Great experience. My Molly is a nervous Nelly when it comes to grooming and she leaves happy.

Have taken our cat Sassy to Tailz for about 2 years now. She normally has her nails trimmed. Staff are friendly and helpful.

Poor kitty lost a tooth AND a nail ripped right out while she was there probably from stress and the visit, maybe. She’s also 15+. But they charged EXTRA for her behaviour. And you think if she’s acting up way too much, you would just call me and say we can’t do it, or maybe ask me to calm her down instead of force the cut and end up with a missing k9 and nail, bleeding gums and bleeding paw: (
She has never acted out like they claimed before and I want to believe them but I am just very upset with how my cat came back injured! Plus let’s add a fee for it! Unreal!

Today was the second time I’ve taken my 1/2 Pomeranian 1/2 Shih Tzu Rocco to Tailz to be groomed and I already booked his next appointment.
I was hesitant to get him a short cut because of his double coat and Pom’s are known for longer fur but I’m so happy I did. They did an amazing job! He looks like a new pup and I know he must feel so much lighter and cooler.
The staff at Tailz are great, they’re very patient and most importantly friendly.
I definitely recommend Tailz for all your doggo’s grooming needs.

Taking my dog/child to Tailz is such a comfort knowing he's being treated so well and all the staff loving my dog whenever he comes for grooming and/or daycare! I never have a worry when my dog is at Tailz. With our dog having separation anxiety it puts more stress knowing how he may be but also knowing how well Tailz is, it puts my mind at ease.

Tailz is my go-to local one-stop-shop for my dog’s care needs. I’m consistently pleased with the quality and professionalism of their staff. The grooming service is fantastic and my dog always loves his time at daycare. I can recommend Tailz enough!

I always take my cat Finn here for a Lion cut, and they always do an amazing job! We also took our old dog Sadie for a groom and they did an excellent job, and were very gentle with her.
