The customer service is too bad at this branch. The representative lady is so rude, unprofessional at all. She was lazy to check my next appointment. Terrible! It is too bad for TD having that kind of bad employee.
This bank has got to be the most incompetent bank we have ever dealt with. The list would be too long for this review. So the recent experience will have to do. We got an email notification that an account is dormant and in 4 more years will be taken over by the bank of Canada if nothing is done. So we went to the branch and they could not find the account in their records and could not help us. We were told to call the phone number. We called the phone number and they said they could not help us we are to go to the branch. I would not trust this bank with any of your money. We are switching all our accounts to Servus. New addition to this review - my father in law who has been banking with this branch for over 30 some years went to cash a cheque for around $200. He had ID, bank acct number but they would not allow it because he didn't have access card. Absurd they treat long standing customers like this.
It does not function to safe and store the customer's money, which is the basis of the bank. They make a deal when the customer withdraws I wanted to withdraw $5,000 from my account, but the customer service manager said I could withdraw $3000. She told me to go to another TD branch if I didn't like it. I felt like I was borrowing money from the bank, not withdrawing my money.
Just need to withdraw some money from atm door was locked jul 15th 8.30am.this branch needs to step up their game.employess slow as molasses up hill.my 6 year kid will do better job then them
Made an account, didnt give me any information (ex. Account number). Wanted to do a deposit and they told me they dont know how or they could not. This branch is useless and a waste of time. Very inexperienced. If i could give negative stars i would. Go to a different branch
Had some precious metals delivered to this branch. I had to call them to inquire about if they had arrived as it had been over the estimated delivery time. The representative said they had just arrived that morning (lie) Also took 20 min once I had arrived and told them I was there to pick them up. Poor customer service. Will have them delivered to my house next time. Way less hassle.
The churn rate of employees here is horrible. Takes 20 minutes to see a teller, and then another 15 to get a simple task done. COVID isn't an excuse when other businesses have evolved and are operating fine. Used to be my favorite branch, not any more.
Need to train new staff properly.it should not take 25 minutes to process 14 cheques, that were properly stamped and listed. Normally it takes less than 5 minutes for the same task.
Very disappointed that they couldn't fixed a mistake they made. I ordered cheques for my business, which i usually get with only the business name and the phone number on them. Instead I got cheques with my personal information on it. Why? I wondered, the manager said that probably was my mistake and i introduced my personal card when I ordered the cheques. Then, why my business email is on the cheques? It doesn't make sense, i know i presented my business card when made the order. If you value your costumer you shouldn't try to blame them for your mistakes. Very bad TD
Suman is extremely incompetent person at this branch. I came to send money to CRA, because I mistakenly received CERB cheques. Although CRA has informed the banks including TD, where and how to return CERB money, but Suman didn't know. I went to Century Park TD location, and the lady there right away deposited my cheque and sent the money. Very UNPROFESSIONAL and INCOMPETENT behavior from Suman.
The service at Calgary trail location was poor The lady who served me in pink sweater on Monday 18 around 10: 50 was careless while counting my cash and counted it wrong with out using a counting machine and ecxcuxed that the money was sitting together. Wasn’t satisfied at all! Don’t trust that lady anymore
ATM only available during bank hours. Visited on a Sunday and no access to the ATM area. (Unless there's an entrance I'm not aware of that isn't immediate obvious)
Everytime i try, To do business here at this particular branch. They have some type inconvenience, holding cheques, or being rude. I go to another branch, i never have problems. Just at this branch. Wow so inconvenience. Dont come here, if you need to cash a cheques might just go to money mart.lol
Talking with the manager Rachel I feel as though they don't care for business. They wanted to hold a cheque that I had funds for. I also had the funds to cover this. Out of principal I wanted to see what she would say. I then asked her to call the bank that I got the cheque from because it wasn't certified. She then said "well you can sit over there" in a rude and obnoxious tone. There was 3 people behind me with 4 tellers. I truly believe that TD was a great company having my wife and myself bank with them for many years.
I can't say I will be leaving TD but when I brought up that up she said "you can go then. " Again this shouldn't be said to a customer that chooses to bank with you during this crisis. I feel very disappointed in TD.
If someone needed their money especially in this time of crisis you can learn to treat your clients with respect. I understand you are having a though time during this COVID-19 crisis but being rude won't help the situation.
