TD Canada Trust Branch and ATM

Disappointed with the lack of understanding and guidance during my meeting at TD, where my unique financial situation and intention to consolidate my banking needs were overlooked. Considering other banking options due to this experience.

This is the worst TD I ever been, I will not recommend this branch to my worst enemy. I was told by my mortgage specialist to go to a TD branch to pay my lump sum payment so that I am able to double check the total amount I'm allowing to pay for this year.the girl who helped me name Sanpreet boins, she’s incompetent of her job and she’s get annoyed and blame me raise my voice because otherwise she said she can’t hear me. I asked her multiple time to check the totally amount allowance for my lump sum this year but she totally miss my request and go ahead finished the process, so when i firmly ask her to fix her mistake, she provide me with a Wrong Number! I’m glad I double checked on my side prior to come make my payment, otherwise there’s penalties I probably will have to pay for.

Wanted to give -5 for the service, but unfortunately have to give 1 star. Useless bank, dumb and slow employees and useless branch. Nothing good about this place.

The worst banking experience I've ever had. Took 2 weeks and over an hour standing in line to get an appointment to open an account, because the staff seem to collectively understand the system, but no one individually does. Then, once a new account was open, the branch ATM refused a deposit several times making me wait till they opened to make a deposit with the teller. After being assured there was no hold on the funds, 3 hours later I attempted to pay for fuel, and was declined. Went back that day to close the account, which also took over an hour, and the collective effort of two employees.

Very slow. Only have one teller on when there is a line up out the door. Looks like there is about 4-6 other staff members there but they won't help manager is sitting there doing absolutely nothing about it drove to Chappelle td and came back 30 mins later and the line up was still there

Poor customer service. Try Hold Td bank draft in Td bank for 5 business days, few steps away ATB released it right away and I paid my bills. Does it make any sense to hold their own bank draft for 5 business days?

Horrible branch.
95% of the time you would wait in queue longer than it would take to do a single transaction.

I just closed my account with TD because they don't care about their clients. There's no benefits to banking with them. I got way better deals with a competitor. The customer service manager Karen at this branch is very rude. She threw my card on the counter and did not acknowledge me or say anything pleasant. What kind of a customer service leader is that?
Made my decision of closing my account that much more better.

These guys are slow as molasses and Zero idea about banking,

they dont know what they are talking about regarding investment account.

Opened wrong Locked in Account and my funds are now stuck for 15 days. Avoid this branch at all cost! Worst ever!

I had a really good experience with Lawrence today when i was making/planning RRSP. He is knowledgeable and professional at his job. Just one thing that he didnt have a printer in his office and walked out office alot of times. But anything else was wonderful. Hopefully I might stop by more to invest more money and consulting with him

I opened a US account for a client so I could get paid. The account automatically locked due to lots of fraud lately and they told me the lady at the branch needed to send an email to verify my identity. 3 days of constant calling and emailing and even going in to ask for that email to be sent and they were unwilling to help me. I will now lose this large client.

Worst location to deal with. There were 5 people in line and 1 teller on a FRIDAY! Waited there for about 25 mins. Went to deposit a TD cheque and they wanted to hold it for 5 to 10 days to clear it. UNBELIEVABLE. Never had a issue with a TD location until today. Seems the staff need major training on what types of cheques need to be held.
Just seeing all the low star ratings on this location, it's obvious that it needs to be shut down.

Went in because I have to find transactions and they declined after because the line was to big and said we can’t do this. Won’t be going to that bank

Terrible customer service, I got an appointment more than a week ago with Amruta Bhatt to skip one morgage payment. After waiting for 20 minutes, she told me that I should reeschedule the appointment because she has no idea how to do that…. Seriously? Then why did they ask the reason for the appointment?

What’s wrong with Edmonton customer service at most banks? Any body can get a diploma from school but not everyone can be called lead customer experience associate. Poor service, no problem solving skills. Can’t resolve an issue for two weeks. I was given a mortgage online and now you can’t reach anyone out for property taxes. Bank charges you and Edmonton city sends out mails with deadline to pay off.
Frustrating to pay and can’t get any answers!
Called three times abs left a voice mail. Nothing heard back.

Terrible hours. Open til 4 during work days? And the ATM won’t even let me do a cash deposit. What a joke.

Very rude customers service! Inpatients, really really bad customer service. I kindly recommend future visitors avoid TD at least this branch. I have been with TD business and personal account. I never ever go to this branch. My rate definitely 0.

Because I must give one star. Do not bank at this branch! The customer service is terrible and rude. I've never had a problem at any branch but this one; both my boyfriend and I! They always want to put holds on cheques and withhold or dont suggest solutions. Terrible, terrible, terrible! I wont EVER go back here. Very judgemental.

I typically try to avoid this branch because of how brutally slow they are but didn't have a choice today. I waited in line almost 30 minutes and there was only 3 people ahead of me and two tellers working.

Austin is very professional and very helpful, amazing experience at this branch due to his service

Jatinder and Sarah helped me with a long list of financial errands- they were effecient, kind and great at their jobs!

Don't bother booking an appointment, you'll be forced to wait at least a half hour for someone other than the person your appointment was booked with. Understaffed and unprofessional.

Had an appointment for credit consolidation, they said they would update me in about a week. A week passed, and no update. Week two I called and instantly got voicemail of the person who assisted me. Didn't get a call back after leaving a voicemail with name and number. Called again the next day, same straight to voicemail. So I called a spoke to reception and left a message. This time I got a call back. The person said they had called but no one answered. 1. I have caller ID, I did not see their number as missed, 2. I have voicemail so why not leave one? 3. If I needed to provide more why not attempt to contact again?
