Dr. Jassal is very professional and clinic has nice staff. Dr. Jassal listens to the patient concerns very calmly and you don’t feel rushed.

Idiots sitting at the front desk. Upon my appointment I simply ask if I can speak to doctor over the phone as I discussed myself with doctor when I was there last time that he would simply give me a call upon appointment if there’s anything needed but the front desk ladies are just idiots I asked if I can speak to doctor she simply rejected to do so even on my booked appointment time & rudely replied to book an appointment to come see the doctor while I simply asked to speak to doctor over the phone.

Dr. Karandeep Jassal is not only a skilled Doctor, but also a compassionate human being with exceptional expertise in his field. I wish I could give him ten stars here. The reception and pharmacy staff are also accommodating. They are a top-notch team all around.

Worst worst worst experience. Here Doctors enjoy their break for more than 1 hour ignoring or exploiting patients sitting outside with appointments. 2 ladies left clinic because of some reasons n front desk said they can leave if you cant wait. But unfortunately i cant even leave as my 20 months old child has to b seen. On asking dr Jassal treated soo badly, rudely arrogantly showing zero courtesy saying now im seeing ur child but wont see him again. Even my child was booked with dr kapoor but he was answering attending in presence of him. I dont know y. Later he told me this all will be same or go to emergency or talk to govt of canada.
He saw my child but after experiencing this i even dont know how accurately he examined my child.
Not attended a single patient from 1 pm to 2: 10 pm n my appointment was at 1pm. Enjoy ur lunch for no of hours but then dont take appointments for that time. No responsibility towards a patient. Poorly treated. I cant express my feelings how much i got hurt. If delay is because of patient it is understandable but on the other hand enjoying coffee at starbucks n patients waiting outside for 70 mins with appointments is not good at all.

I wish i can give 0 star. Dr. Jassal is very nice but the receptionist behaviour is worst. She is so rude. I had an appointment at 12: 30, i was waiting there and at 1: 15 i ask her how long its gona take… she misbehaved and told me to leave. I hope dr. Jassal will read this and will do something about it as i feel she is rude with everyone.

The administration is very condescending and when a prescription needs to be renewed they are very very slow or none responding. The pharmacy l use has had to fax the request twice then the doctors office denies receiving the request. Fortunately we have found a new doctor who is very receptive to our needs. There is a pharmacy connected to the Tamarack clinic and l think if you don’t use them then you are not given the service and person requires

Dr Jassal is amazing but the front desk staff is a joke. They’re rude, don’t know what they’re doing and impossible to deal with.

Good doctors at this clinic but always have hard time with receptionists. I wish they would get receptionists that under what you are trying to say as people actually take days off from work to come to the clinics usually and it's a waste of time when receptionists mess up your appointments multiple times. I still keep coming back because of good doctors. Specially Dr Kapoor!

Receptionist is very rude she dont know how to talk with patient.i am not sure if I want to meet the doctor. The receptionist is rude and doesn't care about treating the people with respect. She is rude from the moment she answers the phone. I booked appointment two time. One time she cancel the appointment. Next she forget to book appointment for my wife too. Than re book after two days. Please teach to how to talk over phone.

This is my home clinic. Love the staff! They are very welcoming and patient! Always greet with smile! Dr Kapoor is my family doctor. He is simply amazing! Always have a smile on his face! Thank you everyone for treating us so nicely!

Reception staff is very rude.never have availabiltiy to see the family doctor.in case u get the appointment, u have to wait more than 2 hrs.getting worst

I along with my 90 year old mother have been seeing Dr Multani for about a year now and she is so caring and gracious I absolutely love her! She cares deeply about her patients and always follows up with us. I was misdiagnosed in the ER at the Royal Alex last month and she followed up with me the next day saying I actually had a fractured rib and partially collapsed lung. She’s amazing and if you’re a patient consider yourself super lucky. Very grateful for this doctor!

Dr. Multani is a great doctor. I would give her a 5 star rating. However, the clinic is sooo poorly run that it's nearly impossible to get into. The front desk staff is terrible. They won't do prescriptions over the phone and if you have any sort of urgent medical need forget about it. I literally got told to go to a walk in medicenter instead cause they couldn't even get me on the cancelation list within the next two weeks.

Dr. Multani is phenomenal. So patient and allows time to talk with me. I have been a patient at the clinic since Jan 2022. My son has special needs and she is knowledgeable about his care and behaviours. I have mental health issues and she is so understanding.

