The Staff don't speak English as they think everyone in Canada speaks Punjabi and is a Punjabi.

Had 15 ppl in lineup today, one teller. The manager just watched from the desk, refused to come help, not the first time I've seent this. I went in to get change and took me over 35 mins today.

Also all the ppl that have complained about the branch in the past seem to have gotten this generic response, I called to file a complaint and was told to go into the Branch and file it with the manager that is the problem, otherwise nothing they can do. It's a very a pathetic process.

Very rude costumer service! They locked the doors 15 minutes prior to closing and the door was locked. The lady wouldn’t let me in.i was coming from Calgary to buy a car. Now that I see the 2.2 rating, I am not surprised.

Had someone steal some cheques and deposit them at TD. They were 0 help and responded “this happens all the time”. Glad to hear they take good care in the security of our funds. Do not go to this location, or bank with TD.

Visited the branch for an appointment with Aurimar Cavanaugh and no one attended while we waited there for almost 40 mins. After we told a front teller that we still haven't been helped she went to check with the advisor and then went back to her counter without saying anything to us and we ended up walking out. It was such a waste of time as I took the day off from work and so did my mom and the lack of acknowledgment for the mistake was really disappointing.

I visited parsons road branch on 27th oct thursday at 9;00 to purchase a draft for $11000, i got my draft and receipt and i left branch, an hour and half later there was another draft issued from my account in amount of $4998 which was not my request.it was a mistake from teller due to her lack of attention to END my session and not keep my profile open. Instead of reaching out to me. No body bothered to do anything, I noticed this 24 hours later and called call center as usual they didnt help and asked to visit branch. Customer service manager M.grewal and teller (who issued draft) ravneet started investigating why this happened. At the end they found it to be her mistake and blamed it on system and try to convinince me she had helped no client for 90 mins on 27th oct after my actual draft purchase and that when other customer arrived 90 mins later, without checking anything she issued draft from my account.

Later on I had to wait for 1 hour to get my money back to.account.when asked customer service manager that what should be done to avoid this kind of mistake, I was shocked to hear that she asked me to keep checking my account. Instead of training the staff properly to pay attrention.

Very bad service and would never recommend to go to parsons branch.

Train you staff to pay attention and not just blindly do transactions. Its peoples hard earned money.

No access to the interior ATMs after hours even though their separate from the rest of the bank, and the drive thru ATM is constantly down.

Is there any particular reason I cannot call this branch and speak with a real live person? The phone numbers listed either go to an automated service to shuffle you away or to a voice mail box. I just had a question regarding this specific branch and if you still have a coin counting machine for client use on site yet now your making me drive all the way down there.
Update: I finally get to the branch and your closed due to a staffing shortage. Clearly Toronto dominion isn't the bank to take financial advise from if they can't even run their own business.

I went to this TD location on Jan 19,2022 around noon time. I want to deposit my business cheque the teller was some Asian lady. She said the company name on the cheque doesn't with my TD account. Then the teller ask the white lady sitting behind her, she also said the same, then the white lady call some asian lady from the office and she also said the same. She said it'll take couple of days to fix it, I ask her how long she said I don't know, I ask her if I can call the customer service by phone she said it best to let us fix it and its very busy due to COVID. Next day I called the customer service anyway, they said everything is ok, and there is no issue with the account. I went back to the branch this time it wasn't a same teller. I was able to deposit a cheque with no problem. So what does this tells me about this bank. Obviously these asian ladies and white girl are not doing there job properly, I am not sure why they are acting to dumb, I deposit the same cheque last month, they didn't bother checking the history. They just want to act blindly stupid and give customer hard time. I was the only customer in the branch that day, they could take some time to look into the issue. I hope the manger takes this complaint seriously and make sure this doesn't happen again to anyone.

The young lady that helped me outside was very kind and patient. She helped me to check-in (even though I’m not that fast using my phone). It turns out she’s one of the advisors, and was able to get me approved for a consolidation loan quickly. We had a great conversation in her office, and she was very understanding of my financial situation. She went through everything very thoroughly and told me exactly which documents I needed to bring to her. She also communicated with me in a timely manner.

Slow service, it took them over 2 weeks to submit my loan application, for them to deny it because they don't understand how business income works. "we are unable to establish any income reasonability".

All good, I will just purchase with cash, and move my mortgage, credit card, and business accounts.

Rudest customer service. Answers the phone with”can you hold”. Not helpful at all during our phone conversation, at the end refuse to give me her name. I insisted and she mumbled the spelling of her name. Melleissa gwyer. I think

I had an appointment booked for 9am. I got there and they had a sign up saying they wouldn’t be open until 9: 30. I stood there and waited for someone to come to the door so I could ask them about my appointment and they just stood around and stared at me. Finally someone came to the door and yelled at me through the glass that I would have to make a new appointment, I had to explain to them while yelling through the glass that I need this appointment at this time because I need the loan for a vet bill, so after arguing they open and let me in only for my back advisor to not even be there. They let me see someone else and the person who I was suppose to see showed up 45 minutes late and didn’t even apologize. I finally applied for my loan and they told me they would for sure call me by the end of the week and I haven’t heard anything. This is the WORST bank I have ever been to. This loan was for an extremely important life saving surgery for my dog and they treated it like nothing. I would give them 0 if I could.
