Worst place for long haul drivers….
Take 3 hour to unload just 4 skid of mangose…dock light green and they said that wait in truck for call…. Need extra hour to done paperwork…Asian guy at reception desk has no sense of talk

No need to come before your appointment time as they are not going to unload. It went there 7 am but told me to come at 2 pm on appointment even if you have just 1 skid. They took 2 to 3 hours to unload the 1 skid. It’s quite big place with washrooms.
No overnight parking but there is Esso and Petro near the location.

Only good for hourly wage drivers, for unloading it is 18min job for 10 skids max, as I have worked for the same job, more than 4 hours on dock, good luck people, surely need some good supervisor, or need people else looks like pretty lazy supply chain

Shocked by all the 1 star reviews. Now not so shocked. Took my trailer in to drop. Explained I was taking an empty. Was given a gate code then when I got to the Gate, was told I had to come back and fill in a form? Had to back up! Procedures, safety, communication people!

Worst experience of my life i have an appointment they take 2 hours for unloading but for the paperwork they take 3 hours still didn't get my paperwork back long wait
