Amazing top notch staff, they make myself and other patients feel very welcome with lots of laughs/ conversation. Very personable custom approach to make it easy to get the care necessary to make a full recovery. Have recommended them to everyone I talk to. Respect them all as they listen to my needs and accommodate to me as a person not just as a patient. Always a very awesome welcome when you walk in the door and lots of good byes with hope for have a good day / afternoon/ good weekend.

Always caring and offers adjustments to suggested exercises if I am experiencing any difficulty with any of them.

Suman Sharma is not only a topnotch physiotherapist, but a wonderful human being who truly cares about her patients. In fact, everyone at Tawa are kind, thoughtful and deliver excellent service. I'm very thankful I chose the Tawa team.

I filled out the email and same thing when I arrived at the office. Both times I said I have crohns disease. Not until am I in the room do I get notified that they are unsure if I can get treatment. Can you please educate your workers as to what a compromised immune system is? It's not the same as being on blood thinners. Such a waste of everyone's time and energy.
I left without care. I was trying to find a location closer to home to get ims. I've gotten ims without problems, so why I get denied treatment here? I'd give zero stars if that was an option.

Trevor is a critical member of the medical team involved in my arthroplasty. He provided relief pre-surgery and continues to guide my rehabilitation. The office staff exhibit a professionalism rarely experienced in any venue, and the gym is always immaculate and maintained.

Dave is an awesome Physio Therapist. He's very attentive & really listens to your needs. The ladies at reception are also awesome, very friendly & accommodating.

One of my appointments was just an assistant wrapping hot towels on my feet for 5 mins then sending me home all without actually being seen by a physical therapist.the floors here are also disgusting.

Sharan has been an amazing physiotherapist. She helped me through rehabilitation of an ankle fracture. Very friendly, knowledgeable and skilled. Front end and back end staff are all great! Convenient parking, direct billing and a variety of availability for appointments. Can’t say enough about this place.

I would strongly recommend to see Sharan at TAWA Clinic. She has been my physio since years and most recently she has treated my brother Jitender Manes for Cervical Radiculopathy. I was her patient in the past when she was practicing in India for last 10 years. She is compassionate and empathetic to her clients with competency in her skills. Great, capable people from the front desk to the therapists. I’ve spent much more time here over the last year than I’d have wished, and they have been very helpful with my injuries. The shockwave therapy has made a big difference in my Achilles tendinitis. Thanks to Sharan!

I had already been to a few physiotherapists to help me manage the pain from the OA in my knees. I was unable to walk up and downs stairs and play on the floor with my grandchildren. I finished my physio just a week ago and this past weekend I was up and down ladders helping to put siding on a garage! Amazing!

Highly recommend seeing Dr Sharan at Tawa Physio clinic. She is a wonderful physio and helped me with my pain in left thumb, had sprain while playing basketball. She did the x ray and asked about my pain and if any other history I had. She is very knowledgable. She suggested me some exercise to get rid of my pain. I have no pain at all in my left thum and is all great. Would definitely recommend Dr Sharan. Wish i could give more than 5 stars

Very good customer service. All staff from reception to treatment rooms incredibly friendly & helpful. My Physiotherapist Sharanjeet – very knowledgeable, friendly, and thorough in her work. She was superb at explaining everything she was doing and why it would help me for my knee pain and the plantar fasciitis. The work she did with me over a number of weeks was first class and has completely sorted my knee pain. Also, my heel pain due to the plantar fasciitis is sorted out as well with her expertise in shock wave therapy. Now it is all down to me to maintain it by doing all the exercises recommended by her. I was quite anxious starting physio, but she made me feel comfortable and her treatment helped me significantly. Sharanjeet is very professional with a great wealth of knowledge, nice and cares about your well-being. I would highly recommend Sharanjeet and going to this clinic to anyone in need of physio treatment.

One of the best physio places in Edmonton. I have been going there for two years now for different accidents. Really friendly place and exceptional customer service. Dave is really knowledgeable and helped me to recover fast from my back injury. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who wamts to recover fast from an injury.

Amazing, caring, respectful and also very entertaining group of workers. Physio therapist is one of the best I’ve ever had and I really like how she doesn’t force anything also she’s very caring. She’s helped me the most with my shoulder and all the info included really helps to understand what’s going on. Would recommend to anyone.

Totally disappointed and disgusted with the attitude of the physiotherapy staff. The staff showed complete indifference towards my needs. It seemed prime goal of the staff was money. They refused me service unless I paid from my own pocket, despite the referring surgeon "requiring" me to undergo physiotherapy. Despite my pleas, the physiotherapist refused to qualify me for AHS assistance (I am a senior, on pension only) even for one appointment to teach me a few strengthening exercises (that would have taken just a few minutes). I had to return without getting any treatment.

Coming back from the futile visit from Tawa Clinic today, I visited a nearby physiotherapy Clinic, without any appointment. The physiotherapist there was very kind, listened to me carefully, went thru all my reports, examined and assessed me, explanied everything, and taught me all the required exercises, and gave other advice. I spent more than 30 minutes with him. HE DID NOT CHARGE ME A SINGLE PENNY.
He would send me more info by email, and asked me to come any time, without having to pay anything.

This is the difference between people who consider their profession as service to humanity, and the people who consider it as pure business. Shameful!

I am tempted to say Shame On You.and your Clinic!

Physiotherapy helped me a lot in healing my back ache. I tried several other clinics and services to get rid of my pain, but finally I got relief here. The clinic is neat and clean; and the staff is wonderful. Dr. Trevor helped and motivated me during every session to exercise. I recommend this clinic to everyone who needs healing.

I find my self to be an anxious person and can be uncomfortable in almost any setting. Yet I found myself to be relaxed and comfortable. Would go again for sure.
