A vastly different experience from our other house transactions.

My parents were very excited to work with Tanya and her team. Unfortunately, I would describe the services as the 'puppy mill' of real estate groups. We were sold on staging - which never happened. The standardized photos were washed out and not appropriate for a heritage home. Many open houses went without visits. I'd like to say it was the house and not their work but 6 months working with Tanya with over 3 months on the market and no bites - one week with a new realtor and multiple offers! Tanya is likely great if you have a brand new home that you could sell FSBO.

We had our property on the market with another realtor for several months without any movement, not even a single offer. That listing expired and we started looking for another realtor. Tanya was a recommendation from someone else and we always get her post card size ads for duplexes and houses selling in the area.
