anyone to come here, as a first time, or a hundredth time, just cant get enough from TacoTime! !:)

This ranks up there with one of my worst fast food experiences. Tasteless food, uncaring staff, small overpriced portions. I don't think they follow corporate standards here as the dishes very from other locations.i. E. Quarter teaspoon of quacamole etc.

Today me and my gf had beer and chicken from this location and we both got really bad runs and I felt gross and sick after eating here today it killed my day.

There was a giant hornet in here and none of the staff were even scared.

They have balls of steel. They also have really yummy taco salad too.

Found a hair in my burrito which has completely turned me off from my $20 meal. Fountain pop is flat after 15 minutes and they crushed the burritos into the bottom of my takeout bag. Definitely never coming back to this taco time.

Love Taco Tome for quick Mexican food. The staff is courteous and friendly.food is always delicious and the way you ordered it.

The food was good but they were understaffed. The 2 workers did a great job, but it took 15 mins with two customers before me, and it seemed the drive through was the priority.

Clean. Employee generally friendly. Messed up our order twice in one encounter, but corrected it quickly and efficiently. However the pop is just sod a water with very weak, horrible flavoring added.

I’ve been here several Taco Tuesdays and it’s always bad service but not bad enough to make a review. Today I had to wait 20 minutes for 3 beef and cheese tacos that they ended up messing up anyways. The lady asked me 3 times what I ordered and still messed it up. I enjoy the food at TacoTime and that is the only reason I come, the service is horrendous and they need to improve this.

The Service: This is the reason for the rating as it is. Staff are slow, inattentive to in-store customers, not even acknowledging that people are waiting. They seemed far more focused on the drive thru, making in store customers wait up to 5 minutes before taking orders. The wait for food was just as bad.
