I went in today to go get a new bank card, and the older Asian lady (only using this as a descriptor as she didn't have a name tag) was INCREDIBLY rude. I provided two pieces of government issued ID (my driver's license and birth certificate) she was upset that I didn't carry a third, but more specifically, my social insurance card on me. I had left my phone in the car, and that really seemed to inconvenience her even though I was able to provide all the bank information and pin code no problem. The branch manager who came over was pleasant to deal with and was probably the only reason I didn't leave more upset at that point. Look, if you don't like dealing with the public or you're just simply having a bad day. Don't take it out on other people or maybe even consider working in a position where you are directly conversing with the public daily. The customer service from the teller left a lot to be desired today. Cannot say I'd go back to that branch.

I booked an appt with the branch after a terrible online TD experience; figured talking to a person, in person would work better. Didn’t hear anything back for over a week so I had to call for an update; lady I’d talked to said my application had disappeared. Now hasn’t been returning emails or calls and I have no luck getting ahold of anything other than an answering machine at the branch. Just the worst.
Update: after a couple weeks of nothing, they responded and did a good job. Quit a change in service.

I had a wonderful experience at this branch. I went through the process of getting a credit card and we had some bumps along the road. Levi went above and beyond to help make this process as easy as possible. He was very knowledgeable and was able to answer all my questions at ease.

Leaving 2 stars only because the staff at this location are friendly and amazing. 21 years of banking with td, decided to go to a bank that would do something more for me than deposit my money and let me pay bills.

If you want to experience the full degree of being treated like a child and complete unhelpfulness, go to this TD and make sure you get Ming.

The first few times I gave the benefit of the doubt and thought perhaps it was just an off day, but in the past 6 months we have had nothing but a bad taste in our mouths after visiting this TD.

Thanks for nothing, Ming! The others in the branch are much more helpful but we are done playing Russian roulette with every visit.

Alecia was phenomenal. I wish I could do the TD survey about her but I never received the survey email. She went above and beyond in her service. She explained everything in detail and answered all my questions. She was an absolute delight to deal with and helped me with everything I needed. Thank you Alecia for being so helpful and informative! You have amazing energy and I will definitely make this branch my main branch for all my banking

The only problem I have with this bank is, when money is taken from your account, and you didn't authorize it, they treat you like a criminal and block you from everything so you have to go into a bank and do all your banking and when they do their investigation, the person that took your money gets to keep it anyway so there is no point in reporting any fraudulent transactions.other than that, its an ok bank.

The ladies here were absolutely no help in trying to figure out why I couldn’t deposit my payroll. I wasn’t able to receive my paychecks or make certain transactions. One phonecall to TD EasyLine had my problems solved, just had to go back into a branch (where I literally just was) to get the help I needed. Please educate/update your tellers on youth accounts that haven’t been changed yet.

Danielle was extremely nice and helpful! She helped me apply for a credit card and swapped my account from limited to unlimited transactions after seeing how much I was spending in fees for exceeding my limit without even realizing. She saved me a lot of money. Thank you Danielle!
