The staff at Taco Time Whitecourt are ALWAYS friendly, warm, welcoming and happy. I've never had a bad experience there with staff, service or food. They never seem stressed out when it's busy and I chalk that up partially to fabulous team work, they just have a good jive going. 10/10 recommend to anyone.

Taco Time has gotten out of hand price wise. My meal was $23 and it barely filled me up and I didn’t even get a drink with that. I get that everything is more expensive now, but for what you get, it shouldn’t come close to $20 for a single meal with no drink.
Staff was friendly and quick.

Best poutines in Alberta. Beats anything I've tried in edmonton or elsewhere in Whitecourt. Staff is friendly and helpful. 10/10

Small location but great service and always great food. I have to stop there every time I go through heading home so I can take home a beef burrito and some crustos

Stopped in on this rainy day in June and the donair poutine was delicious and warming. Loved the ratio of sweet sauce to gravy and the donair meat cut off and grilled til it was was perfectly crispy and went well with the crunchy fries, way better than any donair poutine I have had before.

My mexi fries were soggy with nice raw onions, and they gave me the wrong wrap, I asked for a regular beef burrito and I got a larg layer of bean past with some lettuce and sour cream, asked for a cookie dough milk shake and I got vanilla

Owners are very nice people that take pride in their business. One of my favorite taco time franchises.

This place was moderately busy, staff was somewhat helpful, the donair i had was ok the pita was a bit chewy and I had asked for both sauces sweet n Tazikki.not sure if their was any sweet sauce and for the price the donair I thought was small.

This was an intesting place. I had donair and butter rum milkshake, both were delicious, I would definitely go back.

The Best Donair around. I have planned several trips around getting to pass this place at lunch or dinner time in order to have an excuse to stop in.

Great donairs, with the taco time inside its great for the picky eater travelling partner, that doesn't like a donair.
Truck parking on the service road is enough to let a driver run in and grab a meal.

I go there every year when I'm passing through great place to eat good burritos tacos and donairs nice servers

Have been going to Liberty Donair for years now and they still haven't disappointed. Just tried mexi-fries for the first time. Definitely a great combination to a donair!

I ordered 2 large super chicken burritos, one was half the size of the other, both were small. Called to get an explanation and they said they may have put a little less lettuce on one. Not the case. They have no accountability or standards. That said, im sure they will be on here shortly with another excuse.

Update, just opened my tacos. Some were missing ingredients. Come on, treat customers better. This is the only negative review I've ever done.

Wait a minute.

I don't think I've tried any other places in whitecourt so what can I say.it use to be the ONLY place that you could get a donair.

That's when it was Liberty Donair but since the pandemic when everything shut down it reopened with a taco time logo.

I guess the owner is trying to make more than burgers and donairs.

A hidden gem

First off, the establishment was very clean, all the staff were practicing safe covid-19 measures. The price was reasonable for what we had ordered, a LG mixed Donair, M beef donair, and 2 poutines. The staff was curtious, and the man who took our order was very plesent and professional as well.

The food was delicious fresh vegtables, the meat was tender with a great variety of spices. We ordered and maybe waited 10m at peak lunch hour. I will be visiting again as I do travel a lot for work and I'm always interested in trying new locally owned establishments.

Hi to everyone in Whitecourt and passing through.this is not only a Taco time, its also a donair and poutine house, and man there BBq chicken Donair is just tasty AF.
Seriously the best donair in town, great prices and huge amounts, I eat here often and will continue to eat here often, always fresh and tasty, great staff, all stuffed into a small area but they function as good as a Five Guys.

Looks like a okay/bla place from the outside but it's actually so good, one of the best donairs I've had in a long time and clean shop inside.

It is physically impossible to drive past this place when we travel.even when we are stuffed we will stop in and order a Donair and save it for lunch the next day.

Taco Time is back! So good. They still have the Liberty Donair menu and also taco time. Best of both worlds! They have been busy the past 2 times i was there. Expect a bit of a wait but it's so worth it.

Who doesn't love a taco. It's an odd experience when you can get both a donair and tacos in the same place but it is truly a match made in heaven. Now I don't have to decide between the two. Liberty was already a fantastic fast food restaurant and it is only made better by the addition of a taco time. If you hungry and super indecisive, as I am, this is the best place to go. Whether you live here or you're just passing through I definitely recommend you stop and partake in this quirky pairing.
