The best ever. I want to say thank you to jannesse on the counter, she it's very good what she doing. She solved a problem I had with some checks that did not arrive at my address, which was incorrectly set, and she was the only one who realized that the address was incorrectly set.

Sales orientated doesn't care to disclose information about such as how long the holding cheques for new bank account. Have to ask her everything as she is lazy to disclose. When question the fa about the % of first class vs cash back can't answer. Doesn't bothered to check the computer in front of her. She replied back to me "I don't know. " All she does is pushing us to get cashback card. Doesn't disclose if it covers travel medical insurance and other perks. Lack of knowledge and pushy to refer investments referral to her colleague. Lazy to find info on internal site. This is the quality of Financial advisor nowadays at TD

The worst bank eveeeeeer, especially this branch. Zero knowledgeable people, they just tell you fake stuff to let start an account with them and then when you visit the bank or call their phone number you find out their personal don’t know how to answer any questions and find out all the stuff you heard on the first day is all lies. Very rude people and very ignorant

This is the worst branch ever since a while we feel it, everything changed since they changed the old staff, most rude employees We ever met, this is not my opinion this is a big group of people in north side who I know they used to go for this branch, managers don’t respect any customer as if we are not humans, my wife asked for a manager to help, she didn’t even bother to leave her office. I recommend changing the branch or even TD if this will be the new policy.

I have never been treated worse in my life. Your customer representative Ola was not just rude but plain mean. Even the manager had an attitude problem. I will be going to a different bank from now on.

I went to deposit 4 cheques for my 2 years old business and they wanted to deposit one cheque of them only asked me to go to the branch that I use to deposit chequs in it.
That was funny for me as I DID DEPOSIT CHEQUS in this branch before.
I think I can deal with any branch of my bank that I have all my accounts in it for 6 years.

Bank is stealing money from my acct. I went in branch last night to find out why my account balance is short.the branch manager told me they made a correction on one of my cash deposit which I have made 10 days ago. 1.nobody has ever bothered to inform me about the "correction"! 2.your teller and I have both counted and confirmed the amount of cash I deposited, how can you just "reduce" my deposit amount when you find out you are short of money at the end of the day. I strongly recommend whoever has money in their account, to check their account balances more regularly.
The manager who dealt with me was terribly rude and not cooperative.all she tried to do is to get me out of the branch. "there is nothing I can do for you, we are not paying back your missing money"-Manager in charge.as a long time client, do I pay for your fault of losing/missing money?
your Bank really needs to hire better people than that.at the end of the day, my complaint has NOT been resolved. Absolutely disappointed.

These punks don’t even deserve the 1 star WORST BANK. All the care about is the money they make off your little transactions. No customer service. How tf have I been paying back NSF fees for the past month or something and they didn’t tell me about getting overdraft protection and when I found out and confronted them and said get me overdraft they said no, I paid 63$ for a haircut cuz they’re stuff tweaks and I’ve been waiting for the claim for a month now, and they lock me out my online banking every other day. I’d rather bank with a 5 year old and let them hold my money these people are a waste of time and always be playing with your money

Unfortunately I tried to buy American dollars and wire them, first of all they couldn’t give a competitive rate, so I agreed on their rate, while they were doing the transaction they told me the rate went up more!
I tried to explain to the lady this is not right, she didn’t do anything, there is a nice lebanese lady there who seems to know what to do but the others are not knowledgeable especially when it comes to buying foreign currency and wiring money, TD is far away from been customer friendly beside the advantage of late opening hours, they should not call those who work their professional because simply they are not, they could be nice people but definitely don’t know how to serve their customers properly, I apologize for this rating but unfortunately this is not the first time.

Dealt with this branch for 15 years, lately service is unprofessional, met with mortgage specialist today with 0 customer service knowledge, used words like "no-brainer" and "we would be lying if we didn't need money in the future" to influence us to use mortgage instead of HELAQ. Time to move from TD

I visited this location at 6: 30 PM on February 21 and was served by Ibraham. Ibraham didn't bother saying hi to me. I told him I'd like to make a stop payment for a bill coming out on Monday. He told me it probably wouldn't work as they need 48 hours notice and weekends don't count. I then turned to my husband and asked if he thought I should do it or not. Ibraham then proceeded with it before i had gave him the go ahead and then told me it was done. I asked him if I'm good to go, and he said yes. I turned to walk away and he said, "it will cost $12.50. " What the hell? I should have been told that BEFORE he put it through without me even saying i wanted to go ahead. Had I known it would cost $12.50 for something that probably wont work, I would not agree (not that I did agree.) I'd like my money refunded and my stop payment cancelled, but no one in TD's service department will reply to me. I'd also like it if someone told ibraham how to do his job.

Been going to this bank for years, my parents have gone here since I was little and it's definitely disappointing to see how horrible this place has become. Have spoken to a staff member about my finance situation and the communication just wasn't there. Takes months to receive the help due to constantly asking questions that are needed to receive the credit, literally one thing after another and is still in the process of it. Just found out a few hours ago that the staff member responsible for my file is transferring branches. All i have to say is the staff members don't care about their clients.

Staff is slow and rude. I have never felt so be-little by staff members. They told me I was wrong and when they made a mistake counting my cash for deposit (I double checked before going) they just dismissed me and never apologized for anything. When I went in two months ago to have currency exchanged, I had two managers tell me different information, and when I went back the next day, I yet again had a different input on my case about my currency. Every time I go in the person I see always ends up asking another staff for help. It is clear their staff have not undergone proper training. I have been to multiple TD banks and this is the worst one by far. Clearly management is a problem at this location. They are unprofessional, slow and pointed me in different directions. There are better ways to convey the same information, but they came off condescending.
