Never answer their phone, sit around and ignore customers at the branch. The ATM short changed me $20 and the lady at the front desk pretty much told me "tough luck" until her manager intervened & credited me. (+1 star for that)
This is what happens when there's no one with a backbone to keep the low level employees in check, you get a bunch of entitles brats who don't want to do their job and prance around like they're owed a paycheck just for breathing and having a pulse.

The support service is good. But I want to talk about a bad experience with an employee of this Bank - Tina. I helped my sister apply for a Visa card for her services online. We came to the department for an appointment and I was the translator for my sister, since she came from Ukraine, applied for residency, got a job and it remained to arrange the financial component. Tina made the process of issuing a card very complicated and long for more than an hour, asked detailed questions about the past, it seemed to her that she was new in the country and was so suspicious as if we would take these rainy 500 dollars and run away from the country. We have been waiting for the card for a month - it has not arrived by mail yet. On another day, we came to ask where is this card, why it is taking so long to reach the mail box of her address. During the visit, I took my daughter - she has a severe autistic spectrum disorder. She is 10 years old. At this time, when I was talking to the employee of this bank, my daughter was sitting very quietly in the waiting room in the armchair. The dialogue with worker was not crowned with success, they didn’t directly tell me that I still had to wait for the card, but hinted that I could download the App from their bank and the credit card confirmation letter was in the email. Suddenly, in broad daylight, a man enters this bank with his big dog, which was without a leash, without a muzzle, it ran chaotically inside the bank and scared my daughter terribly - my child has a panic fear of dogs and animals, including the fact that she is disabled and such children are special. I told him 4 times to STOP take his dog. He continued to smile and did not react in any way to my cries. Until the manager came and took him out. We received psychological trauma from this incident, the dog was very close to my daughter and barked at her, I could not protect her because of these partitions inside the room. At the end, they gave me water to calm down and said sorry. Still I didn’t solved the problem with the card and was attacked by a dog in a banking institution although this is a public visit with certain rules and restrictions, they do not follow certain standards of not putting other customers at risk. I don't want to go there anymore. They should put a note on the door saying no animals allowed. You never know what can happen, someone decides to go there with a cow!
Great app and desktop, also great telephone customer service. This branch has a very poorly skilled " manager Customer Experience". I received a new TD vis debt in the mail and headed to the branch to activate.i brought 5 pieces of id including birth certificate. "Ashtika Prasad' could not help me with out picture ID. Which is great security and highly appreciated. What was not appreciated was the way she looked me up and down and asked " Where do you get your money" and continued with a belittling look. I was shocked to be asked this INFRONT of a full bank of customers. I replied I had transferred capital gains into my new TD account. I was also trying to book an appointment to open a new TD small business account but we did not make it that far unfortunately.very poor customer experience from the Manager of Customer Experience
We bank at this branch for our Business including weekly deposits. My staff was in there today to get change and do our weekly deposits and was told by the rep assisting them (Unfortunately, did not get their name.) that we should not be coming in at month end to do our business as they are too busy during this time. This is definitely a frustrating response as a business that is in this branch multiple times a week to deposit our money. Does not seem acceptable to me to tell a client we should not be doing our business there during busy times. As a customer service focused company we would never tell a customer "Sorry, we are too busy to help you please stop coming in during certain dates. "
They made banking so much easier & helped work with my son who has brain damage easier for him to deal with TD. We tried other banks that I left crying. Td takes the stress outta it as well. Thank you
Will be closing accounts here as I have been a very loyal customer and when asking for some help received zero help. Very disappointing. Lost my buisness.
Jackie helped out my teenage son today when there was an issue. She treated him wonderful and I was happy to see my son have one of his first growing up experiences go so positive. Thanks for being great people
Very friendly and professional. They do not treat me like I'm mentally deficient or slow just because I'm wheelchair enabled. They do go out of their way to make sure I'm comfortable and let me use the station that has the lower service counter. I'm very satisfied with this branch and will use it for a very long time.
TD refused to reactivation my student line of credit online/phone with the same school & government documents I submitted last year, so I went here. The branch was completely DEAD (one other person besides me) yet they were too busy for someone to see me.
Honestly the worst bank you will ever deal with, they stole $618 from me and hang up everytime I try and get through to someone who might be able to help (which by the way was 7 times of calling and being hung up on currently working on an 8 time). I hope this company gets a moral compass and becomes less ahady and horrible. After 8 years of being a banking customer here with multiple accounts I can honestly say I will never go back to these crooks. If their account fees being the highest out of all the banks, their lack of compassion when your down on your luck and their arrogance when it comes to unjustly holding your money with out cause is absolutely appalling. The only good about this place is the house and SOME of the people. If your with TD watch your account carefully. I hope they learn
My husband and I have been banking with TD for years now and have always had great service at the Village Mall location in Red Deer. Recently we had an appointment with Kestyn Cole and have nothing but good things to say about him. For a younger gentleman he was extremely knowledgeable and explained our options in great detail and we left with our problems resolved and will be happy to deal with him again in the future. I would greatly recommend seeing Kestyn for any of your future banking appointments to get all of the information and answers you need.
