The servers are rude. The lady on counter enter tip by herself in the bill. If you inquire about it they tell you to do take out next time.
Customers don’t have issue in giving the tip but entering it in the bill by themselves is extremely unprofessional.

I would avoid this place. Had the absolute worst experience ever.

The food was old and spoiled and you could taste it after the first bite. Called to ask to bring the food back for a refund because it is quite obviously spoiled meat, the first lady laughed while telling the “manager” to take over the phone call about our complaint.

You’re better off overpaying somewhere else. Spent $80 on take out for dinner only to spend another $50 for a back up dinner.

Customer service was absolutely terrible the rice was overcooked AND when we asked for another one the waitress rudly took my child's plate and left in absolute anger. The place is disgusting and nasty the cutleriees are not cleaned at all. The seats were filled with dirt and bacteria and I did not feel welcomed at all. DO NOT come to this restaurant has the worst service ever.

Came here with family the food was delicious the customer service was beyond excellent definitely recommend this place. Its authentic Chinese

Food isn’t too bad, but with the amount of people that serve they must have enough money to renovate the place and make it look a bit nicer. The place is so run down and looks dirty.

The Atmosphere wasn’t much to admire when you walk in as it was quite calm and not very busy during lunch hour on a weekend. The overall aesthetic of the interior was very old school Chinese and definitely made you feel like you were somewhere else. It had lanterns and wooden tables with intricate designs.it started picking up pretty fast as lots of families came in right after we were seated. The service was pretty good I’d say besides the fact we had to repeat some of the things we’d ordered. And finally the food which was incredible, we had ordered this Hot and Sour soup which blew me away, it had such a spicy aroma and was the perfect appetizer that gave us so much flavour and an idea of what to look forward too. We also had this vegetable Pakora which was extremely crispy and was after biting it realized it was stuffed with cheese and vegetables. Our mains included a Chow Mein with cooked vegetables that had great flavours and texture. The ginger beef was the perfect balance of sweet and savoury and captivated us into its flavour. While the Shrimp Fried Rice definitely took me by surprise by being by far the best Fried Rice I’ve ever had. Overall every dish was a symphony of flavours that played together beautifully. By far my favourite Chinese restaurant that I’ve been too and I would highly recommend to anyone looking for huge portions, flavour and Asian aesthetic.

This was our first time at the restaurant and we had an awful experience with the service here. The ladies were very rude and I would not recommend this place to anyone.

This place is my top Halal Desi-Chinese restaurants in Calgary by far. This restaurant has basically been me and my families traditional place to go to, I love their chicken lollipops with there sauce and I love there Manchurian soup by far my favorite foods there. I also love there noodles and there have an amazing variety of food there I would recommend going there. They have amazing service and they are very kind people that work hard everyday. Other then that their food has amazing spices some foods can be on the bland side but that’s why they have sauces and salt and pepper on the tables if you would like extra spice or salt; which I believe is a good idea. Other than that their momos are very bland but I would recommend to eat them with there chilli sauce that is on the table so I would definitely recommend going here for a family dinner or any time you want some good Desi-Chinese food that is affordable!

Note: Someone in the reviews mentioned they got food poisoning from the food which is true but they have fixed that problem after that, I have went there over 40 times and have never gotten food poisoning over the past 6 years.

It is my one of the favorite halal Chinese foods place.
Pro: great food, always hot n fresh.
Never had any issue with Parking, seating or wait time for food.
Con:
Service sucks, servers pay no attention to diners and we literally called on phone to ask her to bring some water to our table.
Server writes order in Chinese and many times mixed chicken with beef. Specifically on call in orders and when u foind it at home then it is too late.
What really Sucks:
They never prived the proper receipt of your order for payment and calculate in Chineese and on top of your order add 10% tip silently without your consent and give you a total amount to pay, if you don't know it then usually u end up over paying.

There is nothing Hakka about this place. I ordered three dishes ask them all to be made hakka confirm my order twice picked up my food get home and realize it's just regular Chinese food I was so choked This place really doesn't care about anything other than getting your money called back no answer nobody returned my call stay away from this place I've had much better Chinese food than this and they don't even really sell Hakka or don't know how to make it yet it's on the menu. 3 dishes done completely wrong even though I asked 3 timew cost me $62 what a waste of time, gas, and food. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE

Terrible Manchurian chicken and chili chicken have never tasted this bad of Chinese food this is not the same place which used to be 7 years ago the quality has fallen off. Especially considering the price change as well. Would not recommended it anymore.

My family visit this restaurant frequently, food was good, service was food, price was good too but now It's a new management I guess, service is average, food is bad and price is too high. I don't recommend anyone to eat their.

Worst service when u make a mistake accept it, as such it is difficult to understand her and she kept arguing saying you can take pan and fry the momos, well I have been placing order same way for a long time this is the second time she messed up and each time there is no word of apology

Food was moderate. However, the service was not good. Without our consent they included tips in the bill which is really weird.

Been going here for years, the owner is very friendly, food is tasty probably once the dishes tasted bland.

This place was our favourite Chinese halal place before but now it's the worst food ever. They said they have dropped the quality of the food due to high food prices. We understand that completely but rather than dropping quality they should have increased the prices by one or two dollars. The food was tasteless, flavorless and not cooked well. My whole family including me has diarrhea after we had food from here. Don't recommend to anyone.

Ordered triple manchurian fried rice with noodles and this is how it was presented. The worst food I’ve ever been served, looked very bad, tasted even worse. Highly disappointed with the service.
