I recently had an unfortunate experience with the building inspection company that my property insurance provider enlisted as a third party for assessing my claim. I had filed a claim for hail storm damage, hoping to receive the necessary coverage to address the repairs. However, the inspection conducted by this company left me deeply disappointed.
From the outset, the communication with the company was lacking. It took multiple attempts to schedule the inspection, and each time I was met with delays and unresponsiveness. Finally, when the inspection did take place, I had expected a thorough evaluation of the damage caused by the hail storm. Instead, the inspector seemed disinterested and rushed through the process without properly examining all the affected areas.
To my dismay, the claim was denied, with the company stating that the damages were due to ‘normal housing wear and tear. ’ This decision left me shocked and frustrated as I knew for certain that the damage was directly linked to the recent hail storm.
Upon further inquiry, I realized that the inspector’s report barely mentioned any specific details about the hail damage, and it seemed like they had preconceived notions about the case. I reached out to my insurance company to express my concerns, but they defended the third-party inspection process without offering any resolution.
I feel like this building inspection company failed in their duty to be impartial and thorough. Their hasty and careless assessment cost me the opportunity to get the rightful coverage for the repairs my property needed. It’s disappointing to see a company that is supposed to provide an unbiased evaluation act in such an unprofessional manner.

If there was a- star I'd give them - 5 worst Contractors ever they screwed up on everything the did and ordered things that we told them not to and now want a deductible that was already paid from our insurance company stay away from this company
