Our group came here today, and Wow, it was soo much fun, Very impressed. We will be back for sure!

I recently visited Tactical Laser Tag Classified YYC with a group of friends, and we were excited to play a game that was supposed to last for an hour and a half. Unfortunately, the game was cut short after only 45 minutes, which was very disappointing. We were looking forward to playing for the full amount of time that we paid for, and it was frustrating to have our experience cut short. While the game itself was fun, the fact that it was cut short left a bad taste in our mouths. We hope that the management at Tactical Laser Tag Classified YYC will take steps to ensure that this doesn’t happen to other customers in the future.

Superb experience! Light clothing is recommended, as it gets super warm once you get into missions

It is my first time playing laser tag. I think it is more fun for experienced players compared to newbies like me.

Classified was a blast! I definitely recommend coming here if you want to have fun with a big group of people. When they first explain the rules about the gun and stuff, you are blasted with loads of information but in the end its pretty easy to learn. I recommend going in shorts and bringing and extra shirt as it does get pretty hot and you do get sweaty. Very fun go and try it NOW.

It’s not like your traditional laser tag growing up, it has different game modes during the session and super cool equipment that feels so real!

The staff were really good to me, helpful and I’m happy I listened to their advice in buying water and/ or Gatorade because it’s one heck of a workout too!

For the price it’s really hard to find anything else as fun and cool with friends/ family these days!

For those who want to have fun with friends, team building, meet new people who are so good at laser tag or even get a good workout for the hour, I HIGHLY recommend you try this place.

Laser tag meets call of duty! Super fun place with equipment that feels like the real deal. Different game modes and personal records/achievements add to the experience. You for sure will break a sweat with this experience. I would have given 5 stars, however the Stress X belts (that add shock when you get hit) were not available for us to add on as they were not charged

Best laser tag in the city! I always have the best time here. The realistic artillery and wicked course make it so much more realistic and exciting plus the challenges are super fun. Best way to get a boost of adrenaline and have fun with your friends.

This was such a fun experience. We booked a private party for a 35th bday and we all had a blast!

Really fun and modern type of laser tag but in every game there’s players that think they’re in real war and try to tell you what to do and the staff are friends with them so they won’t say anything plus they won’t even let you choose to be on the same team as the people you came with. This isn’t a school field trip, I paid and I should be on the same team as the people I came with

Best lasertag place in the city! I always love going there, the staff is always super nice and organized, the facility is always clean, and a good price for how much time you get!

I've been waiting to go to this place since before the pandemic and it was definitely worth the wait. I love the tactical approach where you need to reload the magazine and with the different game types it was a lot of fun I highly recommend coming here for a unique laser tag experience. I'm definitely going back again

If I could put 0 stars I would. We have a reservation for two people today, and myself tested positive for Covid. Which we called and canceled our reservation, not going to a public place to infect more people. The lady on the phone was very unprofessional to the point that she said “ are you kidding me” after we tried to cancel. Very disappointed on the customer service at this place and would like people to understand that COVID-19 still is a thing. They also charged us full price on our credit card after we tried to rebook with them after. She was very rude and disrespectful on the phone. Please keep in mind that they do not care for anyones health and just looking for people to fill spots.

This place is the worst in customer service and staff.
I booked my son and his friend in 3 days ago and got there and they were refused
Entry and we were told there was no booking. This has happened more then once to us. I felt so bad for my son and his friend, as they were looking forward
To this all week. It’s also a far drive for us, so that was a waist of gas. They never Apologized for our inconvenience, basically just rude! I thought I would give another try after they did this to us before and same thing again. I will never give this place my buisness ever again!
They really need get better people to work there with better customer service!
Sad a place could be this poor in its customer service and it’s staff training of what it’s policy is!

Surprisingly fun. I've played laser tag before and it's clunky, not this place. No cables or heavy stuff to carry around. This was a ton of fun. The games were fun, the venue was nice, so much variety. Only frustrating thing was that these kids are good and kept shooting me.

My family and I went here last week.
Not only was it the best family event that we have ever had.but the staff were so welcoming, encouraging, and fun!

10/10 would recommend!

