The lunch menu is a little limited especially if you are non diary or vegetarian. The burger was very salt forward. Breakfast was much better, shame it ends at 11am.

My new favorite place to get a coffee in Canmore! Great selection of baked goods and cheeses! Highly recommend checking this place out!

I enjoyed the coffee and atmosphere of this nice place. Just sit, have a sip of coffee and enjoy the amazing view which they have. Food is delicious and the shop is cozy.

My wife and I went there at 6: 00 pm. It was open until 7: 00 pm. We wanted a regular filtered coffee. We were told they poured it out for the day and we couldn’t get one.
They had an hour left of being open. Terrible business. Will not return

We both had the breakfast croissant and a coffee. The croissant comes with potato wedges that are delicious! The croissant was far too sweet for my liking, overpowered by the bacon jam and very soggy. All that said, the service was excellent!

Take a Hike Market is just what this town needed! The ambiance is fun and playful, the team is outgoing and kind, and the food.well there are just not enough words to express how delicious every menu item is at TAHM. The cheese selection is outrageous (in a good way)! I definitely recommend stopping in and visiting the Take a Hike team pre or post adventure.

Stopped in this morning for a latte and pastry. Great selection of food, amazing espresso, and friendly staff.

I am beyond impressed with this place! Their staff are amazing and so knowledgeable and so nice! I felt like I had gone in and were chatting with life long friends! The cheese selection is amazing and very well priced! We went for lunch which I think was life changing (the best fries I have ever had in my entire life) I will 1000% be back to get their amazing charcuterie boards they make and more CHEESE! Thank you for welcoming me in with open arms and being so kind and welcoming!

Amazing shop! Helpful staff! Beautifully curated with such an assortment of incredible cheese and meats and everything else you could possibly want for charcuterie (jams, mustards, spices, nuts) and there’s a lunch menu available as well.

Stumbled upon this little gem this weekend! So glad we did! This little cafe/market serves delicious food in a bright environment with great views and friendly service! You can also pick up all kinds of interesting products for the foodie in your life (great Christmas gifts!) like specialty salts, seasonings, coffee, tea, pickled products, jams, jellies, etc. Large selection of cheese/deli meats as well! Oh, and don't forget to pick up a jar of "Caramel Drop" which is addictive!

Such a great addition to Canmore! There are so many great snacks here, the cheese counter is amazing, and I've found some new fave bevvies here as well. Highly recommend!

Had a wonderful breakfast! It was very tasty, filling and I felt home made with delicious bread, sausage, eggs and potatoes with house made ketchup as well. The coffee was very good as well. Nice atmosphere and great value at $15 for full breakfast. I couldn’t finish it all….

This is the best place in Canmore to go and create special memories over exceptional food. You can tell this place had so much care, attention and love put into it to make it so special.

The staff are awesome, friendly and caring, and the owners are amazing too.

The food is next level and you can tell the chef has amazing creativity and knows how to make food that will blow you away. He combines flavours that are superb and takes us on a culinary experience just by eating the food he creates. You’ll be saying “this is the best poutine I’ve ever had”. He makes the gravy over 3 days!

And the market, the artisan products, cheeses, meats and snacks are exceptional too. I got to have a tour by the chef and co-owner Jonathan and he talked about each item with so much passion. He spent so long choosing each product that he brought in to ensure it was the highest quality available, artisan and unique flavours and options to create the charcuterie night of your dreams!

I cannot recommend this place enough, run (don’t walk) and check it out for yourself!

Very inviting and the staff are knowledgeable. The chef is from Quebec and has brought some lovely cheeses and meats to Canmore. Lots of unique items to build your own charcuterie board for a dinner in. The service is excellent and the staff made us feel very welcome. The passion they have for their food is evident. A must stop if you are coming to Canmore.

Le concept de trouver des produits venant de producteur locaux à travers le Canada, comme du Québec et même d’Europe est fantastique!
Venant de France, j’ai pu manger un très bon croissant, une baguette avec de la rillettes de canard, et un sandwich au jambon de Bayonne, le tout avec la vue sur le Lac Peyto.
Cette boutique est à faire absolument à toute les saisons!

This store is heaven! The chef, the services are excellent and bilingual! The products are fresh, very good and original!
The concept of finding products from local producers across Canada, such as products from Quebec is fantastic!
Coming from France, I was able to eat a very good croissant, a baguette with duck rillettes, and a Bayonne ham sandwich, all with a view of Lake Peyto.
This shop is a must do in all seasons!

Little market & café inside of a hotel. Great selection of cheese and cold meats (mostly salami tho)
Coffee and tea are quite cheap for Canmore but I found gnocci for $9.bought the same the other day at Save on for $5.
It is "to go place", music is loud and chairs aren't comfy so despite of great views.take a hike
The lady behind the counter-Kasheeka- I know I misspelled the name probably and I am sorry, is the soul and the brightness of this place. She is friendly, polite and quick, so smile and tip her well.

Great little spot with very tasty food and snacks! The Montreal smoked meat sandwich is world class and a must try!

It’s not well advertised but all the food and products are hand picked, made fresh with the highest quality, and made up of Canmore-local and Canadian items. The menu is thoughtfully curated.
