The TD Bank is amazing. I wouldn't go to any other bank. The branch manager, Carmel is exceptional she is always so pleasant and helpful.
She truly cares about her clients and goes above and beyond. Thank you for making my banking experience so pleasant. I highly recommend banking with this branch.

The doors to the atm are closed now so looks like you can’t access the atm once the bank close…

I don’t even want to give them 1 star the management is so poor at this location needed land title documents been going to them for 3 weeks and all the tellers giving me same answers but today when I went again they said we have requested it and should be there in 30 days and the management lady couldn’t say anything or even have a proper conversation with me had to leave without getting proper explanation for what was happening.never going back to this branch.

Rude bank teller. They put a hold on my monthly pay cheque. I have been depositing my pay cheque for more than 1years, never was a problem, until we came to this branch The bank teller decided to put a hold on my paycheque and the rest money on hold.

If you say you're open until 6 then the doors should not be locked at 5: 50 or even 5: 55. Frustrating! If you're going to close early, please put that as your closing time.

Amazing customer service by Sonya! Not sure how exactly to spell her name though. Had troubles with getting a new card after I had to get my old card destroyed, and she fixed ALL of my problems in less than 20 minutes, made sure my online banking was set up on my end, and answered all of my questions! One of the best bank workers I've ever had help me! If management is seeing this tell her she's the best and give her a raise:)

I spoke to a TD phone representative named Shaik on November 3, and his customer service was horrendous. I asked to book an in-branch appointment and he went off on a tangent about covid19 and how I should use common sense and not make the appointment in person, but rather do it on the phone. The problem is, I can't do what I need to do over the phone as it needs to be in person. Shaik would not listen, and kept speaking over me. He was extremely rude, and kept ranting about us being in a pandemic and the going in person isn't common sense. This was almost funny because I obviously know we are in a pandemic. Shaik needs additional coaching on how to deal with TD customers.

My branch staff are friendly and helpful. Its TD bank that in my and some of my personal friends opinions. Has done very little to help people my age (60+) to stay home during this epidemic.the on line help is basically the same. (no. Nothing we can't do, go to your branch) and yes at my branch the staff has been nothing but understanding.no everyone do or like to use on line banking. Too bad from one of Canada's best banks. Staying home its one of the best ways to prevent infection. And banking makes for more than 50% of my breaking isolation times.

BIG. Several ATMs and several people tellers too, including the Business Teller. Therefore, I rarely stand in line for very long, which matters to me because I'm physically disabled.
Not a lot of parking, but since I'm in and out quickly it's never been a problem.
This is pretty standard as far as banks go.
They offer all the basic banking services, but since this is not my main branch I can't speak about their other services.ie. Loans, mortgages, etc.
Their representatives are knowledgeable and friendly.

This is the best TD branch I have dealt with in the province of Alberta, and I have been banking with TD/CT (or CT) for over 40 years! I particularly enjoy dealing with the staff I have encountered at this branch, friendly and efficient, and I get answers that are not available through the online site. I have had particularly awesome help from a client representative named Andrew, who helped me answering all of my questions. Thank you for a great banking experience!

Staff is always helpful and polite. Very professional attitude, there are a couple that need a tune up but I would not want to put up with what they do.

Had an absolutely amazing experience especially with everything that was going on I was met by a bank personnel at the front door where I explained my situation, when an amazing young lady by the name of Enaya who insisted that my elderly mother not to worry and stay in the car while her and I went inside and completed all the paperwork necessary due to our circumstances. I’ve never dealt with this bank and I don’t have an account at this Bank but just because of the service I received today I will be opening an account and I definitely want this young lady to be recognized for her professionalism, respectfulness and thoughtfulness! God bless you and all people like you that do actually care about our elderly!

If there is a -100 star rating, I would have given it to this branch, could be the worst branch in the whole global financial system since invented, I am seriously thinking to use another bank only cuz this branch.no need to mention details, every thing bad you can or cannot imagine you could encounter in this branch, my advice to others, avoid this branch, actually even avoid driving by it, you might get cursed just by being close to it.

Wouldn't even give one star.
Rude and unprofessional.
Staff had told me that I should open a bank some where else because I was happy with the service.
Called the branch manager and express my concerns, she got a supervisor to call me, not the branch manager dealing with the situation, but a supervisor. Terrible branch. Never deal with Sonia!

Andrew was amazing! Super understanding and amazingly kind and went above and beyond to solve an issue that I have been dealing with for more than 3 weeks! Super duper impressed!

I was told to come in and talk with my branch manager, and that she could definitely help me with my issue. She was extremely rude. Not to mention not helpful at all.

No one at the front desk and with an appointment in waiting over 15 minutes.still waiting.this is ridiculous. Never happens to me elsewhere

I would give one start, but I'll give two since Andrew called me back and apologized on behalf on his snotty teller staff. They could not give me answer to my one question I had about my TD Cashback Visa. They told me to call Visa myself. Uhm no? I am a customer, and these credit cards you give away to people, maybe all your staff should be educated on them so when someone comes in to ask a question, they can at least seem smart. Only thing smart about the skinny tall Caucasian kid behind the counter was his mouth. He couldn't even answer my math question. Aren't you supposed to be good with numbers? Not impressed. Make sure to tell your tellers to smile, be polite and have a calculator in their pocket. I still never got the answer i need after physically being at the bank, and talked to Andrew twice on the phone. Now tomorrow I will be calling Visa myself - maybe you should do the same, so you can be knowledgeable the next time someone comes in with the same question. Better luck next time. Customers always right, right?

This place honestly doesn’t deserve any stars. I’m really upset with thier service. I left my purple lunch bag and when I called 2 days after the customer service receptionist confirmed that she had it, I told her I would be there within the week since I couldn’t find time after work. When I had shown up on that same week on Saturday they couldn’t find my bag. They said they would call me, and of course never did.
Then I go in person on the weekday and they still can’t find it, telling me that they would call the cleaning crew to confirm the where abouts of my bag.
The end of this situation is I have no bag, no apologizes and no explaination. I truly think someone in the store or staff STOLE my bag where I had jewellery inside. Yes I shouldn’t have left my valuables in there but it’s just sad that my bank which is My Branch! Won’t even give a frickwn call back. I have left voice messages for thier manager Catherine. Ans nothing! I truly hope with this message I will be heard in some way: (but it’s sad to think where you keep your money safe they actually might be STEALING. Really poor on thier part. I don’t ever want to deal with this bank again!

Some of the staff here are very nice, depends on who is working but this is the busiest TD I’ve ever seen in my life and while there is a line up out the door, there is only 2 people working on a Monday at 3 PM. Ridiculous! I once walked in because I lost my credit card and the girl told me I had to call TD and let them know but they can’t do anything in person. So stupid. I’ve been at my job for 3 years and only get paid in cheques, once the older Asian lady working critiqued the name on the cheque and wouldn’t process it because 1 letter was different. I’ve been working and getting the same checks for 3yrs but no one pointed that out. The manager came and argued with me and would not process it. I asked her, why have they been processing it for 3 years if 1 letter was different but today you’re refusing to? The manager did not say anything but told me to come back when it was spelled correctly. My friend who works at TD later told me that they actually put a note on my file saying I was being rude and hostile when I absolutely was not. I was just simply asking questions but apparently it is considered “being hostile. ”