The website is not user friendly at all. It is very confusing and I accidently booked 5 tickets and didn't see that there was 5 spots being booked instead of one. As soon as I payed and got an email that said I had paid for 5 spots instead of one I called Classified right away to say that there was a mistake and that I only wanted to pay for one spot and this was 3 hours before the booked session started. They didn't give me an answer on whether or not I would get store credit or a refund. They said that I was responsible for filling the 4 spots. But as a customer it is not my responsibility to do that why should I be responsible for filling spots that is the job the company not the customers. It was a Thursday night which means it will probably not be busy and why should the customer be blamed for the lack of capacity. I will not be going back and I will make sure to tell my friends to not go to this laser tag place because I feel that there are better ones in Calgary with better customer service who value their customers.

Super fun experience! Really professional staff that knew how to handle big groups of people. Massive space inside!

A lot of fun. But there are malfunctions with some of guns and vests were you can’t kill the person. Also the staff are great and friendly, but one set of our referees kept helping the side that lost the previous round. And they would say where people are. Overall is a great place!

Do you want all of the cry babies and try hards from airsoft with none of the fun parts about airsoft? Do you want random losers yelling and screaming at you like they paid for your entry? Then this is the game for you! Get ready to just throw your body in front of people hoping your shot registers first and do it all over again! There is nothing tactical about this place, the game modes are bad and don't promote any sort of actual teamwork or strategy. The space is too small for 20+ people, I was constantly running into people in doorways. Just go play paintball or airsoft and actually have fun.

We went here for a private booking with friends and family. The team there was very friendly and explained everything to us before playing. We had so much fun here and time goes by so quickly because of it. They just need to change or clean the straps of the guns because some of it really smells like BO.

Really enjoyed this place the first time we visited, however, this time was not such a good experience. We booked online for 4 of us (max 20). When we got there, we had close to 40 people. WAY too many people that couldn’t follow rules and nothing was enforced. Every time you turn around you’re running into someone and my wife was nearly smacked in the face with one of the guns. Her gun also had the mag constantly falling out and was just told to push the mag in further when reloading. She hadn’t even had a chance to reload.the mag just kept slipping out. No other solutions or options were given. All of these things made this a less than enjoyable experience

Equipment is poorly maintained and doesn't work as intended. They claim it is sighted in and gone over but I have been 3 times and only once has it worked remotely close to an acceptable level. Would not recommend. Gave them the chance to change my mind by telling them I was disappointed in my last experience in particular and all they offered was a $5 voucher for food when I was in next. Nothing for the 5 matches where my gun wouldn't fire with every trigger pull. Better off spending your money on other entertainment. Poor customer service.

Super fun, only downer is if you get matched with a group of negative Nancy's. Good price for value in my opinion. Would definitely consider renting this place out for a party or event. They fit us in last minute for a birthday celebration with a few friends and it was a blast. Definitely recommend.

Had an outstanding experience here. Booked a private session for 10 people and we will 100% come back again. Staff was friendly and amazing customer service. Game modes were super fun and competitive.

This place is fantastic. Recently, I booked this place for my son’s birthday party & his entire group enjoyed a lot. 5 stars for Lisa's customer service. She responded to all of my queries & took good care of us. If you want your kids to be engaged for 90 minutes, then look for no other place.

Great laser tag experience. Very different from laser quest but in a good way. We came here with our group 10 people as a church event. We would have liked to have more poeple to split up the cost of the private event but the event went great and was super fun. My only advice might be to bring a second shirt to change in to afterwards! Would definitely come back here and recommend it to others.

Really fun for both people that are into hardcore sports and people that find it intimating. Everyone I've gone with (around 12) think very highly of it. A Groupon with the 20% off help a lot as it is on the more pricey side but once you play you will see from all their good equipment, staff, ect that you aren't being over charged. Very few things I would complain about.

To be honest go paint balling the feeling of being shot in paintballing makes its more realistic and you take things more Seriously.

This place isnt worth the money unless your being taken for team building like I was. It was free so gets 2 stars.

Great value, helpful staff. The guns aim where you point them, so you dont have to spam the trigger. There are no sensors to cover, so cheating isnt feasible. The shock belts add a level of intensity to it, which at full power feel like a paintball. Super fun.

This place is so much fun and has the best staff. They opened up shop on a Tuesday for us to play, and there were only 9 of us. I am so pleased with their customer service and the experience itself is an absolute riot! Highly recommend.

You'll never want to go back to regular laser tag after this. The staff was excellent. Last night, halfway through the missions, they supplemented our smaller group of 7 with one of their staff members. This evened out the teams, making the session more challenging and fun. We all had a blast and will definitely be back.