I joined Dr Multani's practice after unsuccessfully trying to find a GP after releasing from the military. She is kind, compassionate and cares a great deal about her patients. Feel extremely fortunate to be under her care.

Dr. Multani is an amazing family doctor. She takes very good care of her patients. The pharmacists, and staff are excellent as well. Everyone is professional, and goes above and beyond to help their patients.

I’ve been a patient of Dr. Multani since the beginning of the year because my previous doctor retired. She is very professional, kind, compassionate, knowledgeable and well trained. She takes time to listen and answer all my questions and has great bedside manner. She is very patient and thorough and genuinely cares about her patients. The ladies upfront are kind and friendly. Overall, great experience every time I go in for an appointment.

Dr. Multani is my first female doctor and I’m so incredibly thankful. She is unbelievably knowledgeable, empathetic and thorough.

The clinic seems to have variable hours that do not match what is written. The front staff are quite disorganized and unprofessional. Important documents for my employer were not faxed, a prescription refill request from the Shoppers Drug Mart across the street was not responded to, an appointment I booked 3 months in advance was not put into the schedule and a full physical was incorrectly booked for only 15min.

Dr. Multani is so wonderful and caring and I felt so relieved to have found her. However, I have a complex medical history and cannot afford to be seen so infrequently due to continuous scheduling errors. So disappointed and honestly heart broken that I need to leave such an excellent family doctor due to clinic mismanagement.

I recently switched to Dr. Multani after my family doctor retired of 30 years retired. From the time I had my 1st appointment I found her very easy to talk to. She is caring and listens to what you say. She gives great advice, so happy we have found her. Highly recommend her. Everyone in the clinic is also very helpful and friendly.

I'm a new patient of Dr. Multani's. She is a breath of fresh air. She listens and addresses all of my concerns. Very knowledgeable and efficient in her assessment and diagnosis.

The front office staff is friendly and helpful. I am thankful to have found this clinic and that there was an opening for me.

The facility is new, clean and bright.

There is a pharmacy in the same office for convenience prescription fulfillment.

Although there is limited parking, I haven't had any issues finding a spot.

So disappointing that any document or sick note you need from the doctor is $50 and above! Even if it's the sole purpose of you going to the doctor, your health insurance pays and you have to pay too? And that much?
It doesn't make sense.

Great doctors but very disorganised and incompetent front desk ladies, they never seem to know what they are doing, never pick up or return calls, booking an appointment seems like rocket science to them. Also apparently you have to book an appointment to see the doctor two months ahead! Like seriously?

And these charges don't add up. $50 plus for a doctor's note? Who has that kind of money, you are treating me and know what's going on, why would you charge me that much to give me a sick note?

Dr. Jassal best doctor. But Front staff has so many issues. Take so many days to pickup phone. After 2-3 day finally someone answered my phone, but now they don’t have appointment. They told me to go to walk in clinic or emergency. I think they don’t know what emergency for. My all family members come to dr jassal. They left the message for follow up with dr jassal. When I ask them who is for they don’t know. Really unexperienced staff.

Impossible to get through to book an appointment and when you leave a message no one calls you back. Finding a new medical clinic.

staff are friendly and ensure that I am properly informed about my health and care. I would highly recommend this clinic and their doctors to my friends and family.

I went there to have my blood pressure checked and follow up on a urine sample, which I received a call to come in and follow up on from a walk in appointment a few weeks prior. Given this is my family doctor, I came here. I was given the golden badge of healthiness. No problems- everything is fine. Except now, two weeks later, I’m in the emergency room Dec. 24 with a very serious kidney infection and a ton of pain? I believe this doctor, saw my mental health record and didn’t take me seriously at all. Breezed through the tests and obviously did not read them. Finding a new family doctor in Edmonton; even if it means sitting on a 6 month waiting list,

TERRIBLE PHONE EDICT! I have been calling for the past 3 days to try to change my appointment, left a total of 3 messages, one on each day. The woman answering the phone asks "What do you want? " I was shocked! How do you talk to a patient like that? ! If I could give 0 stars I would. I will give update when or if I see their doctor.

My family has been a patients of Dr. Jassal for a couple years, and it has been nothing but the best experience. He's very knowledgeable, and takes his time to understand. Very well managed and usually not much waiting either
