What a ridiculous, incompetent and unprofessional TD branch. Went in to get details on a transaction the teller had no idea what to do so she called the manager and the manager was more interested in selling me a loan than helping my concern. Then they said they will have to contact TD headquarters for the information and it will take 5-10 buisness days. 3 weeks later Noone ever got back to me. So I went to TD bank in chaparral and they gave me details right away. What a waste of time. This branch is joke!
The Incompetence of this branch is Astounding. Went in to get a loan and have gone back 3 times to see what's going on and i get will give you a call. Finally, got an email after 3 weeks.right after I post this.

I have been transacting in this branch for several years now because of my RRSP. Lately, a staff of this branch has been helping me lot in processing my RRSP check from my former employer. Always closed. Doors locked so you can’t use the atm inside … last time I checked this wasn’t Forrest lawn. Atm in the drive through is always down. They took away the 10’s, and 5’s which made it easy to take out whatever you needed. Just a downhill place.
Nabeel was great in helping to resolve a small business banking issue! He was diligent in following up and ensuring my problem was resolved expediently. Bonus points as I was very frustrated with the screw-ups from different branches and he smoothed it out. Thanks!
It's mentioned on the bank website this branch has USD dispanser ATM but it's not true, I spent few hours to reach the branch to withdraw USD notes but was fooled. The bank doesn't care about proper service
Cashier name Pryanka rai pretend like owner of the bank and always trying to teach you unnecessary things never seen a worst Cashier like her, not going anymore at this location.
It’s so embarrassed to give customers $2 TimHortons gift card. If can’t give customers the best service then don’t let customers think TD is so cheap. If I know the gift card was $2 I would give back. Need to change some bank advisors also. My bank advisor, she was so terrible, and didn’t help us anything.
Sumi Pal who is a personal banking advisor, 100% made my visit to the country hills TD bank memorable. She is a very knowledgeable, very calm and sincere person, TD bank has a wonderful prospect in their hanks.
90% of the time I come here the ATM is out of service. The doors say use the drive thru and the drive thru is always out of service. Worse than McDonald’s ice cream machines
I wish the place would have more people that know what is going on within their scope of field. They are always having to ask someone else every time I have a question about my banking fees and have now forgot to credit the account three months in a row. The branch manager seems nice though.
If I could give them 0 stars I would! Every single time I come into this bench I end up waiting for at least half an hour whether other banks are so much quicker during the same time of day.
Today I went in and waited half an hour and when it was finally my turn I was told that they can’t help me for the type of transaction I am requesting because there is a long line up.can you believe it! So I waited for half an hour to be told I can’t be helped because the line up is too long. There are 5 tolls at that branch and only 3 people working (and they don’t seemed to be rushing at all!) so instead of hiring more people their solution is make clients wait and cut service

I really do not write bad reviews, but that girl with long threads hair made me so mad.she is so slow.the wednesday evening there was such a lineup, it was my turn to be served.but no.she stars fixing her hair, going through some stuff on her desk, chatting with coworker. I am like 'really'? Wow.what a poor customer service. She sees how many people are waiting but.it is like not her business. Shane on such workers like her. Shame. I just want to close my busuness with them
Terrible service. The lady helping me clearly wanted to go home. Was rude and dismissive. Not my first issue with this place. Closed account and found a bank that believes in service.