Went here for a birthday and it was pretty hyped and super fun. It was my first time but it was easy to play and very entertaining! Would 100% go back again and recommend

We did a group event of 15 people and none of us had ever done this before.
After 1.5 hours we were all dripping in sweat and wanted to keep playing! We would all go back for another event. And I’d recommend the StressX belt for a bit more of a thrill

A really unique laser tag experience. We brought a church youth group for a private session, and we enjoyed the different missions and game types! Was a lot of fun!

I went there for a corporate team building event and I have to say I was really impressed! The staff were knowledgeable and very helpful and organized different type of games. The course and the equipment are next level! You are going to have fun if you come here! I can't say enough good things about this!

If you want to do something special, you should go here. And don't worry if you have never played it before because the staff's instructions of games are really clear, so you could get ideas easily. Just go and have fun! XD

It was an absolute blast! The place is very clean and organized. The course is well laid out. Employees are consistently providing great customer service and always explain things well. This place is great for team build and birthday parties

Highly recommend! Groups of 10 to 16 players is what I found to be the most fun, filled with different games making the experience 10times better.
Warning lots of sweating involved!

Great place if you want to team build or just have fun! You'll sweat so wear shorts. The staff is extremely helpful and friendly. A lot of game modes as well. If you decide to come here often they change their layout so it's never the same, and if you're short on players just ask the staff

Facility was quite clean, organized so I had much more fun than I expected. Employee gave us a clear instruction to understand and play this game well. There are many teamfight modes and all of them were satisfying. I would definitely visit and play around here again!

Absolutely hooked. Classified YYC has become a weekly event and I'm really glad there's something like this in Calgary. Its great cardio fun and very addicting. The staff is wonderful with great knowledge of the system and gameplay. They regularly change up the map with props to keep it fresh, and the different game modes keep it interesting. Useful stats like rank, KDR, accuracy and kill streaks are recorded and sent to you after every session making you always want to come back for progression. If you got an FPS itch, this is the best place to relieve it.

This is the second time I have been to Lazer tag here. The first time was fantastic, however the second time left such a bad taste in my mouth I'm not sure I will be returning.
During one game I had an employee start yelling at me out of nowhere not to crouch in a doorway, I apologised and moved, got yelled at again. This time I asked for the name of the employe, only to be told that her name is Lisa and she is a co-owner. This completely blew my mind that an OWNER of all people is yelling at their own customers. Its imporant to note this was my first interaction with Lisa, its not like I had ignored her directions earlier. Before I left I even asked for an apology to clear the air, however Lisa wouldn't even look me in the eyes. I understand people have bad days, however seeing a co-owner behave in such a manner is just embarrassing.

Definitely a place to check out if you are looking for a FUN activity to do! Was amazed how everything is organized. I for sure underestimated the "laser tag". This place takes it to the whole new level. Fun! Competitive! Challenging! Team work is tested in every mission. The variety of missions fit different clientele and accommodate various ages. Our team leader Lisa was beyond amazing. She went above and beyond to ensure everyone had a great experience as well as explained every mission thoroughly so that everyone knew what to do and where to go. If I were to recommend anything to other players - definitely grab something to drink. You for sure will need that to quench your thirst.:)

Great activity for both adults and kids. I recommend booking the entire session for a group party for adults so it is a "fair" playing ground. The staff explain all the rules and stays at the base to explain all the rules for each game and the shock fest makes laser tag a completely different experience.

I love this place! It's super fun and they change it up all the time to keep it interesting and challenging! The staff are friendly and make everything run smoothly. I definitely recommend it!

Very fun time, myself and three freiends went, got paired with two others who split into 3v3 team games, staff was very helpful and explained each game mode between rounds. Lots of action and fun packed into the 2 story battleground. Shock packs can be worn that shock you as you get shot, we played on the highest setting and it's comparable to indoor airsoft, but not mandatory if you just want a regular experience. Also your stats are tracked, k/d, accuracy, Kills per Min, and saved/emailed to you after the round for when you return! Over all great experience and highly recommend to try out Classified with your airsoft /paintbal buddies or come in as a new player

Great place, lots of game modes. Not kid friendly given how heavy the guns are.

You can also purchase stress belt add on for $5, basically little shock belts for when you get shot, option to choose pain level from mild tingling to tattoo needling.

All in all great place to have fun in!
